A year ago placed a delivery order. It was a Horrible meal. Dry dry dry. Owner would not do anything to make it right. We were sick for 2 days. One year later my son asks me to give them another chance $55.00 later. The chicken was dry, we got sick. I talked to the manager she apologize for the dry chicken. She said she would refund my money. It's been 10 days now no refund.....nothing. Crap food, crap customer service. Big F. Not worth one star... Goodbye, Buffalo Wild Wings. I've moved onto bigger and better things. This place is great! Amazing, homemade sauces and dressings, decent prices AND they deliver. I'd say the only thing they need to work on is the atmosphere and getting some more customers in the door...which is why I'm posting this review. I usually get pickup or delivery, so I can't say much about the service. But they're always friendly when I come in the door. Yes, they take a LONG TIME. But yes they are absolutely worth it! I love the garlic sauces... The BBQ sauces... The sweet chili lime sauce. Yum!! I also really REALLY appreciate that they deliver almost 5 miles away. It saves us the the drive there. I will say that they give a tiny amount of celery and I love celery! I always ask for extra celery but that still doesn't seem to be enough :( And I also found it very odd how sticky their floors are when we went... Their tables felt sticky too. So I rather order delivery and expect to wait an hour or just a bit more, but it's ok because they are so good! This place has pretty good wings...stumbled upon em on a Wed night so it was 55c boneless wing night. The place is pretty wide open and decorated for soccer....soccer? Soccer...futbol...lol Yeah. I dunno, the wings were tasty but like my friend mentioned they all tasted the same. I liked the bourbon wings for sure, but after tasting the other flavors we ordered they kinda all had the same taste and my friend said ketchup...lol if that's true eesh... Everything here takes like forever...them cooking your wings, getting orders out, taking orders, getting you a glass of beer, ringing you up...which made me feel terrible for the people behind us...and made it really awkward. For some reason I feel like this place would be an excellent candidate for a remodeling from Kitchen Nightmares/Restaurant Impossible. We placed a call-ahead order for pick up. They had the food ready in the half-hour estimate window, so that was nice to not have to wait around. We had the honey BBQ, medium and spicy garlic sauced bone-in wings. And an order of waffle fries. It was mostly the drumsticks which I think most people prefer, but I actually like the flats. Wish it was more mixed. Oh, well. The flavor themselves were tasty, so that wins out. I also would have preferred the wings to not be swimming in sauce but not a huge deal. Fries were crispy and well-seasoned....just don't think about the grease-ridden bag they come in. All in all, solid place. Other day we ordered food for pickup. They said 35 minutes so I showed up at 30 minutes just in case. Paid for the food and waited, waited, and waited some more. After about 20, I asked when the food was goingto be ready because my wife and 3 kids were sitting in the car. Answer was they are getting them ready now. Recently moved it Arvada. Been wanting to try this place. We swing by at about 3:30 in the afternoon and not one person is in the restaurant. We placed our order and only when going to pay were we told it would be 40-45 minutes. I asked why and she said the wings are big and take a while to cook. I've fried a thanksgiving turkey in less than 45 minutes. Wing Stop will be open soon right around the corner. Might take less time for Wing Stop to open than this place to make 20 wings. read more

First time getting wings here to go we ordered in person because we did not know what they had to call in and that was the first mistake! It took almost 40 minutes for our order to be filled while they worked on called in orders ahead of us. Assumed wings come out of the fryers in 8-10 minutes was not sure what the additional time was needed for??? Then we got them home and thought the flavors were really good but the size of the boneless wings were really small. Half of those small wings were really small nuggets, starting to do the math of a dollar per wing and with some of those as small as a quarter-this felt like a very poor value. We were craving wings. We went to the restaurant on Wednesday night, they are special wing night. We didn't know this until we got there. They were busy not crazy busy but busy. The host said it would be 15 or so minutes to get a table. A reasonable wait. So we waited about 25 minutes to get a table. The host was doing his best moving around, getting tables ready, getting people seated. So we are now seated at the table. The table on the right which is a six top is paying their check. The tables from our position facing the bar or a four top and six top. The six top is packing food to take with them and the four are just finishing up. The six folks to the right now leave and leave the check on the table. The waitress comes over and picks up the check and turns away from us so it appears she will not have to address us and start the process of ordering. That table then gets bussed and coined ready for more folks. The four top is now leaving and there's empty tables in the restaurant. Perhaps this was the lull before another rush of folks. How are the wings? We will never know. I only provided that description to give a timeframe on how long we sat without having anyone come to our table, address us, we get the service process started. The one star is for the host who truly was working to keep everything going. With all the choices out there to spend your hard earned money on for dinner we will choose not to visit this establishment. The wings are good but it's a weird dynamic with the people running the joint. The lady at the front doesn't seem to be knowledgeable about the inventory they have and they aren't very friendly. We also ordered two "lunch meals" which included 10 wings and fries with a drink. They never gave us the fries. There was a small child that the lady was periodically yelling at too. Ordered the Thursday special, 25 hot wings and a veggie side. The wing sauce was very good. The wings we low quality, very skinny and not much meat. The side of fred mushrooms was awful. You get 6 tiny mushrooms with a terrible breading that are over cooked and mushy. They really need to do a tempura beer batter on the mushrooms and get much larger ones for what they charge for them. Their XXX Hot is not an exaggeration. I'm used to the heat. I live for the heat. After sampling the XXX I decided I'd enjoy the X better today. It was as hot as the hottest sauce most bars would have whom don't specialize in wings. Their sauce has a fairly noticeable vinegar taste. I'm slightly against this. It took quite a while to get my fries and wings. Well worth the wait, ultimately. The 'fresh cut' fries were just that. So well-seasoned and delish. I must complain about drowning the wings in the sauce. They were. Too heavy. They should be tossed, and if the eater wants more sauce they should serve it on the side. Excellent customer service. The sauce was spicy garlic which turned out to just be regular buffalo sauce with a little garlic thrown in. Not really what I was expecting at all out of a spicy garlic. Then the sauce was so watery that it just flowed out of that silly styrofoam container and filled the plastic bag with the sauce. I thought my first visit was a fluke but this second time of soupy not really spicy garlic sauce. And then there was some silly cheese on top that did nothing for me. I would rather they spent that money on better sealing containers like you get at some Chinese take out, that seal all the way around. This area really needs a better wing joint. Amazing! Best Wings we ever had!! I can not eat wings anywhere else now. I use to miss Mississippi Tunica because of some good wings, not anymore! I get simply garlic and fiance gets hot rod ranch wings, extra crispy. Simply garlic wings have parm cheese and herb on top and it is so good dipped in blue cheese, the ranch is good too. The dry lemon herb chicken wings are great too, just tried them the other day. We love Kickin Wings, from their incredible quality to their excellent service! The wings we got were pretty awful. 2 of my 10 wings weren't even real wings, they were undefinable blobs of bone and fried skin. I think that there are some serious missteps in the food. The wings are frequently overcooked leading to dry chicken. The sauces have are alright, but there is not much variation between some of their flavors. The wings are served in a pool of the sauce where the oil is separating and sitting on top of the rest of the sauce. I know some people like that, I think it's a waste and demonstrates poor preparation of the sauce. The wings have taken between 30-60 minutes to be served regardless of the number of other guests in the restaurant. When you do interact with the employees they are on the full spectrum of customer service. One person will be completely clueless about the menu, the next could be supper nice, and the person bringing your food to you could be rather unpleasant. It's really hard to tell who will be what. The atmosphere in the dinning area is nice. Lots of sports stuff from almost every professional sports team in Colorado. However I have to wonder about the cleanliness of the area. The floor is a dark concrete that is hard to tell if it's clean. The tables were sticky and the benches to sit at looked dirty. I have been here a couple times and on all the occasions that I have this is the story of my experience. I don't think I will go back and really wouldn't encourage anyone else to do so read more

I ordered 20 wings and two sides of curly fries at 7:10pm. We received our food at 8:55pm. We ordered delivery online, after an hour we called and they said it will be at our house any minute. Waited another 55 minutes. The place is only 10 minutes from our house. We should have just picked it up. Once the food got here it was all cold. The sauce we ordered was wrong, we got waffle fries instead of curly fries and the manager just wanted to blame the site instead of taking accountability. Placed an order Friday for pick up and was told it would be ready in 25-30 mins. However, I know it almost always takes longer so I wasn't too surprised it wasn't ready yet when I got there. I felt bad for the gentleman who was there by himself having to run the register, answer the phone, take orders and make the food. Granted it snowed that day, but this is CO after all. If the restaurant needs more help, upper management should be coming in to pick up the slack. Sure enough this woman, who I believe is the owner, comes in to help him which was great and all. I waited an extra 15 mins or so after arriving and decided to go up to the register to see where they were at with my order. He then starts bagging it up after sending out another family's order who I'm guessing also waited 45+ mins for their wings. She rings me up without verifying my order and charges more than double what it should have been. I told her that was incorrect so she asks the other gentleman just to make sure? Okay...It gets voided and by then I've had it and express my frustration by saying Jesus...Her response? He's great isn't he? I'm like, what are you talking about? She says, Jesus =/ Seemed a bit snarky, instead of simply apologizing for managerial errors. Was one of my favorite wing places, and believe me, I LOVE my wings!
