Already off to a rocky start, I arrived and was brought to the treatment room where the therapist immediately peppered me with questions and asked what I wanted. When I told her, she responded with "you only have about 20 minutes." I checked my watch -- there was still a full 45 minutes remaining in my session. So where exactly did that time go? To make matters worse, when I finished and was sitting in the waiting area waiting for my Uber, another client walked in and apologized for being late. The receptionist's response? "Don't worry honey, we'll take care of you." No phone call. No time deducted. No problem. The double standard here is impossible to ignore. Arrive 4 minutes early? You're penalized and rushed through a session someone clearly couldn't time correctly. Arrive late as someone else? Warmly welcomed with zero consequences. I'm not sure if the issue is with timekeeping, mathematics, or just selective customer service -- but either way, it's completely unacceptable. Save your money and find a spa that treats all of its customers with the same courtesy and respect.

The bed was comfortable, the room well heated, but there was no top sheet, just a medium sized gym towel for me to cover myself with - not warm, not comfortable, not very "private". The massage was good. Not great, but good. She did pay good attention to specific areas I had mentionned and was concious of my pressure preferences - so no complaints, but I was not wowed. Overall a good experience, but a lot to improve upon.

There is ample parking. The entrance was a bit tight (space) but it was beautifully set up and peaceful. The front desk was small but efficient. The staff that checked me in was super sweet and helpful. She checked me in and got me set up in changing room. She walked me through each step of the process. I was given a locker to store my clothes and was given a white rob to change into and sandals. The dressing room had lockers a separate toilet area, shower and area to dress. When I finished changing into my robe I went into the relaxation room and waited for my masseuse to pick me up. I scheduled the ultimate massage. Chris my masseuse was wonderful. He worked on the many knots on my neck and back. I had a full body massage for 80 minutes and it was so worth it.
