This KiKi's has really gone downhill. This restaurant is the worst one out of all the Rocki's/KiKi's/KiKai's. They change their name so often I'm not sure what to call this place. But they always get my food orders wrong. Numerous times I'm paying for extra sauce and they forget them, numerous times I'll ask for ranch on my Kiki's fries and it'll be absent. It's worst that they double knot the bag so you don't check until you get home. Bad business practice, service is horrible, and quality control is nonexistent. Went in because every other kiki's i've been to they've been quick, no complaints. i was the only one in the store and ordered a large fry. a group of 2 people came in and ordered, and then another person after them. they ALL got their order ahead of mine. i had been waiting 10 minutes at this point. when i walked up to the cashier they i had nothing to say other than "oh they didn't start your order" as if they had forgotten it even though the order was made 10'minutes ago and im waiting in the store. 25 minutes later i finally got my order no apologies no care in the world. whoever is in charge of this franchise needs to reevaluate their procedures and staff competency read more

Kiki's has become my new hyperfixation meal/restaurant. With so many locations now they are easy to find and DoorDash makes it easy to have for lunch when you work from home. We had Kiki's for a Varisty football team feed a few weeks ago and the players absolutely devoured it. Team moms did too! My favorite has evolved into Kiki's tots, extra chicken with jalapeño ranch. The tots stay crispy and the house made dressing is unbelievable. Fries here are absolutely gas! That's a good thing My most recent visit to the Auburn Blvd location was perfect. They had college football on the tv, my son and I enjoyed looking at the album cover and music decor while we ate. We were the only ones in the restaurant on an early Saturday morning, and we got amazing customer service. Both of us tried a new dish that day with my son having the sliders and I have the salad. Very pleased with our lunch today we got a 10 piece garlic Parmesan boneless wing combo with fries and drink. It was a decent sized meal. 2 people shared it with leftover. They use all white meat chicken breast in their boneless wings and they were fantastic. You could tell that they make them there, the inside was awesome. They have like a music theme inside. I stopped in my tracks and I saw a Metallica poster on the wall. This is a very large restaurant. This would be great for a large group or get together. I feel like there are several Kiki's Chicken locations. I've been seeing their name it seems like everywhere so I was curious and wanted to try it out. The are where this is located isn't the best. Peking lot is old and small. To my surprise when I walked in the place was spacious, clean, not runned down looking like how it looked on the outside. It had this retro diner vibe to it. They had a kiosk in the front to order with an incentive of a free soda if you do use it, or you can order with the cashier. Also don't forget to use your Yelp check in for a free order of fries. Service actually was excellent. The gals up front were kind and courteous. And they brought our food to us at our table. We were hungry and ordered a whole spread. Tried out their original wings, lemon pepper, Sliders, and the Kiki fries and tots. Everything tasted really good. I could imagine though that the Kiki fries and Kiki tots because of all the sauce is something that only taste while dining in because we had some left over and it was just soggy. auburn blvd location used to be good before they moved a building over but lately the chicken has been overfried and the tenders have gotten smaller. Also since they switched to only doordash, it's been a miss almost every order. I recommend going to the location on Madison and Dewey, they are always consistent, it's worth going the extra mile or two. read more
