Very disappointed. called ahead to place pick up order and was told they don't take phone in orders. told them I was on the way and would be ordering 24 pieces of extra crispy to give them time to prepare it. when I arrived, they only had 12 pieces of extra crispy. also tried to order 8 piece bucket special I saw on internet and was told they don't honor that special. When I got home, the mashed potatoes were not edible. Only positive was that service was fairly quick at the drive thru. Will probably be the last time I go to this kfc. read more

The service was absolutely diabolical it took 30 minutes to get food with only a few people in line, when I got in my car I found out they put someone else large mashed potatoes in our order. So not only did they take forever but also messed someone else order up. Food was decent and the chicken was small. read more

Apparently they stop making a majority of their food hours before closing. 1 hour before closing they told me that they had no sides for either restaurant and only a very limited menu. The employees were also very rude. Clearly they do not have any management working at night. I wish I could give zero stars! read more

This place is a joke. I have never gotten an order correct here. There's always missing food. And more than once I have come here hours before closing just to have them tell me they are out of all KFC sides and another time that they were all out of tenders. How does KFC run out of chicken?? Or every single side?? And the people working here are as rude as they come. They don't care about customer service or cleanliness or anything. I was hopeful the remodel would bring good things for this location but nope! New building, same crap. read more

There is no way to explain the utter disarray this establushment operates in. We waited for over 30 minutes for 1 bucket of chicken and 2 soda pops. The service was slow and no team. Not clean to where you would even sit down. The quality of food made the whole experience not worth it. read more

I'm changing my review, I initially gave this place like 2 stars, but as of recently they are Under New Management and the new management seems like they care and they are concerned when they don't have your food , also they are much friendlier than the old managers, these managers will communicate with you like you a decent human being where's the other ones you all had their about 6 months to a year ago were a piece of crap. I don't come to this location as much as I used to because whenever you go there they were always out of chicken. However even though they still may be out of certain pieces of chicken it's how the management treats your concerns that make you feel wanted as a person I hate to say it but that other management needed some damn sensitivity/cultural training in dealing with other than their own kind if you understand what I mean. read more

This KFC sucks!!! Ive been going there for over two years (why I don't know‍)...first they have you sitting in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes, you drive around and they pretty much have your order ready but it's incomplete...stop rushing and take an extra minute to make sure it's accurate! I'll wait. I'm tired of having to get out of my vehicle to come inside because there's another long line in the drive thru..that defeats the purpose. Do better. read more

I genuinely wish I could leave a zero star review of this KFC/Taco Bell. I have been to countless fast food restaurants in my life, and I can honestly say that this is the one place you do not EVER want to visit. I've experienced unacceptable service a countless number of times, here. I have worked several jobs, including managerial ones, in my life that required exceptional customer service skills, so I get that most people have off days. However, never, and I do mean NEVER have I had a positive experience come of this restaurant. I was recently offered a job at this restaurant to be a shift manager and, purely because I feel so terribly bad for their regulars, I almost wish I had taken it. I live in Stephen's City and have probably ordered from this KFC/Taco Bell 20-30 times in the past few months. Each and every (I literally mean every) time, they mess up my order, and I order the same thing every time! Two $5 Fill-Ups, and they can't even get that right! Out of the 15 times I've placed orders thus far, in the drive-thru window, they've put utensils in my bag once. Out of the 15 times I've placed orders in the drive-thru window, they've put the sauce I emphasized wanting in my bag twice. The last time they didn't put the sauce I kindly asked for in my bag, I was frustrated. I didn't check the bag or notice it wasn't there until I got home, which I shouldn't have had to do in the first place. The first time I drove through, a blonde woman took my order and my money, and she was very rude. I was still nice to her; I'm not an unreasonable person, but even then, she had an attitude that said, "Whatever. Just hurry up and pay so I can get back to what I was doing." It was early in the morning, and there were no customers behind me. She slammed the window shut while I was thanking her. When I drove back, I was frustrated. I pulled up to the window and told the same woman that she'd forgotten to put any sauce in the bag. All of a sudden, her attitude had changed (probably because she was worried about a possible complaint), and she handed the sauce to me at the window with a half-assed smile. Three or four days ago, I placed the same order with my boyfriend next to me, and he asked the employee taking my order to hurry, because we had been patiently waiting for quite a while. The GM took over the order and responded with, "Excuse me?!" and eventually took our order. We pulled around to the window afterwards, and I, genuinely, apologized at least three times (this was the same GM who interviewed me and offered me a job, and I liked her) while she handled my money and gave us our food. She didn't care. She handed me my order and slammed the window in my face. I was appalled, because I knew she'd recognized me, too. My point is, I never thought my day could be ruined so quickly until this, among other things/experiences, happened. Aside from this specific experience, they very rarely put everything that's supposed to be included in the $5 Fill-Up in my bag (the cookie, the biscuit, utensils, sauce, a napkin or two). I just wouldn't visit this restaurant if I were you. None (or at least none I've come across) of the employees or managers take their job(s) seriously, nor do they care AT ALL about customer service. The entire restaurant needs to be rebuilt (employee/management-wise) from the ground up. read more
