I ordered a six piece (two legs, two thighs, a breast and a wing) chicken with four sides (mashed pots and gravy, corn, coleslaw, mac and cheese) and four biscuits through DoorDash. It was a bit of shock seeing the size of the chicken portions and the sides. I came to the conclusion that you have to be a dark meat fan to eat here. The legs and thighs are decent in size and seem to be a better deal for the money. The wing was okay. The breast was small and consisted mostly of rib and breading. The very small pieces of breast meat were dry. This was a far cry from the past KFC chicken breasts which were mainly chicken tenders without the ribs. Overall the chicken was passable. I ordered the original chicken but there is no discernible herbs and spices other than salt, black pepper, and MSG. The sides were the individual size ones. Good thing I can reuse the containers as they are sturdy. The coleslaw was crisp and good tasting which was a surprise. It was worth getting more of this. The mashed potatoes are from a dehydrated mix so I know they aren't prepared from fresh. Gravy is okay to dip the breaded chicken skin in. The mac and cheese was cheesy in flavor but, again, very salty. It needed to have more macaroni added to it. Corn was tasted okay but surprisingly hard in texture. Biscuits tasted fine but needed a few more minutes in the oven to get golden brown. They were looking a bit pale. I also got their fried apple pie which is reminiscent of the ones from Mickey D's long ago. This was a good tasting, crispy crust fried hand pie. Definitely recommend that. I would probably not return to KFC in general although the Chicken Pot Pie seems intriguing and people seem to like it. I may be lured in later to try the pot pie.

At 5:55 p.m., I placed my order separately, about 10 minutes before everyone else at our table. There were three orders placed at our table. I ordered a ribeye and shrimp, mixed vegetables, and a baked potato with butter only. At approximately 7:25 p.m., our waitress brought everyone else's food, but my meal was still not ready. Throughout the wait, our server continued checking on us regarding drinks and kept us updated that my food was still being prepared. I even went up to the kitchen/food counter myself to see if my order was ready. I continued checking back about every 10 minutes. Finally, around 8:05 p.m., my food arrived. I immediately noticed that the baked potato had not been prepared as I requested--it had toppings on it instead of being plain with butter. The server offered to take it back and have them redo it, but after waiting more than two hours, I told her I would just take it. I cut into my ribeye, and I have to say, it was cooked to perfection. The plate looked great, and everything appeared appetizing. Unfortunately, the entire meal was very cold. I let our server know, and again she offered to have the food remade. At that point, I didn't want to wait another two hours for another meal, so I declined. I completely understand that REPUBLIC has just reopened and that some of the staff may be new. Opening a busy restaurant after renovations can certainly come with challenges. My comments are meant to be constructive. My suggestions would be to add food runners to help the kitchen get meals out to the tables quickly and to have more people behind the bar to keep drinks moving. The remodel looks great, and I really like the new sports-watching area. Now the restaurant needs to focus on getting food to the tables in a timely manner while it's still hot, as well as getting drinks out more efficiently. Shoutout to "Reese" she is a very attentive server. Also noticed she was helping out other servers at the pos machine. I would definitely be interested in coming back once they have had some time to work out the opening-week growing pains. The potential is definitely there.

Love love love this location! It's close to home, has delicious food, friendly staff, and a freestyle coke machine! :3 They get pretty busy on the weekends but I just order on their app to save time. That way I don't have to wait the cook time since they don't cook your food until you order it. I don't know what the deal is with the bad reviews I see here but the staff I have seen (usually at night) have been friendly, helpful, and keep me happy every visit I've had. My one complaint would be a need for more staff to handle weekend rush hours. Maybe a cashier that's dedicated to pickups? Regardless, the wait is worth it. I recommend ordering the tenders and good old classic bone in buffalo. And going in with a little patience for the cook times. Trust me your taste buds will thank you. read more

Wingstop is the king of wings and even though it's a chain and everyone knows them doesnt take away from their exceptional service and delicious food. The quality of the meat and how its prepared stands out against the competition, the price is comparable to every where else you would go but the service you receive here is what really stands out. Everything you request is provided at the highest levels and the fact that your order is always presented to you before you leave ensures that you're never walk away unsatisfied. It's a quaint little location with few seats for dining but call ahead orders are welcome and guaranteed in a timely manner, the store is clean and I cant say this enough the staff is delightful. read more

First time ordering from the Roy Rogers location and the last. Few weeks ago ordered from the 395 location and the food was bad there as well. Usually don't have issues at that location, but I'm done with them too. The food and customer service has gone down and we spend too much money for this kind of service. My family ate 1/4 of our order and we spent 200+ on this order. Paid for the food to be delivered and had to drive up there to fix the mistakes. Didn't get any ranch, the fries were cold and had close to no seasoning on them. Waste of money and I'm having to throw away majority of the order.
