Three stars for ambiance and food but would like to give 4-5 stars to Leon for service. We were seated outside (at my request) and we ignored for at least first five-ten minutes. Finally Leon appeared and could not have been nicer or more helpful in terms of ordering. Also Alberto was amazing at packing up ALL of our copious extra food for us. We ordered two kinds of dumplings which was one order too many. These are not delicate light dumplings; rather they are enormous and quite heavy. We ordered lamb dumpling and cheese dumplings. They were both good but definitely too salty. We also ordered the Mediterranean salad which was not particularly exciting and the chicken in yogurt sauce. The adjaruli kachapuri was the yummiest dish. The problem with the location was the incredibly loud cars on Canon Dr. It definitely interfered with our enjoyment. Put on a sweater and sit inside. We had our little pup with us and Leon was so kind to let us have her outside dining with us. He quickly brought her a bowl of water without us even asking! Serious safety concern!!! Injury warning My friend fell immediately upon entering the restaurant. The type of flooring felt slippery to us both.. She fell from standing height and suffered a bleeding injury. She later developed significant bruising and continues to experience pain. Instead of immediately checking on her condition, staff simply brought us menus. No one assessed whether she was okay. The manager only came over after I asked for him several times. When we raised concerns, we were told that "no one has ever fallen here" and that this was not their responsibility When we asked for an incident report to document what happened, we were told to "call the police" instead. We were told there were no antiseptics or bandages available at the time.. Only after repeated requests did someone leave to purchase wound care items from a nearby pharmacy. My friend was in pain and can't move so she asked me to stay for the meal. We stayed calm and finished our meal, hoping the situation would be handled professionally. Despite the seriousness of the incident, there was no meaningful apology, no acknowledgment of responsibility. Guest safety- especially at the entrance- should never be handled this way. Accidents can happen. But guest safety, proper response, and basic preparedness should not be optional read more
