I went to this place yesterday and I asked for regular pedicure and I got the worse pedicure ever. The cuticle was not cut properly, my toenail was cut uneven and the painting was just mediocre. I do my pedicure at home sometimes and I do it much better than coming here and spending $26 plus tips.

Powder gel from 6 hours ago. Only this nail appears cracked, not sure what happened here.

Kikis has good prices, but its a gamble how your nails will turn out. Jenny always does a great job, but everyone else is mediocre. One time I went a girl cut my toe when she was cleaning my cuticles, and another time I asked them to match my polish on my toes, which they did not succeed in. They painted my toenails navy and i picked out the matching gel color, but it ended up purple. I also tried powder gel, and not even a day after the manicure one of my nails looks cracked (see photo). On the plus side, whoever is not busy usually walks around and gives massages while you get your manicure. Staff is friendly, and is conveniently located in Astoria by the NW, but unless Jenny does your nails, who knows how they will turn out. Update: 10 days after my manicure with powder gel and I have chips and cracks in several nails. I've never had gel polish ever chip on me before, what a waste of $45.

I found Kiki's by accident. As I drove down 30th Ave, frantically looking for a nail salon, I would have never imagined finding this gem!! After recently moving to NYC, I had gone to my fair share of nightmarish salons in search for my go-to-place and let's just say, I'm so happy with my discovery. The salon is always clean and sparkly. The nail techs are professional, kind, and crafted. They don't oversell or push you to get unnecessary services. However, they guide you toward the best options for nail and skin health. The pedicures are like HEAVEN. If you have time, try the Shea Butter pedicure -- you'll thank me later. I go to Kiki for my nails and she's so sweet. She fast and efficient without feeling rushed. I'm very happy with this salon and plan on being a lifetime client!

Whenever I'm back in town and need to get my nails done, Kiki's is usually the first place that comes to mind. I stopped by one day right when they opened and was seated right away. They do get busy so I suggest coming early or calling in advance before heading over. They have tons of manicures and pedicures to choose from. I went with the Regular Manicure ($12) and Regular Pedicure ($20). It's really hit or miss in terms of how quick they work but it's usually a solid job. Even with a regular manicure, my nails last a good week or two before I remove the polish; and the regular pedicure lasts even longer. They are reasonably priced but there are plenty of other spots in the area that are cheaper. I like the color selection they have here. They also recently revamped their spa chairs, so it's a lot more comfortable now! I wish they had a stamp card for loyal customers as an incentive to come back. But all in all, Kiki's does the job for me!

I have been going to Kiki's nail salon for over five years and have had my nails done by Kiki herself several times. She always does a wonderful job, which was why I was not only shocked by the experience today, but mortified at how she handled it. I patiently waited for a gel manicure for about 10-15 minutes, which was not an issue at all. She then asked me to sit and began doing my nails. I was done with the entire gel manicure in no more than TEN minutes. She had cut and "filed" my nails in 30 seconds. She painted them in 5 minutes and I was done. The gel was thick and had gathered at the tip of my nails, giving them a duck bill appearance. I was shocked because I know how diligent she usually is. If she was rushing because she had other customers, that's unacceptable. Tell me to come back when you have more time. I am paying $30 for the service and expect it to be done right. What made the experience even worse, when I asked her to fix it she replied "I don't think there's anything wrong." I said ok but it's too thick for my taste it looks like I have duck bill fingers. She replied "I've been doing nails for 16 years I don't do sloppy work!" Well Kiki, there's apparently a first for everything, because that manicure was UNACCEPTABLE. I asked her to take it off and do a regular manicure, to which her reply was "I am not giving you your money back because I did my job." Quite frankly, I don't care about the money I just want the manicure done right from the start. And how do you do that? By taking longer than 10 minutes to do a gel manicure. Needless to say, after 5+ years of loyalty, Kiki's nail salon will never see me, my sister, my mother, my grandmother, or any of my friends ever again. As the owner she should take more PRIDE in her work, so she could be an EXAMPLE to her workers....instead of ARGUING with customers. Kiki needs to learn how to be a PROFESSIONAL and how to treat customers with RESPECT. I am extremely disappointed.

I've been going to Kikis for a few years and generally all the ladies there do an amazing job, but I've also gotten 2 of the worst manicures ever there too. It really depends on who's doing your nails that day. If I were you I would steer clear of Obi, she's very nice but both times I had her she thinned out my nails like crazy, used the machine instead if soaking off my gel, and even used the machine on my cuticles (see picture for the damage done). The manicure itself was pretty bad too, and she left my nails splotchy with an uneven top coat (see pic). I thought it was a one time thing, but this is what happened both times with her. It's going to take weeks for my nails to recover. This is why I'm giving Kiki's a 3. It shouldn't be a gamble getting a quality manicure for $35.

Had to write up this review, as I was very impressed! Since moving to the 30th ave area, I tried out quite a few places, (Nailberry, Athena's, Queen A Nail, Silvias Nails). I got a pedicure ($20) and gel manicure ($30), which are a couple dollars more than what you may pay for in other places in Astoria, and actually cheaper than some of the places I mentioned above. Let's face it, ladies, 30th Ave is going up like the rent prices. But! this is a clean establishment with lots of colors to choose from, and I like how they organized the gel colors so they don't seem overwhelming to you when picking a color out! Jenny in the glasses knows her craft, and I was not pressured to get another service like massage or whatever. I am happy with my rose gold, perfectly square-shaped nails (3 days no sign of chipping) and will be coming back! So happy to finally have a go-to nail salon. Kiki's is worth it, hands down :)

The owner Kiki DESTROYED my nails! I came in for acrylic extensions and showed her a photo of exactly what I wanted. What she gave me were HORRIBLE short pointy nails that looked like baby vampire teeth. When I told her that wasn't what I wanted nor did it resemble the photo I showed her, she got very upset and told me she'd take off the acrylic nails so I can see someone else. At this point, Kiki got very aggressive, rushed through getting the acrylic tips off my nails, burned my pinky nail with the filing machine, and filed my nails down so thin that I now cannot even use nail polish. Everything hurts my paper-thin nails now. I regret ever stepping foot into that nail salon. Such AWFUL service from the OWNER herself. She even left acrylic all over my nails. The tech destroyed my nails. I came in for a French ombré gel had gel on my nails to remove it the tech used the machine... I had no idea how much harm this can do to my nails. Took me almost 2 months to recover them back to normal. They became uneven and very thin kept breaking it just didn't feel healthy. I liked the color a lot and it lasted for 3 weeks but next time I'll ask not to use the machine on me although they should know better...

I love Kiki's nails. I used to go to Jaime Nail Spa, but I realized it was really a hit or miss with the workers. Not at Kiki's - all the manicurists are excellent, professional, and FYI the price is just right ($24 mani/pedi). read more

I had a really poor experience at KiKi's a couple of months ago with feeling rushed and poor service but I decided to stop by this afternoon with hopes that things have improved. While this is almost never the case - I was pleasantly surprised today. I was taken immediately and TANNYA did an amazing job on my mani/pedi. 4 stars because their regular polish never lasts since they put nail polish remover to thin out but otherwise I will be back. read more

I don't like to write bad reviews however I am compelled to write one after my experience yesterday. I have been going to them for several years as they're a few blocks from my apartment and the salon is very clean. However as other reviewers have mentioned, the service is very hit or miss. I am getting married and decided to do tips/UV gel manicure so my nails would last longer. The owner of the salon is the only one who was able to provide this service on the day I made the appointment. I had a clear understanding of what I wanted and provided a picture and asked her what she thought I should do. She was annoyed and kept rushing me. It was important for nails to look a certain way but clearly she didn't care. She rushed me and kept telling me to relax. How can I relax when you are rushing and not listening to what I want? The color and the shape did not turn out how I wanted and I was nearly in tears. I asked that she change the color and she charged me to do so. All together I spent $138 for nails that I hate but am stuck with because I don't have time to sit in another salon for hours and change them again. Kiki acted like I was bothering her by giving my business. I will not be going back to Kiki's nails and I advise you keep looking for another salon if you want your nails to come out right. read more

Literally my favorite place, my mom has been coming here since she was 15 and now I'm the one regularly coming in! They get your nails really fast and they do it so well and it's really affordable. If you are doing acrylics make sure to make an appointment!!!!! read more

Having just moved to the neighborhood, I was in search of my new nail spot. I'm used to paying $50-$55 with tip included for a gel mani + regular pedi at my old spot in Flushing. But last week at a different place, I decided to just get a regular mani and pedi. By today, my pedi is in tact but of course my nail polish began chipping heavily. I figured I can just get a regular mani some where and then this coming weekend I can get a mani + pedi. I don't know if this is the best solution economically because when the nail polish begins chipping, I need to re-do them. Over here the regular mani is $12. Gel is $30 and pedi is $20. So I figured I'll just get a regular mani for now. I left a $3 tip which is $15 total just for a mani. That's kind of pricey if you ask me. I didn't feel like walking to a spot on 45th street which is much smaller than this spot for a $8 mani so yes I understand that is my personal choice. So I do like this spot, I got a nice woman named Christina, it was fast and efficient and very clean which I appreciate. I asked them if they had any gel mani + pedi package they said no, just individual prices. I'd come back here but it is a lot of money for what I usually get. read more

2 stars for being able to seat my right away. The girl that did my nails missed sooo many spots doing my acrylics. I don't even care that she did a poor job with the design. But she left most of my cuticles soar and/or bloody. I won't be going back. I'm pretty disappointed that these Yelp reviews aren't up to the usual standard. My go to nail salon. They're always able to take me as a walk in and I never have to wait. The staff are very friendly and they have a great variety of regular and gel polishes. Since COVID, they have put up guards, take temperatures before entering and ask that you wash your hands and use a mask. I felt very comfortable getting a pedicure there and am grateful for their extra efforts to keep our community safe. read more

Needed a mani/pedi and went here on recommendation from a friend. It was NOT a good experience! First - I had my manicure and the woman (who was the only woman not wearing a name tag - or else I would have written her name here) cut my cuticle way too much and made me bleed. It just stopped hurting recently (about 30+ hours later). It kept bleeding and she just wiped away the blood and continued her work. She only apologized when I remarked on the fact that I was bleeding. This was not off to a good start. Then, the pedicurist did a fine job, but then when I sat down at the dryers, she asked me to turn it and and didn't do it herself and I ended up messing up one of my toe nails in the process. She did a "quick fix" by painting on top of the "rip" in the polish, but didn't redo the nail. Now, it's the next day and I've been staring at the 3 small chips and 1 large chip in my finger nail polish. It's really bugging me that the polish didn't even last a day. I usually do my own fingernails and they last for almost an entire week. Since I needed a pedi anyway, I figured I would let Kiki's do it, but it was obviously a big mistake as my cuticle was mangled to the point of bleeding and now I have chips in the polish and will need to do them over again tomorrow night. Big fail, Kiki's - I'm never going back. read more

Giving a 3star only I do not want write bad review but here is my story. Before i begin have to say KEVIN DID FAB JOB !! But im annoyed because day before making appt was told $75 Today on my appt say $80 Then in process of starting say $85 When i was done $90 Like wtf??? There was no change as to what i said i wanted and got. I didn't mind how much because kevin did exactly how i like. But that's not professional in two hours be given different prices!!!!! I've been to Kikis a handful of times since I moved to Astoria. The establishment is always clean and polished, pun intended. The staff are always very friendly and I love the massages when you're getting your nails done. Today was the first visit since Covid. They have plexiglass set up at all of the stations. They sanitize you're hands and check your temperature. I usually get tips done either acrylic or powder and so I make an appointment ahead of time. Kiki did my nails today and she's a true artist. I don't ask for anything crazy but she's precise, quick, and I love that she communicates with me along the way. I trust her and her leadership. My nails came out great and already getting compliments. I also got a pedicure and Jenny was my technician. Also very sweet and professional. Overall I had a great experience, again, and will continue coming back. I strongly recommend! read more

I've been coming here for years and I really feel like family when I come in. They take such good care of their customers! Some days it's very busy and some customers may feel less accommodated, but it's a good thing that they are so busy.. It means their services are great! I can not begin to express how pleased I am with my nails. I came in at 7 pm for a full acrylic gel set, and just left the salon as the last customer at 8:40 pm even though they close at 8. Not once did I feel rushed, or as if I were a bother. Kevin did such an AMAZING job and his attention to detail was absolutely great! He made sure to have each one of my nails perfectly shaped and pulled my cuticles, which many salons tend to ignore when getting acrylic done. I have not had acrylic done in a very long time but now that I know Kevin is there, I am going to be a loyal customer, because his work is absolutely phenomenal!! Thank you!! read more

I am a huge fan of this place - clean, friendly, efficient and excellent nail services all around! Today was my 3rd time here and I got my super cute holiday gel nails designed from a picture I Googled by Connie. She was careful, thorough, but most notably, a great perfectionist with my nails design, which speaks volumes on this place's quality of work. She did a wonderful job!!! I've gotten Kiki herself also on my first visit here, and I told her that was the fastest and most thorough gel mani I've ever experienced. All in all, great value for your money for nail services. They accept credit/debit cards, but remember to bring cash tip for your awesome nail artists, as they don't allow tipping on the card. No biggie, great value for your money, loooove this place! This is officially my new nail spot! Wendy did my acrylic fill in and she makes them SO smooth and does an amazing job painting too! I highly recommend you go to her for anything acrylic! Also while getting them done I was constantly getting shoulder massages which you can't help but love! Kelly did pedicure - great job. Atmosphere there is very laid back and very clean inside! Prices are VERY good - pedicure, fill in, and 15 min back massage - $55! They prefer appointments for tips so call ahead. Best salon in Astoria without a doubt! read more

Whenever I go to Kiki I have to say a silent prayer with hopes I get someone good to do my nails... this is just ridiculous. A big pet peeve of mine is when the manicurist does a terrible job painting especially with gel! Kiki please train or get better ppl. This is terrible read more

I really hate to leave a review this negative but wow. This is by FAR the worst manicure I have ever had. I paid $45 for SNS Powder, asked for square nails and for the powder to be very thin. I knew immediately that it was going to go poorly because of the lack of technique when dipping my fingers, and the amount of product left after each application. I said repeatedly that I wanted them thinner and overall just to fix them but it was clear that the worker did not understand and did not have the skill to do dip powder. I would have gladly waited for anyone else to do them. There is so much I could say but I think the pictures speak for themselves. Thick and uneven application, product way over the cuticles and nail beds, lack of shape in every nail, and almost every nail was filed down to the nub to the point that it hurt. Ironic since I asked for my toenails to be extremely short and they are so long and sharp they already made a hole in my socks. I know this may not speak for every worker, but the lack of experience and lack of concern by my manicurist at my disappointment was unacceptable. I will not be returning except to show the owner my nails and ensure I am properly compensated or reimbursed for this disaster. read more

Thank god the new 30th ave stop is finished because this is just a few blocks away on my walk home. Recently just stopped in for a regular pedi because I didn't have time for the mani. Was very impressed with the customer service, especially from Yolanda, the young woman who helped me. She was fabulous and super sweet. Prices are great. Only $20 for a very thorough pedi, and I believe it's $10-11 for a regular mani. Since I am a low maintenance person with nails, I like a low cost no fuss mani pedi. I have lived in NY a year and have been hopping around salons because I couldn't find a good salon. I will definitely be coming here again. read more

Vilma is the BEST nail technician I've ever had in my life. I drive an hour just to see her, she's a perfectionist & gives me the best shape. Anyone in there can give you a good pedicure. I love Kiki's & they give you a massage while you're getting your nails done if it's not too busy! read more

Kiki's is my go-to nail salon! Kiki herself is a true nail artist, and all the technicians do a consistently great job. Pricing is competitive for Astoria and wayyy better than Manhattan. They have so many colors to choose from for regular, gel, and gel powder manicures. They also have some wonderful spa pedicure options. The salon itself is conveniently located (near a bunch of great restaurants) and very clean and well-decorated. I definitely recommend Kiki's whether you live nearby or want to take a trip to Astoria! read more

This place was clean, I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable. My technician Connie even suggested a different polish as the color I chose tended to be "too chunky/sticky" in her experience and she wanted me to be happy. Everything was fabulous. Normally I don't write reviews but this was truly one of the most bizarre nail salon experiences I've ever had. I went in for an acrylic removal and a regular manicure. The staff were nice, but 3 different people came to work on my nails and one of the girls actually took out a metro card to pop off my nails instead of filing them down and soaking them. I eventually got the service I asked for but that is very concerning. Not only would that have been unsanitary, but painful as well and it absolutely destroys your natural nails. read more

I've come here a few times and they do an OK job, so I wanted to write a review. The technician I had, Blanca, didn't paint the free edge. That really bothered me. I thought that is Nail Painting 101 to prevent nail chipping. Also, I feel that files and buffers they use are too harsh. My nail beds were completely scratched up after my manicure. The mssages I received were mediocre. Pedicure was rushed. Moreover, every time I've come by the owner looks unhappy. They don't even greet you with a smile. Seems like they are always inconvenienced. It's an OK place to go if you're on a time budget. A little cheaper than some of the competition, otherwise there are better places around Astoria. read more

I have been a long time customer of Kiki's and left about a year ago because they always seemed so rushed and they thin out the nail polish with acetone to make nails chip faster so you can come back frequently. I went in for New Years Eve and was shocked of how empty it was but figured I have gotten lucky. I got a simple manicure and painted my nails light pink. My manicures usually last a week but this dried out by the second day and started chipping. For a $12 manicure, I will stick to Athena's on 31st street where my manicures last a week and the nail technicians aren't rude or rushed. read more

Well.. I hate to do this but I would definitely not recommend this place because not only did they ruin my friends nails, but they scolded her and made her feel bad when she asked to have them fixed. If you're paying 55 dollars for nails and they come out looking botched you'd obviously want to atleast see if they could fix it since you're paying for a service. Even if the store is busy, as a business owner I would offer the customer $$ off for next time or ask them to come back tomorrow. This nail salon needs to really look at their reviews because I clearly see here that they don't look at how bad some of their employees work. Embarrassing! read more

I'm very disappointed and will never be returning to Kiki's. Kiki's husband is an absolute JERK!!!!! I've been using Kiki's for a couple of years ( see my last review) and have put up with his attitude but the buck STOPS here. I walked in today and asked for a pedicure with Miriam, who is awesome. I was told she was busy and would have to wait as she finished a pedi/mani. No problem I said and took a seat. Pedicure was finished and the client was brought to start the manicure. Enter woman 2 who asks for a wax ( don't know what kind) he says okay and goes to Miriam and tells her to take care of woman 2. He has one of the other employees finish woman 1's manicure. Well 30 minutes later Miriam is still with woman 2 (must've been of he k of a wax job). Woman 1's manicure is done and she's drying and I'm still waiting. I ask him how much longer and says Miriam is doing wax. No shit!!! He tried to play it off as if woman2 had been waiting but she arrived after I did. Seeing as how lengthy the wax was taking I'm not sure how much the service was compared to my $22 mani/pedi. I walked out. Fed up and went to Fantasy. I called Kiki's husband and told him I didn't appreciate the way I was treated. He said he explained I had to wait for her to finish woman 1. I called him out on his bullshit as it simply wasn't true. Then he backtracked and admitted Miriam was the only one available to wax. He knew I was there before but still decided to let me wait. He's done this to me before and with new salons opening up. Kiki's is not the only game in town!!! Not to mention they've been slipping on their game. A lot of the original employees have left. I was looking for another option in the neighborhood recently and Kiki's popped to the top with all of the great reviews. Prices are great, service is professional and friendly and unlike the monopoly of the neighborhood, the wait was short and it was exactly as long as I was quoted. Kiki's specializes in UV gel and has a large selection of colors in gel. It is busy so wait times can be long but any great service is worth waiting for. Massages while you are getting a manicure are great. I did have one strange experience. While trying to separate the gel from my fingers when I was soaking my nails, the attendant used a Metro card to pry the gel off. My fingers were sore for the next two days from all of the tugging. I would have preferred more soaking and the use of a more appropriate tool. They did look great, she was quick and they lasted over three weeks and would have lasted longer if not for the fact that I was in dire need of a filling. After going to Miki, my nails became so strong and long, and people are always surprised when I tell them they are my natural nails, with no extensions or anything over them. Miki brought all my nail design visions to life. My question wasn't if she could do it but which five nail designs I wanted to pick that day. She did my nails for my engagement, bridal, wedding, and baby shower, and I would not trust anyone else to do it for all my special occasions. Upon my visit to KIKI Nails, I was getting an acrylic set of nails put on. I noticed the lady who was doing my nails by the name of Kiki was rushing through her job and hurting me by applying too much pressure while using a machine to shape my nails. I told her to be gentle and that she was hurting me. After having put away the machine Kiki took a thick long rectangular shaped black nail file and applied much pressure to the area of my pinky nail in between my nail and skin on the right side of my nail. She had scraped me very hard and my reaction was "ouch!" and I pulled away my hands. Kiki's reaction was "what happened?" I replied "you hurt me". Kiki put away the file and continued to work on the top of my nails as opposed to around them. As the manicure continued I felt the continuous pain on the right side of my pinky nail. When I got to look the area closely where she had scraped me was now swollen red and tender. Kiki asked me to wash my hands and this is where I really saw the damage. After showing to her what she did, she had expressed to me that there is a chance that the acrylic powder in between the inflammation could cause for infection. I asked her what could be done to fix it and she said she needs to clean it but its to irritated so she couldn't do it. So I asked her if I should come back tomorrow? or what can I do to prevent infection she chuckled a little and said no don't worry. I expressed to Kiki that I was very upset that this happened to me, she had denied being the one at fault for causing this damage to my finger. Her argument was the she hadn't had a chance to file my nail properly and there was no way she could have caused this damage. At this point I told her she's a liar and unprofessional and that I wanted my bill so that I could leave. She charged me 44 dollars in which I gave her 50 and told her to give the change to the pedicure lady who did work on my feet. I left with unfinished nails and with a hurt finger. I called later to get the license number to file a complaint and Kiki refused to give it to me and hung up the phone on me. Too bad for her I was still able to file, perhaps this would have ended differently if she was apologetic, nice and helpful to try and prevent infection in my finger and nail. read more

Lucky for me, I've discovered an awesome nail place! I've been living in Woodside for a couple years now, but only recently developed a manicure/pedicure obsession. After trying out a few mediocre and, let's face it, less than mediocre places, I decided to try Kiki's. After reading other reviews, I was reluctant to try Kiki's because so many had mentioned being cut with the cuticle cutter. I resolved to try them out anyway under the condition that the girl not do any cutting. I'm so glad I did! The girl who did my nails was gentle and careful. The salon was exceptionally clean: each nail station was spotless, there were no stains on the warm towel, they had tons of fresh filers and buffers and washclothes (oh my!), and all the tools were sterilized. The nail tech even sterilized the tools she was using on my toes before she did my manicure! I'm pretty health concious and usually watch the technician's every move to make sure she is using clean tools and not cutting me with anything. Thankfully, kiki's is the first nail salon I've been too where I could actually relax and enjoy some pampering without having to worry about hygiene. That's my kind of nail salon! In addition to its cleanliness, the salon itself was very warm and inviting. It's a large, open space with an attractive decor that is not nearly as taky or offputting as some of the other nail salons I've been too. Honestly, I think I get manicures/pedicures more for the relaxation and pampering than for the look of freshly done nails. Kiki's definitely delivered on that front (and for only 22 dollars!). I don't think i could get this kind of service in such a nice environment for that low of a price anywhere. The owners clearly take pride in their establishment and in their customer satisfaction. Overall, my mani/pedi came out very nice. Not the absolute best paint job in the world, but certainly good enough! I will be returning to Kiki's for all my nail needs from now on :) read more

I can never seem to find one nail salon that can just do a nice job and be done. Anyone else have that problem? Always leave with something... injured cuticles, pedicure didn't get your calluses, bad paint job.... Kiki's is great. It's always busy, but I can always just walk-in. They walk around and give you massages while you get a manicure. The pedicure isn't rushed but not drawn out either and it's always done perfectly. Sometimes I even like to pamper and spring for the $10, 10-minute foot and leg massage. ahhhh. Once I had my nails done and somehow I woke up and they were all bubbled up on the paint. I had no idea what had happened and was leaving to go out of the country on vacation in a few hours. I rushed over to Kikis in a panic, but they weren't even open yet. The owner, Kiki herself let me in and fixed them. Free of charge. Now you may think well, of course they should've! But in NYC, there is zero customer service, however, I like to see that in Astoria, it still exists. Props to Kikis in the neighborhood. read more

I happen to live close by Kiki's and decided to give it a try. Firstly, the salon itself was very clean and covid friendly. The technician who took care of me was Bertha, and she was very good. I want to emphasize that she was very careful and caring. Bertha took her time, and made sure that was also communicating with me to ensure that I liked them. I did the SNS Powder Manicure priced at $45, and that price beats most nail salons on 30th Ave. While doing my nails, two staff members were also kind enough to do a minute massage while I was taken care of by the nail technician. Overall, the experience was great, and I look forward to coming back! I highly recommend the place, especially Bertha. Such a sweet girl, and good technician! The only con I could say was during cuticle removal it was just a little bit painful, but it does not affect my overall experience. read more

This place is the worst ever. This is the second time Kiki has made me bleed recently. She's supposed to be the best and she sucks. She left bubbles on my nails and polish was very clunky. The clear job was awful and not neat. I mean isn't this supposed to be nail 101? I used to go when I was younger and left because she would rush and always make me bleed and never did a good paint job. I paid 44 dollars for the worst manicure ever. 10 dollars for nail design? that's Ridiculous but if they came out nice I wouldn't care as much. read more

This is my favorite nail place in the Astoria area. They are awesome. I never feel like I am being rushed so they can get to the next customer. They always do a really nice job on my nails and the manicure last way longer than other ones I have gotten in the area. Many places have special deals only on the early weekdays but Kiki has a good prices everyday. Although they recently repainted..don't get me wrong I love yellow but they yellow they painted in the spa is a little intense compared to their old soft brownish-orange. read more

I've been coming to Kiki for about two years now. It's always a nice experience when I come in. The staff is friendly and Kiki always makes my nails look great. Pedicures are awesome with Noemi. I always make an appointment to make sure I get them. Also, there's so many colors to choose from, about 200. My nails last for 3 weeks, as well as my feet. Got French acrylics done by Kiki herself and it was so rushed that some nails were thicker than others. Some nails were longer than others. They rushed me out of there so quickly I ended up having to fix the nails myself, and it wasn't even busy! The price was inflated at that too. $40 for an uneven shoddy manicure. I'm very picky when it comes to getting my nails done. I've tried quite a few salons in Astoria but KIKIS def beats them all. Great and professional! read more
