My daughter treated me to a Door Dash dinner from this restaurant. Door Dash was very prompt, but the food was horrible. My salmon was hard and dry....like it had been dehydrated and rehydrated. The fries were tasty, but overcooked so they were very very dark and rubbery. The broccoli, most likely frozen, was the only edible thing on the plate. The food was hot and cooked the way I wanted, so the only way it could be this bad was that all the food was frozen and then microwaved. Between the delivery cost and the cost of my inedible dinner, it was a ridiculous amount of money to pay for her cheeseburger that she said was just "okay." We have made a point of trying to support the local restaurants, whether franchises or not, and this one was subpar. I wish I could give it negative stars..... If you want a really good salmon dinner, sit-down or delivery, I recommend Duckworth's just up the street....and they throw in a roll of toilet paper in the bag as well! Normally like their pizza. Called in for lunch, was told it'd be 15 minutes. Got to the restaurant 10 minutes after I ordered. Was waiting in line when I got a call that my order was being put in and the manager told the girl there was no pizza today. There were people leaving with pizza boxes when I pulled in. Maybe a restaurant with pizza on their menu should be more clear on days when they make or don't make pizza. Or maybe they'd rather just decide after orders are placed not to accommodate paying, return customers. One of those certainly will not be returning. read more

I frequent this place either here or Winston Salem quite often, always ordering grilled wings. They are my favorite. The flavor is great, except for yesterday. It was though they were deep fried and put on the grill for a few seconds. There was no grilled flavor. When I explained this to the manager, first he made fun of me when I told him I was a frequent customer and then he, in so many words, told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Customer service is everything when serving the public. He did take the wings off my ticket, so that was a plus. Social skills are always a plus when you're in management and that was lacking. I ended up giving the waitress a tip including the cost of the wings and 20%, she was great! Her name was Monique. Maybe her manager could take some tips from her on social skills. read more

If I could've gave it a 0 tonight I would have. Let's start with we waited 9 minutes for someone to ask us about our drinks. I was there with my 3 kids 8, 14, 17 so why they would sit us in the back by people smoking is beyond me. The fact that they could smoke inside the restaurant was gross, wish they would've told me that before they sat us there. The waitress in this area was very unprofessional she had NO mask on at all at times and flipping off one of her tables. It was a table full of guys that I guess she was being friendly with. Extremely unprofessional, if there wasn't kids around that was one thing but the fact that there we kids and she was doing that was a complete turn off to coming here again. Food would of been good if all our orders were correct. With all the competitors in Mooresville I would've expected more. This is a place more for adults for dinner, especially on a Wednesday and where the hostess sat us. Too many other restaurants I would recommend that are family friendly and non smoking. Slow understaffed service, mixed up receipts with items from other parties - even after two attempts to correct it, and food that fails to live up to the slogan (or McDonald's). Had been in a couple times before to wet my whistle after work. I wanted to try the wings and see if they were any good. The grilled dry rubbed were small and had a dry stringy gamy taste from being in the warmer too long. The fried wings were much better, but for the price and quality I'd suggest Buffalo Wild Wings, Sidelines, or Fitzgerald's in the city. The beer special prices are ok, but expensive compared to Iron Thunder and Hot Shot specials. I really don't see this place lasting long term. Hubby and I had a blast at Kickback Jack's. We had never been and wanted to try it out so we went for apps and cocktails on our most recent date night. We are new to the area and after moving and unpacking two teenagers in the past month we certainly deserved a little grown up time to unwind. We chose to sit at the bar when we arrived. Hubby had a beer and traditional wings in hot buffalo. I had grilled wings tossed in buffalo garlic and 2 "piece of paradise" cocktails. The bar was clean when we sat and we had drinks in our hands within 5 minutes of grabbing a bar stool. Our bartender checked on us regularly and we enjoyed watching the games on the HUGE screens around the inside bar. If you are seeking a real sports bar to watch a game lemme tell ya, this is your place. Screens are big and they cover 80 percent of the walls. Beer is decently priced, my cocktails were yummy, and our wings were, without a doubt, the best we have had since moving to the area. Both of us had a great time joking with one of the bartenders about the Ohio/Michigan rivalry and we also enjoyed hearing people cheering for their own teams in every corner of the restaurant. We will definitely be back soon. All I can say is, if you are seeking a fun and friendly "tailgater" type of place that has great food and a fun atmosphere, then come here. If you have kids that love burgers and football, then come here. Terrible Management. Took my daughter on Friday night and while I was waiting for a table another young man came in after me and was skipped ahead for a better table. When I brought it up to the hostess, she lied multiple times first saying it didn't happen, then she thought I said I didn't want the first available table. What made it worse was when I mentioned it to the manager Justin, who didn't see what happened, he began to justify what she did without attempting to make it right. We've been regulars to for years. Due to our permanent location we are in between either the location In hickory or the location in Mooresville. The rum buckets have always been a favorite. This particular time we ordered two rum buckets. One of the rum buckets tasted very different. Very bland. We asked for the manager to see if we could have one re made. Scott, "the manager" showed to the table. And very sarcastically asked what was wrong with the drink. When we explained we had had them before and it was not the same. He said all it is is juice and alcohol. As if we didn't know it. We explained we knew that and that it was different this time. He continues to ask how. Instead of making it right right away his sarcasm, ruined the whole experience. Needless to say. We told him never mind we would drink it. He then was like oh I'll re make it. We then just told him we'd keep it. Due to his lack of management skills. We weren't after a free drink or anything free for that fact. As he treated us as if we were. They offer a great outdoor section with a bar, however there is a section out there for smoking and even if you're at the inside patio section (the only section without bar hight seating to accommodate a high chair) you are bombarded with cigarette smoke coming inside. read more

Called two weeks ahead of time to make sure we could do a fantasy draft in the back room. We were assured it would be ok and that we would have space to put at least one chair between each of us.
