The sign up is a very simple Google Forms on their website. You can choose from a small box or large box. Each box comes with approximately 6 fruits and 6 vegetables, give or take. Occasionally there's a package of moldy strawberries or the lettuce wilts quickly but that far outweighs the value and variety for the price. Their service is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They have a seamless system down for COVID where you drive up, pay, and they put your produce directly into your car. Awesome! Note that they only accept cash right now. They also have random local goods for sale that you can add on to your usual box. Some examples are honey, green chilis, bbq sauce, bacon and granola. 5280 Produce is a team of rockstars. Give them a shot! Once you start using them you won't forget the incredible value and service.

Busy place and the stocking shelf process seems tricky with limited space, but they make it work and people can still shop. Self checkout is fast and bring your bags so you don't have to buy paper ones (and have them break as you get on the shuttle like I saw happen to one guy). Coffee bar in front and it's super affordable. Something like $1.50 for drip coffee and around $3-$5 for lattes and fancier stuff. Produce is well-stocked and fresh. Happy to grab up some items. Pricier, yes, but the only other option is GG's and that's tinier... and 1/2 hr shuttle down the mountain and into town for other groceries. Save yourself some time and pop in here to grab some last-minute needs.

I love that the cheese is mixed throughout the brat. Too many have a tube of cheese inside, and it always seems to make the brat greasy. Not these. The jalapeños added a medium heat and a nice flavor. I'll admit I got the bison because they were the only other brats in the case; an afterthought. Man, was I wrong. The bison was outstanding. They're labeled as brats, but it's more dense. The spice blend is perfect, and the texture pleasing. They have a bit of heat, but not bad. You're probably going to Cut for steaks or seafood, but don't leave without the bison.
