The shrimp kabobs were cooked just right--tender, juicy, and seasoned beautifully. I opted to sub the rice for steamed broccoli and it came with a side salad dressed lightly. Perfect! Walked into Khoury's Mediterranean on a whim for lunch, and try new Mediterranean spot, it did not disappoint . I could eat lentil soup as my main entrée. Staff was friendly and welcoming, only small hiccup was our water not getting refilled, kinda got overlooked there. But nothing major that took away from the experience. Overall, really good spot. What a great spot. Stopped by for lunch and I didn't realize the restaurant is pretty big. Service was good and the food took about 15 minutes. The bread they give you is sooo good. I ordered the Filet Mignon Steak Kabob plate which came with rice and Lentil Soup. By the time I ate my soup and the bread, I was full. They give you this amazing fresh out of the oven pita to have with oil. So good! Careful on that first rip as the steam comes out of the center. Food is very good. Lots of meat in the gyro. Khoury's has a nice, elegant atmosphere for good Lebanese food. Fabric tablecloths and napkins elevate the feeling there, so very nice for a date or family outing. I loved their house-made pita bread which came out hot and pillowy, and it paired well with the Labni dip. Their side salad was fresh iceberg lettuce with a tangy dressing. The Sujuk spicy sausage from the appetizer menu was tasty and comes as a few patties with onions and tomato. For the main entree, I tried one of their signature dishes, Farooj. It was roasted chicken with beautiful crunchy skin and a tangy, lemon flavor. I will say the chicken came out dry though, so I was disappointed. Service was good and everyone was kind and attentive. This place has incredible Lebanese food. All their entrees have authentic Mediterranean flavors. We got their dinner for two which comes with two soups or salads, two appetizers, two entrees, and a dessert to share. We got their dinner lentil soup and khoury's salad. Both were delicious. For appetizers, we got their dinner lentil tabbouleh and hummus. Those were also great. The tabbouleh was especially tasty. For entrees, we got the kafta (which is ground beef kabob). That was the star of the show. Absolutely incredible. Obviously top quality beef. The seasoning/spices were perfect. The beef was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. We also got the filet mignon kabob (which are the chunks of filet mignon). Those were also delectable. Tender, juicy meat on a stick. Can't go wrong there. The rice was also delicious and cooked perfectly. We also got a beef shawarma sandwich to go. And that was great as well. We also got the baklava sundae for dessert. The baklava is scrumptious. First time after hearing a lot of good things and I can confidently say this is one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Vegas! Strike #1: 10 minutes before anyone even comes to the table Strike #2: 40 minutes (30 minutes after ordering) before drinks get to the table Strike #3: "Do you want some more pita bread?" followed by waiting another 30 minutes (this brings the total to 70 minutes) before any more bread has been given! Strike #4: Appetizers came before drinks, entrees came before pita bread refill! Somebody might say "1 star is too harsh!" but in reality you are paying for good food and the most abysmal service (right next to AYCE sushi/KBBQ - somehow those folks care more about the people sitting at the tables.) Our first time here, picked the dinner for 2, it's $64.95 that includes 2 salads or soups, 2 appetizers, 2 Entries and 2 desserts. They also offer freshly baked pita with olive oil that comes with sesame seeds and herbs. What a great deal! You know the pizza breads are fresh because there is a big working oven in the dining room that you see the flame. Baba ganoush and cucumber yogurt as appetizers are on point with good portions! For the main dishes, we have chicken kabob and beef kabob (+$2), they are a bit dry but will seasoned. We also order falafels. It comes with good portion of pickle vegetables. They are great as well. Unfortunately, I went last night with my daughter and grandchild from Chicago, to show off this gem of a restaurant. Horrible decision. Service was unbearable. My daughter's entree came out as an appetizer. We ordered a salad and got it 25 minutes after her entree came out and then...my entree NEVER arrived. With a bat in tow, we had to leave. My daughter finally had to get up and hunt someone down for the check. Hunted another person down for boxes for the salad and the rest of her entree. And then...our server finally appeared and when I told her my entree never arrived, she feigned surprise. Boo! Never apologized and never acknowledged the negligence. I have been coming to this restaurant for many years, from when it was located on Patrick and Fort Apache to the current location. I have been a loyal customer throughout that time. The food has consistently been outstanding. This has been my go to spot when family visits from out of town, and I also bring business clients here. My sister brings her guests as well. We have supported and recommended this business for years. That is why tonight was disappointing. I waited at the front for over 10 minutes to pick up my order. I understand that waits happen. That was not the issue. The issue was that no one acknowledged me. I had to tap a young employee and ask if someone could help me. He asked for my name and brought my food. The young man was very polite and professional. The owner was standing just a few feet away the entire time talking with friends and never once acknowledged me. Over the years I have seen him greet and engage other customers, yet neither I nor my family have ever been acknowledged. Tonight he appeared visibly bothered when assistance was requested. I have never been in a business where the owner did not have the common courtesy to at least say someone will be right with you. That is all I expected. After years of loyalty and support, this experience was genuinely offensive and disappointing. Customers are what keep a business alive. Leadership sets the tone. Humility and simple courtesy matter. The food remains excellent. The customer experience, however, needs attention. I hope the owner starts to treat all his customers with equal kindness and courteousness. I hope he understand that there is no room for bias in business. They have not just lost my business but also the family, guests, and clients I bring with me. read more

It's been almost 10 years since I've gone to Khoury's. The food is just as good as I remembered it too! My family and I were looking for a place to eat on a Sunday afternoon. Looking for some locations on Yelp in Summerlin, Khoury's was one of the restaurants that popped up! We ended up ordering the following from Khourys Lamp Chops (4): with French Fries Chicken Gyro Sandwich Beef Shawarma Sandwich Khoury's has some of the best authentic Lebanese food in Las Vegas! Their pita bread is baked fresh daily! We had to order a side of hummus to dip the pita bread in! The team member brought over two baskets of their fresh bread pita! It was soo good! While we waited for our entrees, we ate a lot of Pita bread. We waited about 30 minutes for the entrees, but it was so worth it! The food was scrumptious!! My daughter enjoyed the Lamb chops. They were flavorful! I enjoyed the Chicken Gyro Sandwich. There was so much chicken inside and I couldn't even finish it! The Gyro sandwich was delicious!! The chicken was seasoned perfectly, and there were just enough side ingredients such as tomatoes and lettuce! The team members at Khoury's are amazing!
