I arrived at 8:15PM, Feb.15,2025. I bought four McChickens for our dinner and my next morning breakfast. The machine didn't spill any receipt, the guy just confirmed I already ordered four McChickens, I just had to wait, which was fine. There was no customer inside, only two cars waited on the drive thru passage.

Well you know a bout to! If you need a MDs fix and my husband did. Had a fish sandwich and fries. If we are back in town we will visit again.

Only drive thru was open, not the lobby. The outdoor seating is really great!! Lots of tables and you can park your car right next to it. I love that set up. I had a Big Mac and my dog had the McDouble.

Super fast service and really good sweet tea

Listen, I don't usually review fast food places, but this McDonald's is pretty good. We ended up visiting 2 times in 2 days while seeing the Grand Canyon. We don't usually eat McDonald's at all, but I'm a pescatarian and sometimes finding food on the road is a little difficult. (I got the filet o fish) The service is super fast and friendly, even though they were extremely busy both days. The food came out hot and fresh. Shout out the the management and people working for keeping this place running smooth when you are slammed.

Quick stop on our way to the Grand Canyon!

Yeah, I know it's McDonald's... but hear me out... this McDonald's has their act together. Line around the building and we had our food in no time! Custom ordered food came out correctly and everything was crispy and hot!! The staff working (morning shift on 2/6) were friendly, polite, and talking all safety precautions!!! If your hitting the Grand Canyon and want to stop for coffee or quick bite... this is the McDonald's to pick!!

Couldn't get the coffee machine to work. Spent more time here than on the highway. Sandwiches were cold due to delay of coffee.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and great service, which was honestly the perfect end to a long day. The selection was amazing and the ice cream was so good that we came back again the next night. And somehow it was even better the second time. We tried different flavors and were completely blown away. I honestly can't remember the last time I had ice cream this good. Every bite was delicious. The line can get pretty long at times, but let me tell you, it is absolutely worth the wait. If you're in Williams and even remotely thinking about ice cream, just go. You won't regret it. I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.

We stopped by to order some pies after hearing great things (and yes--the pies do live up to the hype). We're visiting from California, so we were excited to try it out. The man who took our order was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome--10/10 for him. While waiting, my kids sat down at a table near the pies (I get it--not ideal on our part). But the hostess's reaction was... intense. Instead of a quick, polite redirect, we were told to leave in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Even the guests she was seating noticed and commented on it, which says a lot. Look, I completely understand rules are rules--but delivery matters. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with families. So overall: amazing pies, friendly ordering experience, but the hostess might need a hug... and maybe a refresher on customer service. We'd love to come back for the pie, but the experience definitely left a bit of a sour taste.
