    Clean lobby
    Brock E.

This location sets the bar so low that it's pretty impossible to miss. Orders are wrong 90% of the time, food over or under cooked, orders take 15+ minutes for simple things (we've waited as long as an hour for a larger order for our family of six). It is never clean, employees leaning on the walls looking at their phones while the entire lobby is trashed. It's the only KFC up north, and in a tourist trap. Without those two factors this place would be long gone.

This place is always trashed and it's like no one there cares. The cashier is so bad. I know this is the only place like this around but it needs to change.

    Chicken strips

Ordered 16pc chicken strip family meal, 4 sides, with an additional 6 strips. When I opened up the box I noticed that there were only 14 strips and that they had cut the strips in half up the middle (to increase the count without using more chicken I assume). If they were short on chicken they could've just said something and I'd of ordered something else. Instead they tried to stretch 7 chicken strips and sell them to me for the price of 22 ($78 for this meal). I wouldn't be writing this review if it was just a simple counting mistake, but the blatant attempt to cut corners and save a few bucks on strips is insane to me. Hopefully it's a sign that they will no longer be in business soon.

This was supposed to be the order....

They didn't give me my sweet corn, they gave me a mac and cheese, my sister order regular fries and mashed potatoes and only received the mashed potato, charged me .50 cents and didn't give my lemonade and gave me cups to fill with a machine that had no ice nor carbonation. The employees seemed annoyed when I told them about the lack of carbonation in the lobby's soda machine. I hate that I order online and everything is in their window but they couldn't get my order right. I was reading online they are always out of stuff and I think it looks bad in your company that your employees maybe assumed they could put whatever they wanted instead of asking. So, work on that, your guy's quality of service has gone down. I'm originally from CA and it's pretty bad there, it's crazy that I go to another state and get the same experience.

    dryness

It's slow. Williams, AZ is hot. Too much talking at this joint. My chicken was dry as a stick. Clean outside. Rebel: 3

This is suppose to be coleslaw. It's just cabbage and a few shreds of carrots. It was so dry. There was no dressing.

I was saddened to open my food and find that the coleslaw had no dressing. The biscuits were as hard as rocks. The condiments and silverware I asked for were not included so I couldn't try to soften the biscuit with the butter. I purchased the $20 meal around 1600 hrs. Very disappointing

This was one of my worst KFC/Taco bell experiences ever. They seemed to be prepared for an army of customers, their warmer bins were stuffed with food yet there were only a few customers eating at lunchtime. I believe this impacted the quality of the food we received. I opted to try their buffalo wings. I go a bowl of partially sauced dried up wings with little meat or flavor. I was hoping my TB bean burrito might save the day, no luck, it too was dry and unappealing.

3 Piece Chicken Big Box with requested all dark meat thighs as they confirmed 2xthighs 1xDry Chicken Breast Ever!

Hey KFC Williams... Pepsi!!! LISTEN UP! You are Officially becoming my first BAD review... EVER! I went through your drive through line that literally took over 47 mind to suffer through with only 6 cars ahead of me!? If I could've gotten out of line after 25 minutes I would've. But you know.. you pretty much captive once you're past the drive thru entrance. Ordered a 3 piece Chicken Big Box, specifically requested all thighs, which was not only confirmed at the order speaker, but reconfirmed by two female staff at Window 2 where I paid. After payment the order came to me about 2 minutes later at the 49 minute mark. 3 Piece Big Box ALL thighs, coleslaw, biscuit and Coke.... As you can see I did get 3 pieces ... Though not sure based on their size the thighs were chicken but closer to a Sparrow's thigh...and we're not talking about Pirate Jack Sparrow!! The 3rd piece was not a thigh but a breast!?! A VERY DRY CHICKEN BREAST. Bolsa Wood DRY! You know the kind of dry that a chicken breast can get sitting under the heat lamp for over an hour!? The kind of dry chicken breast that is in a separate area from the thighs and legs! The kind of dry chicken breast that ANYONE that works in a place that serves primarily serves CHICKEN should know the difference between thigh and breast, too old to sell?! The only reason for 1 Star is besides the fact Yelp! doesn't allow 0 Stars as an option... the coleslaw came out as expected. I know Pepsi has a great training program at every level from fast food to Corporate Management development. Based on the other low review ratings on Yelp! I am not an isolated event. My first and last time here. Since if the KFC slogan still goes.. "We Do Chicken Right!" It makes this location a liar and not worthy of what the Colonel had in mind. Don't believe me... They say a picture paints 10,000 words... Here you go! Shameful!

The setup is counter-service, and one thing that caught me off guard was being asked to choose whether we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs before we'd even seen either area. I picked upstairs, but after getting up there, I probably would have preferred downstairs. The upstairs bar was closed, which made the space feel a little empty. Food-wise, everything was just... mid. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger with fries. The burger itself was fine, but there wasn't much flavor. The pulled pork on top was absolutely drenched in BBQ sauce that tasted like it came straight from a grocery store bottle, and it completely overpowered everything else. The fries arrived room temperature and bland. I ended up covering them in salt and dipping them in ketchup, which I rarely do. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. The mac and cheese didn't taste fresh, wasn't very hot, and was lacking flavor. The chicken was decent, and the bread on the side was okay, but nothing stood out. The one thing I really did enjoy was the theming. The restaurant fits the Bearizona atmosphere well, and I appreciated the rustic lodge feel. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. The ingredients felt low quality, and there wasn't any exceptional service to make up for it. If we visit Bearizona again, we'll probably eat in town before heading to the park. I'm glad we tried it once, but once was enough.

The breakfast food was cooked to perfection, and they had the best rye bread I have ever tasted. I really liked the Ma/Pa restaurant feel, which gave it that homemade, comfort feel. Inside, they had a small souvenir shop with nicknacks, hats, shirts, cups, and more. They also serve homemade desserts like keyline pies, large cookies, banana bread, and more! The staff were very friendly, kind, and always attended to us when needed. I had a traditional type breakfast plate with a side of biscuits and gravy. It all came together with eggs, hash browns bacon, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. The food was great. The eggs were a little bland, but nothing bad. The bacon could have been a little more crispy. My fave from the whole plate was the biscuits and gravy! It had good flavor to it and the biscuits tasted fresh and soft, like they were homemade! Later that evening, we were craving chicken wings for dinner. When we checked Yelp for places with chicken wings, this place appeared with positive comments about the wings. So we ordered to-go from here for dinner. We had bbq chicken wings, French fries, and fried zucchini. The chicken wings were great very saucy, which I like! The zucchini pieces could have used a little flavor. Though they were fried perfectly and tasted fresh when ate them, they probably could have used a little more salt or something. It seemed a little bland to my taste, but overall they were delicious! Portions for both breakfast and dinner were huge! So come hungry! Overall, the service and food were great! Definitely worth a try if you're a first timer. Thank you for the great service and food!

Fortunately, we were able to find parking downtown. We love Italian food, so we decided to stop in here. The place was clean, and everybody was friendly and helpful. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a quick service type set up You order at the counter, and then they bring your food to you. We asked what the turnaround time was, and the gentleman said about a half an hour. As I mentioned, the entire town was busy, so we decided to stay for lunch. Everything on the menu sounded good, but We decided to split the hog pizza, With. Tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, italian sausage and salami. They use a woodfired oven, which makes for a much higher quality pie.... Our food came at almost exactly a half an hour. It was a very decent sized pizza. The crust was perfect, and it was also a good quality, tomato sauce, with just a little bit of a "tang" to it. They were generous with the cheese and the meats, and you could tell that they were using a very good quality meat. It was an excellent pizza. They had a couple of "Arizona gunslinger" hot sauces is on the table. I didn't care for the red sauce, but I loved the green sauce. It's a jalapeño based sauce, but the jalapeño didn't take over the rest of the sauce. It had a complex slightly sweet flavor, and not too much of a "kick". It said "smokin ' hot" on the bottle, but it wasn't all heat. The complex flavor played very well with the heat I liked it so much, I asked if they sold it in their gift shop, and they said no, but there was a shop a couple of doors down that carries it. I wish I would remember the name of the shop. It was your standard gift shop, but they had a huge selection of hot sauces available I got my bottle, and I'm glad I brought it home. I love this stuff. I hear that you can also buy it in grocery stores around Arizona. The price for the pizza was extremely reasonable, for all we got, and as I mentioned, this place has a gift shop, as well as a full bar. This is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner. Thanks.
