The only picture I have is of an empty plate, and honestly, that should tell you everything you need to know. The food was so good that taking pictures completely slipped my mind! We visited Chickpeas at Rainbow & Sahara, and this location is definitely bigger and better. There's tons of seating and a huge variety of food to choose from. They have cold shrimp cocktail, chilled grilled vegetables, several different salads--including a really good surimi salad--and plenty of hot options. The chicken kabobs were delicious, and they even had goat shanks! The service was excellent, too. Our table stayed squeaky clean, drink refills kept coming, and the staff was constantly checking on us. They even brought food directly to our table, which was such a nice touch. And save room for dessert! There's ice cream, pastries, fresh fruit, and, of course, baklava. This has officially become our new favorite spot for Mediterranean food. Great selection, great service, plenty of seating, and apparently food good enough to make me completely forget I own a camera. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I recently visited Chickpeas on South Rainbow Blvd. for their all-you-can-eat Mediterranean buffet, and overall we had a very good experience. There was a great variety of food to choose from, including different meats, Lamb shank, kabobs, rice, salads, hummus, and desserts. We especially enjoyed being able to sample so many different Mediterranean flavors in one visit. The food was flavorful and there was definitely plenty to choose from. We also thought the AYCE concept offered good value for the price. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back to try more of the menu. It's a great option if you're looking for a reasonably priced Mediterranean buffet with plenty of variety in Las Vegas.

This place has been on the list for ages, pass by at least twice a week. Well the pita lined up and the hummus was calling so we stopped in for lunch... probably around 11:30. (They open at 10:00). Chatted with the gentleman at the counter and he rang up our buffets.. $20.00 and change, drinks included. Interesting that they ring u up first , guess that prevents people from dodging the check. Seated at a nice four top. The interior reminds me more of like a night club with the furniture, couches, big TV. Chairs are sturdy covered with plastic like at grandmas house. On to the food, there is a pretty nice salad area off to one side, hummus, tzatziki , tabouli, lettuce, dolma (mushy) , beets, peppers, capers, olives (not Kalamata) and a platter of shrimp, etc. Moving on to the hot line, pretty impressive selection of rice, falafel (sadly dry) gyro bites, pita (dry) several types of kabobs (pretty tasty) soups, lentils and I think the hit of the line the lamb shanks (one to a customer) . Moving over past the line is the dessert section , madeline's, baklava fruit and cakes. After we were full, they brought out trays of bruschetta, lasagna and cold veggies like eggplant and potatoes . (Just be aware that the lasagna trays were not totally under the sneeze guards and the cold veggies were out in sheet pans over , but not the ice and no sneeze guards. Oh and the had a soft serv ice cream machine, but the cones sweet stack and exposed without a cover of some sort. So we tried pretty much most items.. the hits were the lamb kabob, the salad items and veggies. Things like the falafel were a bit dry (almost impossible to keep them moist in a buffet setting) . We didn't try the lasagna or cold veggies as we were full by the time they came out. If we come back, we'll come later. Service was pretty informal, the gentleman who checked us in came around and checked and he was the one who removed plates and brought drinks. Interesting decorations , for example there were several samovars in around the dining room and entrance. Well when I think samovars, I guess I think Russia, Central Europe and maybe Iran , but not Mediterranean countries. I mean they looked nice and all, but just a bit out of place. Also the large statute of Siddhartha (Buddha) was nice and kind of worked atmosphere wise . All in all, definitely worth the cost of admission. Will we return? Probably at some point. Did not ask about military discounts

This place is amazing! I love Mediterranean food. For what you would spend for one plate at other places, you can have an all you can eat buffet. We went there for Father's Day. The food was okay, I felt like most things were bland and needed seasoning, or sauce. They have salt and pepper on every table so you can season to taste. The location is fairly close to the strip. It took me 20 minutes to drive there from Caesars Palace. It's a very fancy restaurant. From the moment I walked in I was impressed by the ambiance.

I had such a great experience at Chickpeas Mediterranean Cafe. The gentleman working there was incredibly kind and welcoming. He checked on us often, asked if we were happy or needed anything else, brought us drinks, and truly made us feel appreciated for coming in. That kind of genuine hospitality is such a nice change compared to most restaurants. The place was also exceptionally clean. They wiped down countertops as soon as they got dirty and picked up dishes quickly, which made the whole restaurant feel fresh and well cared for. But let's talk about the food--when I found out about an all-you-can-eat Mediterranean buffet, I knew I had to try it, and my heart was so happy. There were plenty of options without feeling overwhelming. Everything I had was wonderful--from the tabbouleh salad, hummus, kebabs, and butter chicken to all the little extras in between. Everything was exceptional. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, which is hard to find these days with so many places constantly raising their prices. Great food, great service, and great value. I can't wait to return!

Buffet not bad. Service is awesome!!! Very attentive and thoughtful. Felt taken care of. The soda I ordered felt flat so I requested a different flavor but they came back and mentioned that they could open a new bottle which should fix the issue and it did!

Everything is delicious. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Very clean and spacious. Nice and fresh, hot and very well displayed. Im so full I wanna eat everything but I can't. A must go to place for Mediterranean food. Don't sleep on this piece.

Good buffet with lots of options! Yummy food, good service & many drinks included from teas to sodas to lemonade. $20 gets you a lot here, including yummy baklava, fruits and ice cream. Came here on a Monday and there were a good amount of people eating as well. I recommend trying the meatballs they were so good lol oh and the baklava too! Max was very hospitable along with everyone else here, they checked on us and were attentive & friendly :) Enough seating so would recommend for groups & families!

Far beyond the neon glow of the desert's false oasis lies a hidden treasury of flavors, well worth the journey across the sands. For a mere handful of silver--scarcely twenty-two coins--the gates to this feast swing wide. Behold a trio of grains as varied as the dunes: Basmati white as a cloud, Mediterranean gold, and sweet morsels of spanakopita. The Butter Chicken is the true sultan of the spread; let it flow like a silken river over your rice. While the Tandoori and Kabobs bear the heat of a midday sun, perhaps lingering too long in the desert air, the Baba Ghanoush, Tzatziki, Ikra, and Dolma offer a cooler refuge. Like a spin of the Fortune's Wheel, some treasures shine brighter than others. The Lamb Shank is a gamey beast of great size and spirit, while the white fish and meatballs may not suit every traveler's tongue. To truly feast like royalty, one must possess the patience of a genie: wait for the cook to emerge with steaming platters fresh from the fire. That is the secret command to unlock the buffet's truest magic.

This place has Mediterranean food that is authentic and taste good. It's not a high end place and the prices are reasonable. They also have some live music. This is definitely a family restaurant. You can bring the whole family. The kebabs are sooo good, the chicken, beef and mostly the lamb. They have good hummus too. I'm not an expert on Mediterranean food but this is definitely refreshing and something new. I will definitely come back! Our server was SULEX and he was amazing. Because of him, I will give this place 5 stars .

Definitely take advantage of the six course tasting menu. It is $75 a person. It is way more food than you will likely be able to handle but you get to taste everything. The third course was a variety tray of hummus, tzatziki, baba ghanoush, falafel, and pita chips. The fourth course was a pineapple with skewers of steak and chicken coming out of the top. The fifth course was a bowl of fall off the bone chicken with lots of herbs and spices. The sixth course was dessert. It was sort of a baklava style cake filled with bananas and walnuts. It was way more than we could both finish, but it was absolutely delicious. Every detail is thought of even the presentation. They do love dry ice at this place lol. I've had Greek food that was more flavorful. Greek food tends to be a bit pricier than others so I have a higher standard. I can brag on a few things. The restaurant was very clean and cute. I loved that they had TVs and we could watch the World Cup game that was on. You order your food up front, pay, grab your drink, and then sit down with your number. They bring the food out to your table. I love the CocaCola freestyle machines. Unfortunately this one didn't have any diet or zero options other than Aha sparkling water. That was a bit disappointing. They do have canned Diet Coke along with some interesting Greek drinks in a refrigerator. I ordered the gyro plate and my son got the falafel gyro. We both got the feta fries. These are really delicious. There was so much feta and herbs on the crispy, coated fries. My portion was great on my gyro plate. The salad was pretty but the Greek dressing was very mild and lacking in flavor for me. The same with my gyro meat. It was just okay. When you mix beef and lamb, it creates this delicious flavor and I just didn't get that here. The tzatziki was very bland to me. It was almost just straight yogurt. My son's falafel pita was very good. It was soft in the inside with the slight crisp on the outside. It was a large size pita and filled up my teenage boy. The desserts sounded delicious and the baklava in the case next to the registers were phenomenal looking. We didn't make it that far to get to have dessert. Since my son loved it so much, we will be back. I will try a different plate next time and hopefully be able to get dessert also.

I highly recommend everyone try their lunch. The price is incredibly reasonable, and the food quality is top-notch! For an appetizer, a whole fish entree, and a dessert, the Restaurant Week special is only 40 bucks! Even if you can't make it out to taste the food during Restaurant Week, their usual lunch prix fixe (with the same dishes) is only 45 bucks. Compared to the Mayfair Supper Club I just went to, this place handles their fish remarkably well. It perfectly retained the tenderness and juiciness of the fish, and the skin and edges had a bit of charred, fire-roasted aroma. It left me thinking with great satisfaction: this is exactly how fish should be prepared--simple! The octopus appetizer was also incredibly tender with absolutely no fishy taste. The kitchen's grilling technique and heat control are just exceptionally well-handled. I also quite liked their dessert, Greek yogurt and candied orange peel. I think using orange peel has an advantage: even though it's been candied, it still retains the natural bitterness of the peel, so it's not overly sweet. Speaking of olive oil, the olive oil at this place deserves a shout-out too. It has a very strong grassy aroma and a distinct, pleasant bitterness with a sweet aftertaste. We also added an order of their signature appetizer, which is thinly sliced zucchini and eggplant fried and stacked into a tower. It was seriously so crispy and delicious!!! And very eye-catching! This dish is great for sharing, though it did get a little greasy toward the end, since it is fried after all. This single appetizer costs a whopping 41 bucks! It's even more expensive than the Restaurant Week set menu! But it's super eye-catching and tastes great! Oh well, let them have my money.

The night shift is where it's at, you're always greeted, never rushed, consistent portions, the area is always clean, well restocked and it's just a completely different experience.
