He confirmed that the DoorDash driver had left one of our bags behind. I offered to come pick it up and simply asked if they could remake the missing items so our food would be hot. Shockingly, he refused and told me I'd have to pay again. I had to laugh--how much would it really cost to remake one Mexican Pizza and a Hard Supreme Taco? It's not coming out of your paycheck, Mr. Juan or Jose. A little customer service goes a long way, and clearly, management skills are lacking here.
