COULD THIS PLACE SUCK ANY WORSE? ONLY IF THEY SHOT ME IN THE HEAD! Time: 21:36 pm Date: 9/6/17 Date when chicken was actually cooked annnnd fresh...the method for the precise dating of coelurosaurs has as of yet to be...even entertained . I arrived to a short drive thru line and quickly made my order. I had chosen the $5- Fill Up box with Extra Crispy as my preference. I requested the wedge fries over the mashed potatoes and gravy, no problem except they had no extra crispy that wasn't white meat so I suggested that they go ahead and give me two pieces of white meat being that it was a problem of their lacking and not mine...I came prepared with my money as you a corporation would want me to and they should have been ready with product as well, as well. This enormously complex and difficult a proposal was inconceivable to your employee in fact...for me it was like attempting to explain the workings of a internal combustion engine to...a goose, exactly the same level of difficulty with the same effect...silence. Time passed as it is known to do and she wasn't budging from her stated position so I changed my preference to the original kfc version and drove forward...as directed to do so. I received a box and a drink...I had requested several ranch dressing cups and cups she did provide and dumped them into the bag...mustard sauce...this is going simply swellingly. Arriving at home where the tragedy of the mustard sauce had been recognized then survived I then set about to enjoy what would be a nightmare sans nutrition of certain death if my cardiologist had a chance to vote on my choice of entree that evening but he was most likely sleeping and he most likely had a heart that did everything he told it to. Oh yes the fud (Can't rightfully call this substandard protein delivery system's effluence... food!) was as if game hens had been placed on the menu (Not exactly an original use of game hens when used within a diminishing* manner of derision within a KFC complaint)...small very small portions of fowl /foul, overly greasy and I remember back 50 years when KFC was good, I actually met the Colonel, as Harlan Sanders being he and my dad had been in seminary college together. Yes when I was a child I met The Colonel and he went as far to say when referring to the quality of food after Pepsi inc. bought him out, ''Its not fit to eat!'' and for the four tiny potato wedges I managed to find at the bottom of that over-sized container...you just might want to NOT put photographs on any of the packaging as some of us might expect what you drop into the bottom of a container to be at least as bountiful and delicious in appearance as your professional produced and edited mini-advertisements so provide...the was zip zap no hope that this fowl and fries had been prepared within 6 hours (60 hours?) prior to my arrival...the barrier between grease and substance had...melded completely...it was now tantamount to Jello on a bone...grease infused Jello on a bone. I guess it suffices to say...worker's complete inflexibility to the detriment of the customer establishment relationship and the vittles...equally inflexible to the detriment of the customer establishment relationship not to mention the super-rude proffering au gastronomic nightmare...such be the "fud" at KF-wtf-C on Cleveland Avenue (see Harlan Sanders, see comment re: quality of food)! I used to love KFC, but today when my family and I bought a drive through meal, the customer service was very disappointing. First, the young man taking our order was impatient and didn't seem to know much about the menu, especially when we asked him about the sides they offered. In addition, our order came with four biscuits but the cashier said they only had two. So in exchange they gave us an extra mashed potato side, but when we got home there were no biscuits in the bag! We were very disappointed in our visit today and probably won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Welp, where to start. I mean, everything about this location screamed unsanitary service. There were always people outside smoking cigarettes, and believe it or not, there was a kid in there vaping. Right in plain sight!! Almost every second I heard someone yelling the N word or a modified version of it. It was a complete and utter disappointment to be in this restaurant. When I asked to talk to the manager, I was told that he wasn't there. When I asked why, I never got a response. Don't bother calling the phone number because no one will answer. I was told by the night manager that they no longer have a phone because after the remodel no one can find the phone line so AT&T can not hook the phone up. ??? This is crazy. Very rude. OK! I know I've left a review for this place and I do every year it seems with NO DIFFERENCE! Tonight at 6:45 I go through drive thru and ask for the #7 chicken breast meal and NOPE no chicken breasts. I was offered drums and thighs tho but I only like white meat.. I normally get popcorn chicken but those are ALWAYS DRIED OUT AND HARD so I went for something new and NOTHING! If you like a 50/50 chance on having a good meal then this is your place. Little did we know that it would be 50 minutes until we got to the window. I go to KFC about once a year, I went the other day to order to $20 meal deal, which the young a#@hole waiting on me acted like he didn't even know what I was talking about, then proceeded, extremely rudely, to tell me that I couldn't sub any of the sides I had to order exactly what was on the menu...so I agree, and then when the order came, it was subbed exactly how I had first requested it (weird). I come here often when there's not much time to eat something else/cook something. Most fast food places forget to give you some things or give you the wrong order but they never have here. One thing though is that they definitely do not have enough staff and I feel bad because they're always getting rushed and yelled at. I go in and hour before closing and the place was already ready to close. While the lady at the counter said they only had tenders and that they were sold out. I then asked why they closed an hour early and she said it would take 45 minutes to have food ready got us. My friend then complained and she said it would take 3 minutes. First let me say I am regular costumer at KFC and eat this one usually but in the last three or four weeks service has became really poor(bad attitudes by workers, always out of things) I went here tonight and they got my order to go and when i got home i found out they got my order wrong(they cheated me out of half of my chicken), I had to drive all the way back and all they were going to do is give me to the chicken they cheated me out of, I told them i felt I deserved a refund plus them fixing my order and the manager came our and said all he could do is give me a desert, I didn't want to make scene a reluctantly agreed and at that point the manager got an really bad attitude, I told him I could do without the attitude The manger then tried to give me a small cake and I told him I felt I deserved a large one and replied he couldn't do it, I then told him I would just contact corporate and it seems this made him more mad and increased his bad attitude and he angerly got a large one and said "anything to make you happy. When I was leaving he rudely said "you'll call corporate and tell them i fixed it", I replied "yes" I just wanted to get out of there. I will never eat at that KFC again and as much as I like KFC I will just go to Popeye's from now on even though it's further away. read more

Tried giving this location another shot and the service is just as bad as the first time. Went to order 2 pot pies and only had 1 at 5pm, when I went to order grilled chicken, he read it back to me as original and I said grilled and he said, no you said original, then when I said I want grilled he said... I don't have it. When I got my food the chicken was dry and not happy. Will drive the extra 3 miles to go to the other location. read more

This kfc has THE WORST service I've ever experienced at a fast food spot. There was not a single customer inside or out and the whole dining area was dirty, flies flying around everywhere. My secret pleasure is to eat their greasy delicious food but this location has forgotten parts of my meal and when I called to rectify the situation they said they would send me out a coupon. Went here last night, for just a quick snack for my grandson's. I ordered the 10$ popcorn chicken and then wanted to order original chicken and they said they didn't have any. So I ordered tenders for the little grandson. After waiting 30 minutes and watching folks leave that ordered after us I went up to ask about our order. Was informed that they no longer had any popcorn chicken that they had filled our order earlier but it must have been given to someone else. So while I was waiting I hear the woman working say get the chicken you need before I finish it up for this order, wow I could have gotten the little guy chicken. At this point I said really? It's really not what I wanted, but I agreed to take the crunchy. Worst ever!!! The restaurant looked like it had never been cleaned, greasy floors, tables and chairs. We wanted original, told it would be at least 20 minutes, so we opted for crispy. Waited 15 minutes, no service and when we asked what was up with the food, they blamed the counter person for not telling them there was an order. Another customer had to yell to the back to get her food, and yet another customer walked in, looked around and promptly left. We asked for a refund and left without food, which probably saved us from food poisoning. Seriously, the board of health should be called in, and the employees should be trained on not cussing at the top of their lungs! Less than one star!!! read more

The worst KFC ever. First few times were pretty bad, but hey I love my quick chicken fix so I put up with it for a few times. next to last time going through the drive through, took forever, I got stuck in line and could not pull out. It turned out the kid working the window would take one order, fill it (slowly) and wait until that car left before serving the next order, so fine I already lost 30 minutes so took my chance. Got it home and order was all wrong, charged for things never received, called up and was told to come by another day and pick it up my Name and the items were "written on the wall". I gave up on that, wrote a letter to the company and got a rebate redeemable only at that location. Of course I lost that. Last time a buddy ask me to pick up an order there and I really hesitated....nah, no thanks.But of course I did took a couple of times to explain a simple order (I went inside that time) got the order and opened it right on the counter, once again things were missing, but to be fair I had not been charged so had to reorder a few things. Quite expensive too by that point. Gave to my friend and apparently the order was wrong after all. Just bad business. While I was waiting for my order 2 customers had complaints. Really too bad, there is a big market for that restaurant jn the area , but not worth it. I will drive across town to the new Popeye's when it opens. So, for some reason my wife craved KFC. We walked into this particular restaurant, and took our place in line behind a large group which took forever to order, which was okay, but what followed was not okay: After the big party's order was finally agreed on, the order taker was given cash for the order. At this point there appeared to be some problems with the cash registers, and the guy behind the counter proceeded to walk around aimlessly for the next ten minutes. Absolutely nothing was said to us, or the other people in line. By now we had been in line a good twenty minutes. Finally, my wife asked it the drive through was operating, and was told that it was. Really? So, we got in the car, drove up and placed our order, after multiple "Sorry for the wait, and by the way no crispy chicken". When we got home, believe it or not they forgot to put the gravy we had paid for in the bag! Next time my wife wants a junk food fix, I hope it's for Mickey D's !!! read more
