The cheese that stuck to the wrapper. It's almost the whole slice.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]It was busy when I entered.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I dont usually use a kiosk unless I'm forced to. I hate them as much as I hate self checkout at the grocery store, but it was busy, so I placed my order. Apparently I forgot to up the coffee size for my husband's meal but put in the number of sugars for a large, so I had to place another order. Since my son decided he wanted sausage burritos, I made it a meal. That made three meals purchased: two of the double sausage-burrito meals and one steak bagel meal. I ordered the coffees with sugars for all and cream in one. I assumed they would all have the items inside and be stirred. I assumed wrong. The sugar was a clump at the bottom of my cup and I had to get a straw to stir it. My coffee was weak, so my cream and sugar were too much. Odd though, because I have ordered my McDonald's coffee the same way since 2009 and this is the second time it's been as weak as dishwater, the first being yesterday morning in California. Standards are important. Consistency is why restaurants like McDonald's are successful. Lose consistency and you lose your market share. I love the steak, egg, and cheese bagel. It's my favorite breakfast at this chain. This one did not impress me at all. The bagel was blackened around the entire rim and there was a burnt spot on the side. The cheese was stuck to the wrapper and I had to restack it to have everything in the sandwich instead of hanging out the sides. The meat was salty, too salty. The cheese, as I mentioned was attached to the inside of the wrapper. The egg was boring and the sauce was shared between the sandwich and the bag's cheese. It was the driest most blah bagel ever made at McDonald's. I looked for the hash browns and there was only 1. Three meals and we got one hash brown? Seriously, I could have eaten at a diner for less than the $42 and change we paid here for breakfast for three and got what I ordered. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restroom was clean, so that is one star.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The counter staff was nice enough, so that is the other star. The food gets zero stars. I will be getting my coffee at Love's for the next few days on this road trip. McDonald's you owe me at least 2 hash browns.

I arrived at 8:15PM, Feb.15,2025. I bought four McChickens for our dinner and my next morning breakfast. The machine didn't spill any receipt, the guy just confirmed I already ordered four McChickens, I just had to wait, which was fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was no customer inside, only two cars waited on the drive thru passage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Well you know a bout to! If you need a MDs fix and my husband did. Had a fish sandwich and fries. If we are back in town we will visit again.

Only drive thru was open, not the lobby. The outdoor seating is really great!! Lots of tables and you can park your car right next to it. I love that set up. I had a Big Mac and my dog had the McDouble.

Super fast service and really good sweet tea

Listen, I don't usually review fast food places, but this McDonald's is pretty good. We ended up visiting 2 times in 2 days while seeing the Grand Canyon. We don't usually eat McDonald's at all, but I'm a pescatarian and sometimes finding food on the road is a little difficult. (I got the filet o fish) The service is super fast and friendly, even though they were extremely busy both days. The food came out hot and fresh. Shout out the the management and people working for keeping this place running smooth when you are slammed.

Quick stop on our way to the Grand Canyon!

The setup is counter-service, and one thing that caught me off guard was being asked to choose whether we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs before we'd even seen either area. I picked upstairs, but after getting up there, I probably would have preferred downstairs. The upstairs bar was closed, which made the space feel a little empty. Food-wise, everything was just... mid. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger with fries. The burger itself was fine, but there wasn't much flavor. The pulled pork on top was absolutely drenched in BBQ sauce that tasted like it came straight from a grocery store bottle, and it completely overpowered everything else. The fries arrived room temperature and bland. I ended up covering them in salt and dipping them in ketchup, which I rarely do. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. The mac and cheese didn't taste fresh, wasn't very hot, and was lacking flavor. The chicken was decent, and the bread on the side was okay, but nothing stood out. The one thing I really did enjoy was the theming. The restaurant fits the Bearizona atmosphere well, and I appreciated the rustic lodge feel. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. The ingredients felt low quality, and there wasn't any exceptional service to make up for it. If we visit Bearizona again, we'll probably eat in town before heading to the park. I'm glad we tried it once, but once was enough.

You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

You seat yourself, and there are tables inside and outside with views of the main street. The line was long when we arrived. They even ran out of menus at one point. But the line moved at a good pace. I ordered the Prosciutto Pie and a prickly pear margarita. The Prosciutto Pie was just OK. For $24, I felt like there needed to be more prosciutto. Some of my slices didn't even have a solid bite of this main ingredient. If the prosciutto was double the amount I received, I would say get it; but based on my experience, I saw other pizza types that were more loaded and probably worth the price. The kids menu is larger than most places, with five different items to choose from (both Italian and standard kids food for picky eaters). The restaurant is attached to a brewery, where you can order beer and beer flights -- differently a bonus.

It's got character without being too rough. The prices are what you'd expect for a sit-down spot (a bit more than you'd like for diner fare), but the food delivers: hearty, tasty portions that actually fill you up. I couldn't finish the nachos. Don't skip the lava cake -- it's rich, warm, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! Our waitress was genuinely friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. But here's the eh best part: she handed us our cups with a big smile and said, "Y'all get whatever you want from the soda fountain -- Coke, lemonade, water, or whatever." The way she said it made it feel like it was included with the meal. I usually stick with water, but I went for a Sprite instead... and yep, it turned out to be extra. Fool me once, shame on me -- but honestly, it was still a fun, generous touch that made the whole experience feel welcoming. Reminded of of Flo from Mel's Diner (Xers will get that reference) It's attached to a fun little gift shop packed with Route 66 souvenirs and trinkets. Perfect for grabbing a memento after your meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, the food was very good, and we enjoyed the local beer selection. Our server took excellent care of our group, was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of something we noticed with management. There appeared to be a supervisor or manager in the back who was being loud and rude toward employees, including our server. That was uncomfortable to hear and took away from an otherwise great visit. The staff did a great job, and they deserve to be treated with respect. Overall, we really enjoyed the food, service, beer, and atmosphere. Management could use some improvement, but the restaurant itself and the service we received were very good.

I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.
