I haven't been to a KFC in years. More like decades. They have been having some Taste of KFC deals lately so I decided to bite. I ordered a six piece (two legs, two thighs, a breast and a wing) chicken with four sides (mashed pots and gravy, corn, coleslaw, mac and cheese) and four biscuits through DoorDash. It was a bit of shock seeing the size of the chicken portions and the sides. I came to the conclusion that you have to be a dark meat fan to eat here. The legs and thighs are decent in size and seem to be a better deal for the money. The wing was okay. The breast was small and consisted mostly of rib and breading. The very small pieces of breast meat were dry. This was a far cry from the past KFC chicken breasts which were mainly chicken tenders without the ribs. Overall the chicken was passable. I ordered the original chicken but there is no discernible herbs and spices other than salt, black pepper, and MSG. The sides were the individual size ones. Good thing I can reuse the containers as they are sturdy. The coleslaw was crisp and good tasting which was a surprise. It was worth getting more of this. The mashed potatoes are from a dehydrated mix so I know they aren't prepared from fresh. Gravy is okay to dip the breaded chicken skin in. The mac and cheese was cheesy in flavor but, again, very salty. It needed to have more macaroni added to it. Corn was tasted okay but surprisingly hard in texture. Biscuits tasted fine but needed a few more minutes in the oven to get golden brown. They were looking a bit pale. I also got their fried apple pie which is reminiscent of the ones from Mickey D's long ago. This was a good tasting, crispy crust fried hand pie. Definitely recommend that. I would probably not return to KFC in general although the Chicken Pot Pie seems intriguing and people seem to like it. I may be lured in later to try the pot pie. read more

We stopped here on our drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas because one of our children needed to use the restroom. My first impression is that the inside was well lit and clean, although it smelled funny. It didn't smell like fried chicken. It smelled off? A little bit like cleaning fluid and something rancid. That was off putting. No one was at the counter. They do have kiosks to self order so I used that to grab a drink and a snack to go and had to wait until that was ready to ask one of the employees for the code for the bathroom. The bathrooms are small and not clean but if you're in a pinch and you gotta go then you gotta GO They were out of hot sauce, and definitely weren't the friendliest. The food was hot. Terrible customer service the employees blatantly ignore you, I was standing at the front counter for ten minutes to ask about my order and was ignored by 2 female employees today. That is super unprofessional and rude. Something needs to be done about how this place is run, on top of it not being clean, they cannot treat paying customers that poorly read more

Why you can't give negative stars is beyond me. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere but this location. Twice within one week, I attempted to order from this location and was told they didn't have enough fries, nuggets, or tenders to complete my order. If I'm not wrong, there is a kitchen inside that building that should be stocked to fulfill orders. read more

I was interested in trying the new chicken sandwich but the intercom in the drive through was so bad that neither I nor the person trying to take my order could understand each other so i gave up and just ordered a large potatoes and gravy and then hit Arby's. The gravy was watery and since that's the primary standard by which I judge all KFC's, this place didn't fare so well in my evaluation. Additionally, the container of gravy was only half filled so I ran out of gravy before I ran out of potatoes which is the kiss of death for me ever returning to a location. The wait is ridiculous, especially if your going to pick up a delivery order. Imagine waiting an additional 25+ minutes and the order still isn't ready. Utterly ridiculous, but they want to discuss a review that's coming up next month. They should worry about the order at hand and not the review in the future. It happened twice this week. read more

This is a very clean KFC. Came here on my way up to Vegas. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and delicious and all drink options were available. It's a little off the beaten path off the freeway but easy to find parking. Ate my meal and was on my way. read more

I really like the chicken at this KFC and the drive-thru makes it super easy to get Emil fast. The girl at the window is very kind and considerate. I ordered the 8-piece bucket meal. My only complaint is that she didn't ask me if I wanted regular as extra crispy. I really love their extra crispy! The food was well packaged and hot when I got home. I would recommend though that the manager talk to the employees about food cost because I got an overabundance of condiments, way more than two people can use. I was going home so I didn't need the butter and the honey. It would probably save the company loads of money if they I asked their customers if they need butter and honey. I'm really disappointed to say because this KFC is actually the closest to my house and I like to grab it on my way out of town to work, but I've had some absolute worst service here that I've had in any place in a long time. Every time I go through the drive-through or something is messed up or forgotten, I decided to dine in so they would get it right, I was standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me, they all just glanced at me including the manager as I just stood there waiting for anybody to say a word. I work in customer service and I know that it would not fly at a good restaurant, you are supposed to smile and greet the customer oh, it's clear that all these people hated their jobs. They refused to make you fresh chicken even when you tell them you're willing to wait, if you ask for well-done they throw an already cooked chicken back into the fryer. It was dirty and I was so disappointed in the service already it didn't help that there were weirdos outside strung out on drugs and the staff didn't make them leave till about 30 minutes later I didn't even want to exit the store with my kids. We went to this store tonight for dinner and got there at 9:05pm the open sign was on, so we went through the drive-thru! We drove up to the sign and waited, then some dude gave the sign that there are closed! We drove away and believe this is the second time it has happened. My problem is that if the open sign is on then the store is open, if your not open turn the sign off! read more

Was craving crispy KFC chicken so we made our way into the drive-thru and was offered a bucket of chicken which I politely refused. I attempted to order 3 "Fill-ups" (crispy style) but was told there was only original flavor, and there may not be enough chicken for 3 orders (total of 6 pcs of chicken). I was amazed by this and asked why I was offered a bucket if 6 pcs could not be had and the lame response was "sorry I can't help the recording" to which I asked how they could even be open if they didn't have any chicken and I cancelled our order and was told to have a good day (it was night time).
