Upon acceptance, my service date was confirmed. Payment was required prior to the date of service. The truck and two employees arrived a few minutes early and they were ready to go. He was able to give me an estimate based on the video I sent. As they were in the area, he gave me a call asking if I had some time today to come by with the crew. They called after their job was done and came by and cut down all of my tall trees. They were really efficient and cleaned up really really well, including taking a pile of leaves (from the palms) that I had left for the next green waste day. Although they were using my green bin to haul green waste out to their trucks, they emptied it all into their trucks and left my bin empty. The back where they were working as well as the front where they cut the trees into smaller pieces to load were cleaned up really well before leaving. Highly recommend!!
