We were surprised by a mid May snow and walked from our hotel to the kfc hoping for some chicken pot pie. The dining room was already closed by 9:30 and there was a van at the drive through. We walked over hoping to get something anyway under the circumstances but the cashier literally hid inside! After several minutes someone came to the window and explained that we couldn't be served as walk-ups for safety reasons. Ok, lawyers run amok ...but did you have to hide??? We walked across the busy 4 lane to McDonalds --hardly a safe move but their dining room was still open and they served us politely with a to go order. The cashier was nice enough (even though he said, "Doing horribly" when I asked how his day was). He was probably joking (I think)... The restaurant and food was horrible and the workers were the most unmotivated bunch I ever saw up to and including the management staff. First, the dining room was an absolute wreck. Every single table/booth in the restaurant was covered with food crumbs and trash. The floor was covered in straw wrappers and chicken crumbs too. The thing is, we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. So it's not that the staff was too busy to clean, it's that they were too lazy. The manager, the cashier and the drive thru person were standing around jabbering for 20 minutes while the dining room sat there dirty as all hell. Nobody bothered to clean a thing. Management did not direct the workers to clean. When I got my order (2 piece meal) the chicken was burnt. I have never had burnt chicken at any KFC at any point in my life. Fastest and most polite KFC I've ever seen in AZ or CO. Got food about 2 minutes after ordering everything was hot and fresh. Now if your employees could come and teach the employees at Aurora, CO locations that would be the best. Not only how to operate but how to treat customers you guys are the best. read more

This place is not a FAST FOOD restaurant! They are either very understaffed or the people working here are freaking dumbos. I went through the drive-thru and ordered one of the combo meals from Taco Bell. Correct me if I'm wrong but KFC and Taco Bell food does not seem that complex to make. There were 2 cars in front of me, one with a group of 4 and the other one with 2. I was on my way to work and entered the drive-thru at 12:40pm thinking I had plenty of time. I did not make it to the window until 1:05pm and they did not even have my food ready yet. I told them I didn't want anything and drove off in a hurry to get to work. That is almost HALF AN HOUR stuck in the drive-thru between two cars because of these unprofessional twats. These bastards ruined my day, got me in trouble, and left me hungry! I did not try the food so I can't say anything about it, but unless you want to wait as long as you wait at a decent restaurant in exchange for mediocre food, then STAY AWAY!! read more

We have ordered chicken from here several times Always a dussapointment now no phone number. My husband went from Ashfork about 35 miles from our house. Our order this time was 8 pieces of dark meat. 2 coleslaws. After my husband got home this is what he brought. 4 wings overcooked, 2 large breasts dry & overcooked. we don't like white meat. Mash potatoes, no gravy, 4 biscuits. No honey butter S/P. No reciept, no phone to call. 59+ miles & cold bad chicken. 1 leg & 1 thigh. Mind you we ordered 2 Cole slaws, 8 pieces of dark meat 4 biscuits... So little for over $22.00.. So the way I read this is we are very unsatisfied again with KFC.. I am sure Mr. KFC would not be happy. So unhappy again you guys owe us at least 2 full meals, money back would be better. I had a thigh, my husband had a breast, both had a cold hard biscits, couple bites of coleslaw. I would bring it back. No Phone really. I didn't even get a reciept to prove this mess. What a trainwreck! I will avoid stopping at this restaurant next time I come through town. My first issue was walking into the bathroom to find absolutely no changing station for me to change my son's diaper. For a place that has a lot of out town visitors it should be a no-brainer. Lucky for the lobby of customers and staff, my boyfriend stopped me from changing him right there on their table. My car was packed full of camping gear so there was no room to lay him in the car I had to change him on the hood of my dirty car. I honestly would have had no shame changing a dirty diaper in a lobby full of people when there's no where clean I can do it in private. After changing him we went back inside to a line full of people and didn't want to wait so we decided to just go in the drive through... The speaker had a note saying they had headset issues and to pull forward to order. When we got to the window and made our order we were informed they were low on ice so we might not have as much as we normally do. When we asked for ranch we were told us they didnt have any. All I could do was laugh. We paid and left and when we got to the gas station to fill up there actually were 2 ranches in the bag... but no straws for our drinks! To top it off my boyfriend went inside the gas station and they required him to purchase a drink in order to get 2 straws!!! What the hell kind of a sh*t town is this? The manager was rude, I went to the drive thru, tried to order some breakfast and Cinnabon delights minus the cinnamon sugar (i just really don't like cinnamon). I ordered two breakfast crunch wraps with hash browns and coffee. I also tried to order 12 cinnabon delights, 6 with sugar, 6 without. The kid at the window taking my order was gonna let me order them and then I heard a woman shouting in the background "we don't do that!" I wasn't aware that the Cinnabon delights that all you have to do is throw in a fryer... were thrown in with the sugar already on it??? Obviously not. You fry them and then toss them in sugar, which clearly could be optional. I also told him iv ordered them like this many times here before, literally so many times before, he was like oh well my manager just said not anymore. She was just being lazy. My hash browns were seriously rock hard, stale. The Cinnabon delights tasted soggy and like they definitely could have benefited from just making fresh ones. We are locals and have tried several times to give the Taco Bell/KFC in Williams Arizona our business over the past year. Each time we have had awful service, awful food and never got an order the was correct and had to wait for their so called fast food. But tonight was the last straw. After working a 12 hour day we thought we would go get a quick bite to eat on the way home. Big Mistake!! We knew were in for a long wait when we pulled into the drive thru at Taco Bell/KFC and there were two cars in front of us. 20 minutes later we finally got to the drive up window. The young girl working the window started to verify our order and once again it was wrong. She had apparently gotten our order mixed up with someone else's. I told the girl if she did not have the order ready and correct to give us our money back. She hand back our money and we left. We went to Jack in the Box., just up the street. When we arrived at Jack in the Box there were also two cars in front of us. Within 5 minutes of ordering we had our food and were headed home. Thanks Jack! I will never go to this place again. I stopped at entrance point for a while. But nobody replied. Then I thought it maybe it needs to order at the serving window. However, I am waiting at the window for 10 minutes. A lot of people inside, but no one opened the window and help. I am trying to be polite and knocking on the window. Still same thing. Finally, I have to horn and gets some attention. A lady comes and asked us to go another round and order at the entrance. I told her I am waiting for a while and wants to order. Just left the place. When we walked in all the trash cans were sitting outside their trash cans waiting for bags. Bathrooms were dirty... All the working in the kitchen area goofing around. One was coughing everywhere. Every table dirty, dispensers empty. One worker was reasonably helpful but the rest were useless. All yuckin it up the whole time. Background info: I just made this account for this review. I have never signed up for Yelp but utilize it daily. Never thought I would need to leave reviews as I am pretty happy with the reviews already on Yelp. But I felt I needed to sign up to describe the subpar service I just received. Sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes. Was told they didn't have the chicken taco I ordered. They asked they could substitute a different meat. I said "no" and would just take a refund. The woman at the window just walked away and stood at the inside counter for about 5 minutes. No one came by the drive through window to assist us after trying to get someone's attention (the drive through window was open). My wife had to honk the horn until someone came. The woman said she was "getting a manager and told us that earlier". We said that would have been fine but you, in fact, did not say that as we wouldn't have had to try and get an employees attention if you did say that. The employee argued then I stepped in and say I also never heard you say that. She slammed the drive through window on us and left. So after about ~25 minutes total, we finally received our refund and no apology from anyone! Needless to say, go somewhere else. First review ever in my life! read more

It deserves a zero rating. They had no ice the day we were there, no cookies, they didn't get the meals right. On the kids meals we opened them and it was a different order. When I went back up, they told me they don't have yogurt or any other choice we chose for the kids meals. They should have told us that before we ordered instead of adding their own substitutes. There was only one meal that was the correct order and they forgot to give it to us. We had to go and tell them they forgot it. No meal that was supposed to have cookies got them. When we asked they said they we out. They were totally overwhelmed and did not know their menu. People were getting their money back and leaving. We waited 45 minutes for that meal with kids. I was at this place of business after a Basketball game in Williams tonight. I went through the drive thru and as i approached the intercom the lady on the other end said" can i take your order?" i asked her to give me a minute.She did not hear me because she repeated "Can i take your order?" i than repeated "Give me a minute" she said "ok" After i had made my selection i said "ok, im ready" she than came back on and said "give me a minute" so i waited. I waited nearly 5 minutes, and at that time i leaned to the intercom and said "Hello?" i was hoping she would immediately come on, i waited briefly. so i tapped on my horn, a small beep just to get her attention and i guess i did, she than came on the intercom and instead of saying "im sorry for keeping you waiting"..what she said was "if you want to eat somewhere else you can!" " you didnt have to honk your horn, that was rude!" she said this sarcastically and before i could say anything my daughter who was my passenger said " well should we call your manager because what you just said was rude too" and she said "Go ahead!!". well we left the drive thru lane and ate at McDonald's. This lady was extremely rude and what she said was unnecessary. i have been coming to your place of business for years, when i come through on my way home from Flagstaff. i will no longer be going to your place of business. i believe you should hire people who are professionall and know how to deal with guests whether they are rude or impatient. After all we are the GUEST. I suggest you reprimand this employee so she will understand the value of Customer Service, because she gets a lot of people who come visit The Grand Canyon and do stop by this business as they pass through. The Employee that took the order was knowledgeable & had a clean professional appearance. The food was good but was a bit unimpressed with the appearance. Trash container was leaking fluid by West entrance door. One table that I walked by had a bucket & trash on top of table & on the floor. Several other areas in the dining room was trashy with food matter on floor & table. Used the men's room - looked like it hadn't been cleaned in two weeks, sink was nasty dirty & also the surrounding area. Drink area had lids & straws laying around & in drain tray & spills on the countertop. Seats had tears in material & was repaired with red duct tape. This is one of the prime access towns for access to the canyon & town doesn't seem to take pride in themselves at all. Out of the employees on duty, only the one that took my order seem to care how she looked. The other one had too much make on & had raccoon eyes. The uniforms were dirty & wrinkled like they slept in them. Again food was good but not a place I would recommend other then to stay away unless you like a dirty restaurant. A good clean & good service restaurant in Williams seems to be a hard item to find today. Good luck. read more
