We stopped by this Taco Bell before heading out for a Father's Day bowling trip, and overall it was a good experience. The location was clean, moderately busy, and one thing that really stood out to me was how nice the bathrooms were. I know that sounds like a weird thing to mention in a Taco Bell review, but clean restrooms say a lot about how a location is maintained, and they were spotless during our visit. The food itself was exactly what you'd hope for from Taco Bell--everything was made correctly, our order was accurate, and the quality was consistent. No complaints there. My biggest frustration isn't necessarily with this location alone, but with the direction Taco Bell seems to be moving in overall. Like many locations now, ordering is primarily done through the kiosk system instead of directly with an employee. While I understand why businesses do it, I find it frustrating because I can never seem to find the deals, promotions, or value menu items that I normally order without digging through multiple screens. More often than not, I end up spending more money simply because I can't find the special I was looking for. I was also disappointed to see some of my longtime favorites missing. Unless I completely overlooked it, the Stacker wasn't available anymore, which is a bummer because it was one of the best values on the menu and a favorite for my middle child. That said, the staff kept the restaurant clean, the food was prepared correctly, and it was a convenient stop before our family outing. While I miss the old-school counter ordering experience, this location itself does a good job with the things that matter most: cleanliness, accuracy, and getting people fed before the fun begins. read more

I came to pick up an order and went into the drive-thru, like people usually do in the evening. At most Taco Bell locations the lobby closes around 8 PM, so I had no reason to assume this one was different. When I gave the name for my pickup order, I was told they were still open inside and that I needed to come in. The problem was that I was already stuck in the drive-thru line with cars in front of me and behind me, so leaving the line was not even possible. I asked if they could just hand me the order through the window since I was already there, but after that they simply stopped responding. When I finally reached the window, the car in front of me left and the employee immediately shut the window right in front of me. No eye contact, no explanation, nothing. I waited there for a while and was completely ignored. Eventually I had to park and go inside just to get the order. What makes this worse is that I had no way to know this location keeps the lobby open later. But even then, handing over a bag that was already prepared would have taken a few seconds. Instead, the situation was handled in the most dismissive way possible. Unfortunately, this is something I've experienced many times at different Taco Bell locations in different cities. The service is often cold, indifferent, and not customer-oriented at all. Staff often ignore customers, talk among themselves, or act like helping you is an inconvenience. Terrible people actually bagging the to go orders. I was wanting the crispy chicken taco and got those bs cat food version of soggy chicken taco. Not the new crispy one advertised. It was $3.50. Every time I receive my bag of items here weekly, I have to open my bag to confirm what's in there because it's a 99% guarantee at least one menu item is forgotten. Tonight, they forgot 2 burritos, and my partner picked up the order this time, and didn't check. So I'm down 2 burritos on Valentine's Day at my home. The only thing more certain than missing menu items at this location is the 100% chance they don't put a single sauce packet in despite ordering at least 20. All I get is scowls and eye rolls from the employees when opening the bag before leaving - how DARE I check their work. When I ask for sauces that were ordered but not placed in my bag, you'd think I'd just asked them to refund my order. And God forbid I ask for an item that was completely forgotten. The lack of enthusiasm and customer service I've experienced at this joint rivals the DMV. The lack of joy I've had from ordering here rivals my last colonoscopy. I NEVER leave a yelp review. I've given this location many of chances but they are incredible slow. If you walk in store to order instead of waiting in their painfully long drive through line, they'll take your order, but just stand around not doing anything and occasionally look over at you. Came here today on my lunch break at work, was very disappointed in the higher ups at this restaurant. The employees were nice and friendly but a taller old woman came in i believe the store owner of sorts and was very rude and disrespectful to her whole staff, when i came in there was only 2 gentleman working, one making flod and the other taking all the orders. the older woman was constantly telling these 2 gentleman what they were doing wrong when it seemed like the general problem was that there was only 2 people working during their peak lunch rush.
