There are several options to choose from if you want to go beyond the basic, for example some are made with chicken, some have bacon, etc. But my favorite is the good old original, with everything (provolone cheese, onions and peppers). They grill and assemble your order right in front of you and service is quick despite the long lines. You can also add lettuce, tomato, mayo, bbq sauce etc if you wish. A slight downside is that the staff seems to be entirely Spanish speaking so that might be a challenge for some people trying to add condiments or discuss orders in detail, etc. They also offer several types of loaded fries, but again, I prefer the original plain ones... they're really fresh and tasty. I've even visited Tanger just to eat here, without doing any additional shopping at all. Give it a try, if you can find parking :-/
