My wife and I wanted to try a new local dog grooming place and decided on Kiki's for the first time. We had a morning reservation and arrived on time to drop him off and explain a few more details like length, teddy bear face, etc. they said it would take about 2 hours, max 3 hours, and would call when ready. After 4 hours we didn't get any call from the groomer so we called and the lady said they are also tending to another dog but should be done in about 45 min and would call. After another hour, they haven't called so we had to call back again for status. Same story they were tending another dog and they only had 1 groomer in today. Our concern is now our dog has been there waiting for over 6 hours doing nothing, with no food and couldn't go out to pee or poo. In the end they said to come at 7pm which is when they close and he'll be ready. Even then we had to wait until 720 until they brought him out. Super disappointed with our first visit as potential new customers. $150 quoted but charged $200 for matting which was slim to none. Would not recommend and definitely not coming back, sorry! read more

I'm SO disappointed at this place. My dog had an appointment at 10 am so we arrived exactly at 10 am. The place smell like pee but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They told me it would take between 2 to 3 hours and I was also said that the groomer wasn't still there which was weird (why would they take appointments if the groomer is not there?). At 2pm I decided to call because I was concerned they haven't called me back nor even to tell me about the delayed. They told me that they had a big dog that had taken too much of their time but my dog was going to be next. Alright. I had to call again at 5pm because again, they didn't call me and I was even more concerned. They told me that now my dog was really going next and that they have been very busy. They also said we will give you a call no later than 45 minutes and he will be ready. My husband decided to call at 6:15 to see what is going on and to ask if at least they walk them to let them pee/poop, and they said they let them pee there (hence the smell in the place) and that he is already getting his haircut and should be ready in no more than an hour. I ended up picking him at 7:20pm. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE? This is unacceptable and so unprofessional. Not to mention that I paid $200 for his hair cut, even thought they said they matting was not too bad in one of my calls. Not coming back! read more

I asked for a groom for my cockapoo and sent a picture of exactly what I wanted it to look like. I talked it through with the groomer and she said she would give him a teddy bear face. The body length was OK, HOWEVER she cut my cockapoo's ears allll the way down (and unevenly) so she did not follow verbal instructions or the picture I sent over 24 hours before the appointment. He also had some uneven patches on his chest that were pretty noticeable. All in all, I was shocked to see his ears so short. Never in my dog's five years have I ever seen a groomer cut my dog (or any cockapoo's) ears all the way down as she did. It looks awful. I was not expecting that and thought it was a very odd choice she made. Overall, I unfortunately was not satisfied with the cut. Still very shocked she cut his ears all the way down and do not think it matches his body. read more

I was considering 4 stars, but I have to be fair. This was my standard poodles first time at this salon and it took longer than usual. With that being said, I'm sure it took some time for the groomer and "Benny Boy" to get to know each other. Benny is 11mo old and 50lbs. He still has a LOT of puppy in him and can be a wiggle worm so I have a lot of respect for groomers and trainers patience. The groomer listened to my specifications and followed them perfectly. I really appreciated a call from her when she wanted to be sure about what I requested for his head and muzzle. Reception was professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. I didn't feel rushed, which made me feel confident about leaving my dog in their care. I'm very pleased with his groom! Benny is so handsome! Thank you Kiki's Pet Spa! I wanted to say that I have had a really positive experience with them. I am super picky about my dogs well being and about their haircuts. They found a fungal infection on my dog within her fur that I hadn't noticed and took care of it for me. They kindly explained it to me. They were super patient about my schedule (I was running late) all in all I found the experience to be great and I can't wait to take my dogs here again! DONT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! We so wish we read others reviews before ws brought our dog here. She had an accident ans we just needed a place neadby to fix her up.. They not only shaved her COMPLETELY instead of cutting the 1-1.5 inch that we asked for but also sent her home without telling us that they CUT OFF A LARGE CHUNK OF SKIN in her armpit area. Poor thing was in pain and so embarrassed, just kept curling in a ball and licking her wound. And the gall they had to have us pay for their "service" without saying anything when they hurt and completely traumatized our little pup!!! Disgusting treatment of animals and awful dishonesty. Unfortunately we only realized all this when we got home after we had paid and left. Whenever we tried to reach them since, they haven't picked up the phone.. We'll certainly keep trying. This is the worst dog spa I have ever have in my life!!! I took my Pomeranian dog with a wonderful fur and I had already told them in an email the day before that they send to you, that I just wanted a little hair cut around her butt and on her paws, that's all. When I got to the Pet Spa to left my dog, I told the girl in the reception that I really don't want hair cut only around her but and paws (so I was really very CLEAR to saying that) she wrote the instruction down. I handed over my dog at 1 pm and they told me that in two more hours I should come get her... it took more than 5 hours!! crazy! and on top of that they my dog was completely almost shave!!! I was totally in SHOCK!!! They didn't listen to me or respect me!!! I didn't recognize her because of how horrible she was and they also cut her hair very badly, they left holes everywhere! It's a shame how unprofessional these people are! the girl at the counter lied to the owner saying that I had asked to cut all her hair and that was a big lie, then she started screaming as if I was attacking her and lied to the owner all the time on the phone, it was an traumatic experience and the most unpleasant of my life, also the owner on the phone told me that she was going to give me a big discount ... they charged me $ 100 !!! it is a shame!!! so be very careful with that place, the people there treat you very badly, without scruples, ethics and professionalism read more

I have taken my dog there twice. Upon walking in today i experienced the groomer shoving a dog into a cage by dragging it by its hair. I should have walked out, but my dog really needed his nails clipped. His nails were long and I let them go a little while. He never cried getting his nails clipped before this experience. This is an important review I should have drafted awhile ago but have been reminded and prompted to write it now after randomly encountering another unlucky dog owner who had basically the same experience, though theirs was even a bit worse. In short I am completely convinced my dog was abused the one and only time the very bad mistake of having him groomed here was made way back in 2009. They repeatedly delayed the appointment, keeping him for a total of close to 12 Hours. God only knows what they were doing to him in there but I fear it was horrible. When he returned It was like a completely different dog. His was defensive and angry growling and showing his teeth and snapping in an ugly, aggressive manner. It took a long hard few weeks for him to eventually return to to his lovable wonderful self. Obviously he's never been brought back here again, if in this area use Whose Your Doggy they are fully reputable and do a great job. read more

WARNING: Kiki's groomers INJURE dogs! Do NOT use their grooming services. Owner's response to my previous review is ludicrous and sad. Of course I'm 100% sure about the location I'm reviewing. I am sharing what I have personally seen and experienced, and have no reason to spread misinformation. I am a longtime resident of Fort Greene, and have popped into Kiki's many times over the years. It was always a disappointment, so I stopped bothering. When chatting with other neighborhood pet owners, I've heard their negative feedback about Kiki's: groomers being rough with their dogs, cutting nails too short and making dogs bleed, etc., so clearly there hasn't been any improvement. Owner is in denial about the poor service being provided at the DeKalb location. It's a shame, because instead of being defensive, Kiki's could be making much-needed improvements in their staffing, customer service, product selection and grooming skills/services. read more

I took my dog there for boarding last month. I stopped in for an 'interview' which consisted of the person who worked there bringing 1 dog @ a time into the store to sniff my dog, which seems weird, since she's going to be hanging out with a bunch of dogs while she's there...and she only brought out 2 dogs. They said she was OK & that she could board there. I felt something was a bit off, but I didn't really have any other options that weekend, so I went with it. I walked my dog over early on Sat AM & was ready @ the store when they opened...well, when they were SUPPOSED to open. The lady showed up 30+ minutes late, muttering about the subways & to my knowledge, never really apologized for keeping me & the other two people who had grooming appts waiting. Did I mention the groomer showed up late too? At this point, I was downright nervous, but I was getting picked up within the hour & couldn't chg plans this late. So, I went with it. MISTAKE. I picked her up on Monday AM, and she proceeded to poop...and it was white. Guessing she got into some cat litter or something? Not sure, but it went downhill from there. Bottom line, she got really sick...I was up 1/2 the night taking her out. I won't get any more specific than that cuz it's pretty gross. I will NEVER EVER go back to this place, even for grooming. Next time, I'll just bail on the weekend out of town. It would have saved me a lot of vet $ & heartache...and my lovely dog a lot of suffering, the poor girl. read more

We are really happy with Kiki's. We've been sending our dog, Pearl, for daycare for a few months now and they've been great. We love that they offer pick up and drop off services, especially because we work such long hours. Pearl always seems super happy to see the driver and is tired and happy when she comes home. Kiki's team is also really really responsive to ALL of my emails- and there are many ;) I can sometimes be a bit of a nervous dog mom and they have always been totally understanding. They get back to me usually within a few hours and sometimes send pictures of Pearl at daycare. We are relieved to have found a place that we trust after our last dog daycare closed. Thanks Kiki's! The more I think about this, the more and more upset I get. I would give zero stars if I could. I called to make an appointment for a Saturday/Sunday, and they gave me 1pm. I told them the type of dog/what I wanted and they said 1pm was fine. I dropped my dog off at 1pm and was immediately chastised for making such a "late appointment" since my dog, a Shetland Sheepdog, takes more time. I explained, however, that this was the only appointment that was offered to me. I was then rudely asked, "well, what do you even want done?" I told them I only wanted a trim. The groomers told me to come back at 5pm. I came back at 4:30 as I was excited to see my dog. I was told that it took a long time to brush my dog out and that I may be charged extra. I then sat until 7 PM (!!!) while others got their dogs sooner than I did. I was the second to last person to get their dog back, even though I know I had dropped my dog off sooner than others. Also, you'd think that since I was waiting there, they may try to work faster. However, that was clearly not the case. When they brought my dog out, they did not trim him...they shaved him. All of his hair was gone. It was not even close to what I asked for. I am so absolutely disgusted by the customer service/product I received. I am thinking of filing a BBB complaint. read more

I've taken Shadow twice now and this last time was for a full grooming. $65.00 yikes! was expensive but I thought that was the going rate. The people I met before were cordial and nice and the groomer today even more so, not the person at the front desk however. I thought I must be selling something for the attention she paid me. Long wait time to cash out though I had Shadow in hand. When I saw his hair cut I was mortified.... I really paid 70 for that? Next time I'll run off with him whilst she fields her phone calls and trains her assistant. read more

Update - 12/2010 My dog was recently bathed here and it solidified my negative opinion about the grooming skills of this establishment. I specifically stayed away from the cutting services, he was to receive a bath only. Not only did he come out of his bath full of mats that I had to comb out that night; but they also seemed to have taken a butter knife to his face. To remove tear stains (presumably), they trimmed his face (no one told me this would happen) and did such a horrible job that I was scolded by my friends and family who thought I had done it! Management apologized and offered a small % off of my next grooming visit (which will be never). The apology was quite insincere, I think they have grown accustomed to customer complaints. I'm pretty confident that my experience will not change how things are done here. Brought my dog here to be groomed in preparation for the summer. I asked for a puppy cut and specifically requested that the hair on the snout not be shaved. When I picked up my dog I was in so much shock, I didn't know what to think, he had a complete buzz cut, gone was his cute fluffy face, although they did leave a patch of hair on the snout. Upon arriving home I noticed that the cut was VERY uneven, I had to even out his ears myself. They also shaved off half of his romp, furthermore as his coat began to grow back it became quite obvious what a rush and lazy job the groomer had done, so much so that others began to comment on my dog's coat. I'm giving three stars and not less because my dog smelled great and the people there seem to be nice, just overwhelmed and perhaps a little inexperienced. read more

They do a good job on grooming the pets. I like that they express the dog's glands as part of the grooming. And they accommodate walk-in appointments. Here's what I don't like about their services: * The shaming! ... So maybe I don't brush my dog's coat daily as they recommend. Excuse me for having a life. But the receptionist is a bit obnoxious about dogs that come in with knots or matted. I just witnessed her do it to someone else today ... So it's not just me being sensitive! Lol You'll walk out with your tail between your legs and a higher bill. They charge more to detangle... which I wouldn't mind if they actually detangled your pet's hair versus shaving them down. * The not so subtle request for tips. Gratuities for services are optional yet at Kiki's you feel forced. There's a 8'x10' sign in the center of the counter and when they swipe your card to pay for services they ask you 'how much tip would you like to add?' These are little things that can be easily changed... I'm obviously a loyal customer so I would say they do more right than wrong. I've tried a few other groomers in the Ft.Greene/Clinton Hill neighborhood ... this is as good as it gets. read more

Honestly, the staff was not receptive to my questions, nor could I buy anything because it was way beyond prices that I could afford. From hearing about the grooming from other people, it seems these services are a waste to Kiki's reputation. I'm not sure what kind of new management they are under, but they are a shell of their former selves. I bring my shi tzu in for an appointment at 10:30. He has dry eye so I express to them I would that area cleaned and paid special attention to. In addition to that, I requested the same low cut that I had two months ago. 6 hours later, I get a call saying that he is ready. I pick him up and on my way home, I notice his eyes are still crusty and his hair is not cut nearly as short as I wanted...all for the sum of about $88. When I called to see what was taking so long, they said he was being difficult, but when I walked in the groomer was combing his face and the dog looked happy as ever....so tell me again what took 6 hours. When I called to express my displeasure about his eyes, all they could say is that I did as much as he would let me do. Long story short, I will not be patronizing them ever again as the prices as well as wait times are absolutely ridiculous, not to mention lack of following instruction. We have been taking our 2 dogs here for years. The dogs LOVE coming to Kiki's. They get very excited when we come close to the door. I think it's because they know they are very well taken cared of there. We have had nothing but the great experience here for daycare and grooming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. These guys are just awesome. They love dogs, and their facilities are great. They take care of my girl and she loves going there. I also found a stray on the street and they helped me out with a bath and good advice on what to do with him so he wouldn't get killed at a shelter. Before it closed, our dog would attend daycare and would be boarded at Kiki's Williamsburg. He has been to both daycare and has been boarded twice at Kiki's Fort Greene. The staff is awesome and they really do care about the dogs they watch. Recently, our dog was at Kiki's for a 5-night period, the longest he's ever been boarded, during the "doggie flu" hysteria. We were across the country, but Kiki's began updating us with his health status as soon as word of the outbreak began to spread. Once he began exhibiting the most minor of symptoms, Kiki's arranged for an employee to take him to the vet on our behalf, calling to brief us during the visit and calling after with a full report. Every time I called to check-in, my (many, many) questions were answered in great detail and my concerns were met with patience and understanding. Our dog ended up not having the flu, but Elsa and the entire Kiki's staff went above and beyond in caring for our dog, and calming my nerves, until we were able to pick him up. The salon didn't smell bad like other people said. She did cut my dogs nails and he started bleeding from one nail so she applied some kind of powder substance to it even thought he was nervous I feel she should have cut it lower to avoid cutting him. Also there was a part in his tail that was cut way lower then the rest of his tail but there was no cut in his skin so that's good. Overall I would say the staff tried their best, besides cutting my dogs vein which I felt so sad about for him. Also wish the location had small steps in the front so my dog wouldn't have to jump up to get in being that he has leg issues. read more

This review is just for grooming: I haven't experienced the doggy daycare, but have taken my dog there twice now for grooming, and have had a great experience each time. It can't be easy cutting and cleaning animals, and I know mine is particularly feisty, but they did a good job with her and were super nice and accommodating. Be prepared to wait a while - it's a mom and pop shop, and it's not like they have tons of employees to assist in the grooming...but you can certainly get a lot of stuff done in the meantime! read more

I wish I can give this place negative stars. We definitely won't be taking our dog back here. At the last minute we boarded our puppy here because my lady's cousin decided she no longer could watch our dog for the Christmas holiday. Desperate, we decided that we should look into this "pet spa" down the street from our house. We brought our puppy there for the required interview to see if she was compatible and they allowed us to check out the facility. An employee took us to the back where a few dogs were caged inside the tiny confines of the puppy enclosures desperately trying to escape. In the same room there was a grooming area where a skinny lady with no shoulders was aggressively brushing a cute Maltese dog while yelling at it. That was a little upsetting, but the disturbing part was seeing the play area in the back. When the employee opened the door it smelled so bad. Five dogs surrounded my puppy and greeted her. As I looked around I noticed there was piles of poop scattered around the room. Dogs were running around covered in feces and many of the dogs were in dire need of a bathing. As I was walking out I looked through the glass at the lady brush-yelling the Maltese and she brushed the dog so hard it fell off the table. At that point, I really didn't want to leave her there but, I sadly had no choice at this point. I apologized to my dog numerous times before I dropped her off with her bed, her favorite toy and a 3-day ration of food. The last look my dog gave me said it all. She didn't want to stay there. Honestly, I should have just shoved my dog in a port-a-potty for three days because that's what she came back smelling like. Her up poop was matted to her coat and she appeared as if she hadn't eaten a thing. We had to toss her bed after it was returned sopping wet with urine/feces with her toy. Never again! read more

I will not be taking my dog back. Its disappointing because it seems like they have potential, but with customer service this shoddy...no way. I took my dog for basic grooming because his regular groomer is not available. I asked the lady how long it would take and she advised me that about 2-21/2 hours. After 21/2 hours, I called to find out if my dog is ready and she told me that they still need 45 minutes or so. After 1 hour waiting, we expected that my dog would be ready so we went to the shop to find out he needed another 30 minutes. He had been bathed, but not groomed at all. They claimed to be behind due to a difficult dog. Shouldn't they have called us to advise they were running behind. Why do we have to chase after them to find out when our dog is ready? To make matters worse, when we again went back after 30 minutes, he STILL wasn't ready. Some work had been done on him, but the groomer and the shopkeeper were having a chat while our dog was still in a cage. They both ran back and did a quick finish on him and finally, nearly 5 hours later, we got our dog back. He looks good, but it is clear they rushed the job. And then the charge was nearly $10 more than they had originally told me! I am irritated with the situation. To make matters worse, I had advised them our dog is a puppy mill rescue who spent the first 5 years of his life in a cage, and that we really try to minimize the time he is in a cage during grooming. Both times we came in, we saw him in the cage, pacing back and forth clearly very distressed. As I said, a phone call advising they were running back would have been an easy way to handle the situation. We could have decided whether to keep him there and, if so, when he was going to be ready. And even worse, this place runs a doggie daycare. Why then, was our dog in a cage for so long. Upon learning of the delay, again, a smart move would have been to call us up and ask if he could be put in a more open space. They operators seemed insensitive to the dogs and the owners. With so much competition out there, customer service rules the day. They failed on that essential task, and I will not be back. read more

My dog walker recommended a place in Park Slope, but I decided to try out this local spot for convenience sake and to support the neighborhood, despite less than stellar reviews. I called them mid week to schedule a Sunday appointment. Pricing wasn't bad. For an incredibly fluffy Keeshond, they were going to charge $45 for a washing and a brush out/drying. I arrived at five 'til 11 (for an 11:00 appointment) and there were two women with their dogs also waiting. The place appeared clean enough and there was a friendly cat wandering around. The man working the counter was very nice. The woman ahead of me in line went first. In overhearing their conversation, I discovered that the groomer had not yet arrived despite a 10AM opening time. (With cell phones being the norm, you can no longer use a daylight savings time change as an excuse.) While waiting, I spoke with the woman behind me in line and she had been coming there for years and had a 10:30 AM appointment. The man finished his conversation with the patron in front of me and went to the back with them to put their dog in a cage. When I was up, I asked how long it would be until my dog was attended to explaining that I wasn't trying to cage my dog for a good part of a Sunday afternoon and it seemed as though there were two dogs in front of me even though my appointment was just minutes away. He explained that there was no bather coming in today so the groomer who should be there "in five minutes" would be taking care of all of the dogs. After inquiring further about how long my dog would be waiting in a cage, I realized that I was fighting a lost cause and told him I'd be leaving. He was very polite and said that if I'd like to follow up with the manager, I should. I told him that the manager was welcome to offer me a free bath, but otherwise I would not be returning. I'll be trying the spot in Park Slope that my walker recommends. They get great reviews on Yelp! read more

Where is the 0 star option ? i wish! i went to to kiki's pet spa a few days ago to buy a new harness for my little stella i lost her previous one no idea how :/ however i didn't bring her with me i was on my way to work. she's a small she is 12 pounds the harness ki ki's carry seem smaller than average the woman at the counter said i could " RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE IF IT DOESNT FIT" it doesn't fit.. what is this made for a rat? so i return to ki ki's last night to return it just before they close the woman told me she was the manager pointed to a tiny little sign on the wall telling me exchanges only and i was mis informed and i should come back tomorrow (owners rules) i said i wouldn't have purchased it in the first place if that was your "policy" i dont need it i want to return it ...Such a simply request its not my fault i was misinformed. Worst grooming experience I've had in 10 years! Negative stars would be more accurate. I recently moved to the neighborhood and was hopeful to find an experienced groomer within walking distance. I regret not checking Yelp reviews, and only reading Google reviews, before booking my appointment. Upon entering (what looks like a run-down, empty storage room, broken front window and all) my two dogs and I were prompted to walk 'on the bags only' due to freshly stained flooring, which was still very sticky and not appropriate for an area with pets of any kind. The girl who was at the desk was the most positive part of this experience because she actually seemed nice and asked questions about the cuts I wanted and made sure she had my phone number written down. She estimated the grooming should take 3 hours and that someone would call me 20 min before the dogs were finished so I could promptly pick them up. ...Four and a half hours later I CALLED THE SHOP to get an ETA on when my dogs would be ready for pick up and was told that 'someone was supposed to have called me', and that they'd been ready for a while. Not a major deal, but inconvenient non-the-less. When I arrived for pick-up I offered to go into the grooming area to harness my dogs because there were no longer bags to walk on and the stained floor was fully-exposed. In this room there appeared to be feces stains on the floor, a watery mixture in some areas (bleach or cleaner), and construction materials scattered about. After dressing the dogs, because I couldn't put them down indoors, I had to take them outside (in 28* weather) before I could make my payment. I handed my credit card over, waited a solid 5 minutes in the cold, and was then told either my card wouldn't go through or the system was down. Rather than standing outside for another who knows how long, I asked if we could get a bag to stand on while we waited inside for a resolution. I was not shy about my complaints up to this point and was met with excuses and a self-pity attitude, from who I can only assume is the owner. While I was waiting for my card info to be relayed over the phone so another location could charge it, I noticed the cuts on both dogs were choppy and poorly done. Both had uneven cut lines, and one had a deep gash in the fur of his front leg. I genuinely believe I could have done a better job myself. The woman's attitude only got worse when I told her I didn't want her to fix the mistakes and would rather cut my losses and be on my way. After some banter back and forth she shoved my card at me and told me I didn't need to pay for anything. This was all-around one of the poorest displays of business ownership I've ever seen. This place sucked the fat lady who grooms the pets is mean it took three and a half hours to groom my pets and she didnt do it right. I told her to leave the hair on head and she decides to cut it all off this is what initially pissed me off. When I got there she wasn't finished she is very rough with the pets choking my yorkie out. I bet if I bought a huskie there she'd be less aggressive. I went there once and I will never go back, they over charge you and I bought my cat as well I look at my cat nails she cuts the nails too far and all her tips are red like she clipped too far this place over all sucks please save your pet the trauma and don't come here. read more

If I could rate lower than the one star I most certainly would. This place KiKi' s Pet Spa is debacle of a business.. Where Do I Begin. Before we had the dog groomed I asked to speak with the groomer to ensure that what I was requesting would be accomplished. I was so wrong.. Truth be told, the way the woman spoke to me over the phone, I should have known it was the wrong place for my dog. First impressions are lasting ones. Remember that KiKi.. So.. I say Hello, is it okay to tell you HOW I want the dog groomed? Her response, she's matted and needs all of her hair shaved. No she doesn't it's snowing outside and she's probably wet. I have been bathing her every 2 weeks for the past year, there's no way she's matted. She's a long hair. It's cold and I do not want her hair cut low. I want her face groomed, teeth brushed and nails clipped. That's it. Nothing more.. The professional, oh so we think she's professional replies with I know what kind of dog she is. I say, that's a lot of attitude when I about for a service. You know what just please take care of the dog properly. It took a long time to grow her hair out properly and I would like to continue our journey of long hair. She then hangs up. Did I say professional. My bad, yeah the business owner.. Results. The dog CANNOT WALK on her paws. Her nails were cut so low she's still bleeding. Her belly is scared from the clippers. Her neck is raw from her lower chin to her chest plate. There are two lines that are clearly indictators of over heated and sharp clippers. She also gave the dog a pony tail and then cut all the hair around the pony tail. Unfortunately , the dog looks absolutely crazy from her butchering. Who knows how long it will take for the dog to recover from such work. I WOULD NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO SUCH AN ESTABLISHMENT. KIKI SHOULD HAVE HER LICENSE REVOKED FOR INHUMANE SERVICE TO LITTLE ANIMALS. HER LEVEL OF COMPASSION IS NULL TO VOID. PLEASE STAY AWAY.. AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.. For those who have success, kudos.. I just moved to the area and really was hoping to like this local groomer. I've taken my dog here twice now for a nail trim and bath service. The first time seemed fine although they clipped one of my dog's nails a little short. The second time I when I picked him up his nails were bloody and by the time I got home I realized they hadn't actually given him a bath. They just sprayed him with perfume and still charged me for the bath. If you care at all about your pet do not take them here. read more

I've been bringing my dog to KiKi's Pet Spa and he's always treated well and with care. His baths and cuts are always well done and I'm impressed with the precision with which his face is trimmed. Having a Yorkie, that is of importance to me. I would recommend Kiki's Spa to any pet owner. read more
