We ordered three meal boxes, two were supposed to come with biscuits. We also ordered two extra sides of ranch. All meals came with a drink. Only two drinks were given to me. When I asked for the third, I had to argue with the person for five minutes until they gave it to me. When I got home, we had no biscuits, sauces that came with one of the meals and the two sauces that I paid extra for. I called and they wouldn't even refund partial credit. Will never be going back. We get there and our cashier said "Oh my lord that is such a big order are you having a party?" it doesn't matter what we were doing lady you should be happy we ordered food from you since it benefits you. I was starving so on hwy home pulled out a piece of chicken 59 munch on. I have never had chicken so tough i couldnt bite it nor pull apart and this was a tender! This Taco Bell was absolutely atrocious. When we arrived we where standing in line like clowns for 15 minutes to order. While we we ordering the worker was very rude and insisted that we got a medium drink instead of a small. After we ordered we sat down to wait for our food. There wasn't a surface in there that wasn't sticky and disgusting. I needed to go to the bathroom so went to try and find it. I walked in there and it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was poop piled up in the toilet and it smelled so bad I almost threw up. After a 40 minute wait we decided to leave and eat are food in the car. The tacos didn't even have meat in it. The most awful experience at a fast food restaurant I have ever had. The older lady running the register was very rude and short. My partner ordered Taco Bell (joint restaurant) right in front of me in line and when I stepped up she walked away for 5 minutes. When she came back she said "I won't let you order Taco Bell, it's going to be a 20 minutes wait" I asked her since I would have to wait for him anyways if I could and she goes "I said what I said". So I step back and make a choice from the KFC banner, get back in line, after a few minutes get back up to the register and she walks away again for another 3-4 minutes. It's hit or miss at this location. Ordered chicken tenders on two different visits. Both times the tenders were over fried. There will be a wait if go there. This Taco Bell is actually a combination KFC/Taco Bell. I was disappointed they didn't have the $5 Cravings Deal that is advertised on TV. It wasn't on the menu and no one seemed to have even heard of it. They did have some other combo boxes which tasted okay. The best part of the experience was the person taking my order: she was very kind, going out of her way to ask me how I was doing. I'd give it the standard 3-star this is a-okay typical chain store kind of food, but downgrading it one star just because I've always been a huge fan of sauces at KFC and they don't have the KFC sauces here.
