We had several different items from the menu: sesame chicken, fried rice, chow mein, black pepper chicken, gyzoya and egg rolls. Food: hot and fresh Service: pleasant and quick We enjoyed the meal and would go back again. I'd eat the same thing or try something else. I have enough faith in what I chose and the other items I saw that I think I'd enjoy many of the other items on the menu. There is seating inside. It's a quick serve restaurant, similar in setup to chipotle, simple greek, etc where you choose from the pre-set menu and choose entrees, sides, toppings and sauces. read more

First time going last week so we went inside, the two ladies at the front were very knowledgeable and helpful on helping us choose what to get. Portions are big. Ended up getting black pepper chicken and another entree with half noodles and half fried rice. I also got the watermelon milk tea w/ boba. Fast forward to tonight, got black pepper chicken again & fried rice portions size was still big and watermelon milk tea is still amazing! Food is hot and fresh, not one complaint! read more

THEIR FOOD SITS FOR HOURS, especially after lunch rush and they want them to serve this until its basically gone. Their was probably 25 or more pieces over the steam! lady told me food was HOT when blatantly it was not...feed it to the dump. If I have to pay more for HOT Food than I think that's what you need to do. That's the way the lady acted. Will never go back. I like fresh food if I'm going to eat it! Avocado for poke bowl was turning black. Gross. I ask if my crab ragoons could be cooked, by the way it's only 3 of them, I didn't think it would shut the business down. Restaurant is clean and typical for your pop up fast food Asian chain. The service is a little sketchy. It opened Saturday 02/24/24. So I'm sure the staff still needs to work out the kinks. The portions were small for the price. We were given the wrong size containers for the family meal. - the chicken (General Tso, Teriyaki, and Sesame) was rubbery and had an odd after taste. - the beef and broccoli was okay. It had an odd flavor. Broccoli was cooked well. The noodles were very bland. We ordered a side of Crab Rangoon. We were Disappointed it only had three pieces in the container. We ordered boba tea (strawberry, honeydew and Lychee). The tapioca pearls were perfectly made. The flavor of the slush/smoothies were not consistent. Sit down! It's story time. We decided to stop at Kiku for its grand opening. We all know to expect some delays and such to allow a new business to work out its kinks. That being said... When you first walk in, you have two ordering options. You can order at the counter or order at the kiosk. We ordered at the kiosk. It was not a good idea. Our order went in at 1:48pm. We didn't receive our food until 2:25pm. In the meantime, numerous customers had already came through the line, ordered, eaten, and left. It wasn't until the customer next to us received her to-go order that we stepped in. She was order #91. We were order #77. In terms of the food and how it tasted, it was good and about what I expected. But in terms of what I ordered compared to what I actually received, it was a bit aggravating. After 30+ minutes of waiting, I expect my order to be correct. Both my husband and I did not receive the correct toppings that we listed on our order. The restaurant was clean and busy. Just what I expect on a first day of business. The employees did seem nice and respectful. The lesson from today, however? It's best to go through the line and watch them put together your bowl. Maybe give it a few weeks to get settled in. I wouldn't write this business off just yet, but I'm not rushing back any time soon. read more

I will stick to Panda. My husband and I both ordered plates. I have 3 meats and the serving size was pathetic!!!! Black pepper chicken- 2 pieces of chicken rest veggies. Beef and broccoli-2 pieces beef 6 broccoli maybe. Sesame chicken- maybe 5 pieces. My husband got 2 meats. Orange chicken- maybe 5 pieces. Sweet and sour chicken- maybe 4 pieces varying in size. It literally looked like a kids plate. The both was mediocre. We ordered a Poki bowl with "spicy" tuna and salmon. It had some sort of unspicy cream sauce with absolutely no flavor!!! Actually it tasted like cornstarch and water!! At least we tried it. And, if they can work on the flies in the case that would be great. Also, they don't sell ramen. Look, I rated this place five stars for what it is, not for what it isn't. It is Asian fast food, and it does a royally great job at that. It blows the competition off the map (looking at you, Panda Express). You can get anything from an inexpensive little one entree grab and go all the way to a poke bowl with your choices. The staff is very friendly, and obviously proud of the place, which I think is a big plus. The food is competent, serviceable Asian cuisine. If you have that itch, this will scratch it. I have a couple of items I really like a lot, and a couple I'm not so crazy about, just like every other restaurant I've ever visited. My tip is, try the chicken stick appetizer--very nice! Also, I avoid ordering at the kiosk. Go ahead and stand in the line. You can see what looks tasty and you can interact with the nice people behind the counter. If you go there with realistic expectations, you will leave there satisfied. read more

New spot that just opened up in Columbus and was greeted with amazing customer service and efficiency. Chanel and Delilah went above and beyond to make sure my order was complete and accurate and the food was amazing! Being somewhat picky it's nice having places that still put the customer first, will definitely be back. read more
