It's hard to rate because the service is very bad, very very very slow, they didn't even greet me for a long time. But the food is very good. So good I went twice. This place is very modern looking. It also has good air conditioning. I had breakfast and it was delicious food. The scrambled eggs were better than most places I have been. We visited the KGB Restaurant for brunch. I definitely recommend coming here with a ton of patience. The restaurant is always busy and there is frequently a line that forms at the door. However, our large party was seated in no time (typical brunch wait times for restaurants on the mainland US). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the items. The restaurant itself does get a bit noisy because everyone is talking at one and there is a gentleman serenading patrons from the corner. It wasn't enough to make me want to leave. I ordered a Triple Decker Signature Sandwich, which comes with homemade chips, and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed they didn't include the chips. I called back to the restaurant and the server asked me if I was going back to get the chips, without any apology.
