I used this shop a year ago and decided to use them again. This time I needed the engine mounts…read morereplaced. I arrived at the shop as soon as they opened and dropped off my vehicle. I was told I would receive a phone call when the work was done, but about an hour before they closed, I had not heard from them so I called. I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup and got there right away. The following day I looked over my vehicle and noticed that there was grease coming from the driver side front axle and it had leaked all over the suspension, steering, and wheel. The grease was leaking past the inner cv joint boot clamp which I believed was due to them during the removal/install of the axle. I told the owner of the shop the problem I was having, and he said "that's strange since they didn't remove the axles but used a jig to lift the engine" but he said he would look at the problem. He stated that the boot had slipped and they had to reposition it and re-band. I also had the brake booster replaced during this visit. Once I arrived home, I looked over the vehicle and noticed that the front axle had some fluid on it and opened the hood and saw that the master cylinder was overfilled and leaked brake fluid below it. I also noticed that there was a plastic cover lodged below the master cylinder and I tried to remove it but it was stuck. I then opened the driver's door and noticed that the footwell light wasn't on. In addition, the air ducting in the foot well was loose and not connected. I removed the panel to gain access to it and found the footwell light wiring was not connected and repositioned the ducting and connected them both. I also noticed that there was a screw underneath the floor mat and was wondering where that mounts and after a short inspection of the area I found where it needed to go. I looked under the vehicle and noticed all four brake bleeder screw dust covers were not reconnected. I noticed that the driver side front axle looked old and determined that the axle must have been replaced due to the inspection paint marks made at the factory did not match the color of the other areas on the vehicle. Also, if the axle boot was readjusted and re-banded like the owner stated, then why were there old clamps on the axle boots? Additionally, the plenum cover at the base of the windshield had about 2 feet of the mounting tab broken that the gasket is fitted to. I found broken plastic pieces on the splash shield underneath the vehicle. The work accomplished by this shop was very sloppy and careless. I would avoid this shop at all costs. I highly suggest that you find another repair shop to go to or pay the high fee at the dealership to have your vehicle repaired.

Upon pulling into the lot (around 830am), I was immediately greeted by a technician walking out to diagnose another car. John, behind the desk, told me that my brake job would be one of the first cars in and my car was on the lift lift within 10 minutes. They still offered me a ride home if I didn't want to wait in the lobby though. I waited in the lobby, which was clean, had water, and coffee available as well. While I was waiting, I had multiple interactions with the front employees, the technicians, and John, who is in the process of becoming the owner. They all made me feel welcome and I enjoyed the time sitting in the waiting room. John was a very genuine man as well, and I felt that I was treated fairly, and also saw that he seemed to care about and treat his employees fair as well. The pricing was exactly what I was expecting for quality work, and he didn't hesitate to offer military, and loyalty discounts to customers that came in. Absolutely recommend coming here and this will be my first (and only) stop for any maintenance that I don't do on any of my automobiles.

Called up BMW and their first appointment was 2 weeks away.. looking around at alternatives and came across Auto Envy.. they said bring the car in tomorrow and they will give me an assessment... Dropped the car off and later that afternoon they diagnosed bad oxygen sensors and the ignition coils also need to be replaced.. the cost of repair was about half the price BMW dealer quoted a year ago saying that the oxygen sensors were going back agreed to the repair and had my car back the next day running like new again.. This is a small mom/pop type shop that specializes in BMW repairs.. Friendly Staff, good prices, and great communication. Highly recommended if you need work done on your BMW!!!

Spending the 4 grand for peace of mind is better then shelling out for a new engine if it fails. I'll end this stating that my car went in sounding like a dying zebra with COPD and came out sounding like a fire breathing dragon so I'm beyond happy and excited to feel the power of this monster super car.

My brother since then purchased his car (Toyota Camry) from Chai Douanglee, and couldn't have been happier with the transaction. That was nearly 2 years ago, and the car has performed flawlessly since then. I've always been happy with their service, recently getting a leak in the SLK 230's transmission fixed ath the Va Beach Location. It was cheaper than I expected, and they had me in-and-out in about 80 minutes, getting started right at the scheduled drop-off time. They offered to shuttle me elsewhere if I needed it, but I opted to just wait there in their comfortable waiting room, and catch up on some paperwork. Joey, the service tech, was incredible polite both over-the-phone, and in person, and the service tech (who's name I forget now, but will update later), was also very polite and answered all the questions I had about the car's maintenance, and the service performed.

The truck passed inspection, I was charged (including an extra fee for using a debit card), and I was told they couldn't find the noise. After moving out of state and getting the truck inspected again, the problem was identified almost immediately: a bad sway bar bushing causing the rear suspension to rattle around. Obvious enough that another shop spotted it right away. So I'm left wondering: how does a shop performing a state inspection miss a suspension issue I specifically pointed out, involving a loud metal-on-metal clank, and then charge extra on top of it? If you bring your vehicle here with an actual problem, you may want a second opinion.

Left out the door with tire pressure warning lights, light bulbs not working and brakes squealing. Brought it back the next day, they claimed the car was too advanced for their knowledge. Almost 60 bucks to replace a light bulb and charged triple the price of brake pads to replace them. Lastly they charge a 3% fee on all card transactions and they don't accept American Express cards. Will definitely not return there again.
