I adore this place! I recommend this salon to everyone I know because she does great hair. People stop me for days after I get my hair done to ask who does my hair. I started out relaxed, then natural, then a texturizer and back natural again. She has made my hair look great no matter what and supported me on my quest to find out what is best for my hair. I am currently natural and get a "silk" to wear a straightened style. My husband loves it because he loves straight relaxed hair and I love it because I have the versatility of a natural or straightened hair. If you are looking for a stylist that doesn't overbook, makes you look great and tells you how maintain your look, you will definitely enjoy Kiersten. I decided to write this comment because yesterday a woman stopped me to tell me how great my hair looked. She couldn't tell if I was relaxed or natural because my hair was straight but full and bouncy according her. THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!! I relocated from MS and I have been in search of a Professional Stylist for over 2ys. Kiersten and Company is a simply fantastic salon with the most wonderful stylists (Kiersten and Dominique). Their attention to detail when washing and styling your hair is superb! But not only is the technical skills of the Kiersten and Company stylists amazing, but the overall customer service is just a pleasure. I always feel so welcomed when I arrive to the salon and I have never had an experience where I was waiting past my appointment time to receive services (HUGE PLUS). I visited Kirsten salon 2 weeks ago and I have to say this is one of the best service I have had in a long time. Not only does she know her craft, she is THE BEST!! She is so very good at what she does. I am walking into a salon for the first time and I am getting cut and color and I was pleasantly surprised. Absolutely wonderful salon and stylist. Great for all the ladies in the house. My teenage daughter loves when Ms. Kiersten does her hair. In fact, we started going to Kiersten and Company when my daughther's hair was in the breaking stage. I booked my appointment this morning and was scheduled very soon! I came to the salon and saw Dominique. She gave a really good wash and condition! She also silk pressed my hair! This is my second time coming and I am very satisfied with the results! My hair has sooo much movement! She educated me about my hair, its growth, and what to do next! She also let me know what I was doing wrong with my at home wash and go's and what I could do the next time I tried them. Very informative. Nice atmosphere at the new shop! Recently moved to the area and discovered that my old stylist from years ago in Tallahassee had set up shop in the Atlanta area. I had already tried a few Atlanta area salons with no success. Kiersten fixed the botched up cut I had and gave my natural hair a blow out ("silk") that lasted for a few weeks....and I was out the door in an hour! Great experience. Came in to get my hair done on a very stressful day. The scalp massage during my shampoo was so wonderful and needed. I noticed a manicure station, which would be very convenient on a day that I had time to do hair and a mani pedi at the same time. Kiersten was my stylist.
