The pho was delicious but the restaurant felt very dirty. The bathrooms did not have any paper towels at both the handicap stall and the one outside for everyone to use. The floors around my entire round table of 8 people where very sticky and when you walk, you shoes stick to the floors. The service was mediocre. The female server sat on her phone the after taking our orders and bringing half the people's order at our table. The restaurant owner (or manager) brought the rest of our pho's. That was very weird. She didn't refill our empty water glass till asked if we wanted our bills. Thankfully, I got a drink so gave my water to someone at our table to drink and share with another. The restaurant was not busy as we were one of the two tables in the restaurant at 7:30pm Saturday night. I would come here again as it's the only Viet restaurant near the hotel where we stayed but def order togo. The place needs a deep cleaning. The manager seemed very kind. read more

I can't believe I haven't visited before today. For a Thursday after 1:15 pm there weren't a lot of guests present. I was greeted and seated immediately. I initially ordered a glass of Chardonnay when I was told they didn't have any wine available. Anyone who knows me, knows I love a great glass of wine on a day off from work. As a result, I drank water. I ordered the fried egg rolls which were delicious! The lettuce provided wasn't large enough for me to wrap the egg roll in which was disappointing. I usually order egg noodles at other establishments and that was definitely a mistake today. Thanks to my server, I was able to switch the noodles to the traditional noodles and I devoured the entire meal. It appears there is a stage for live entertainment. I'm curious to know if events are hosted here. If it weren't for this place not having an item offered on the menu and the disgusting egg noodles, I would have certainly awarded more stars. This place looks very fancy for a Thai place. The waiters were very attentive but it felt like I was at a golf resort...the vibe is just..off. The food was very good! I had the combination bowl and the spring rolls. The ingredients tasted very fresh and it was delicious. Probably the only combination bowl that actually had all the ingredients in it in this town! I was picking up something from Taste of India (on my way back home- I don't live in Columbus), and saw this place. It opened just 3 weeks ago, in early October 2022, and it's so shiny and clean! The price feels definitely post-Covid adjusted..but the food was excellent. I wish the pickles in the noodle salad had more flavor, but the dressing was great (a bit more pungent than what you'd get in small southern town). All the ingredients were fresh in both my Goi cuon and noodle salad. I really liked the spring roll in the salad - very flavorful, slightly more peppery, and well made. The fresh rolls were nice- with decent sized shrimps and enough herbs to make them interesting. Also the condiment bottles were spotless clean. read more

Food was OK and service was decent. We usually go to Big Mama's when we're in the mood for pho but decided to give this new place a try. Ordered the large pho combo and a sweet tea. The pho broth was a bit bland for my liking and the sweet tea was either spoiled or some sort of Vietnamese sweet tea I wasn't expecting. This was our lunch and it didn't satisfy our craving for pho so we ended up going to big mama's for more pho at dinner. After meeting the owners we decided to visit Pho Saigon as we are always looking for good places to eat. We went with another couple and my wife (who is Japanese) and my friends wife ( who is Thai) both wanted to try the menu. Resturant was very clean, organised, and waiter was quick to take our order. He even recommended dishes to my wife and patiently answered questions about the menu! Food was great and served in a timely manner. We all left very satisfied and a return visit is already planned as soon as we get back from a trip to Germany and France. Walking into this establish was walking into some of the cleanest and refreshing atmospheres to be in let alone eat in. The music, tvs, band setup, seething arrangements, spacing, even the staff uniforms where amazing! For drinks we ordered water with lemon and a Coke. The water was refreshing and tasted good and the. Coke came from the cans, so there was no off taste. I do like how they served crushed ice however, the glasses are severely outdated. For appetizers we ordered the spring rolls with shrimp. They were amazing had great flavor just over price for two small spring rolls and would enjoy it a little more peanut butter sauce. There is so much actual peanut in the sauce. It was hard to dip in. We also ordered the pork bánh mì sandwich without pate, it was great good flavor profile however, it really needed more meat. There was maybe one slice of meat as you can see in the pictures. We also ordered a large combination pho and then a large beef mix pho. The broth of both bowls was top-tier. It was refreshing yet flavorful. There wasn't a whole Lotta meat in the B3. There was also a lot of gristle in the B3, which was very offputting. The combination bowl was good. It was just lacking again in the meat. There was a lot of broth, but hardly any noodles and meat. Really enjoyed the various sauces on the table as well as the additional toppings you could add into the bowls was very nice. Also can appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant. Staff was quick to clean tables, sanitize tables before seating another party the chopsticks our offered were very sturdy and not wood so you don't have to worry about splitters, which is very convenient. Some of the staff seemed a little timid, and some seem very confident . Would definitely come back to this establishment. read more

My wife and I had our Saturday lunch at Pho Saigon today. The restaurant was very neat and clean. There was a fair size crowd, but we were seated quickly. We shared an order of spring rolls (2) which were fair, but not satisfying. My wife had rice with grilled pork chops and steamed pork omelet and I had rice noodles with grilled shrimp and grilled pork. Both of the meals were lukewarm and not appetizing. Wife and I went Sat night 5-19-23. Server was quick, knowledgeable and attentive. Our dinner was subpar starting with the pre-packaged frozen spring rolls. We had wonton and noodles entree soup, and rice noodles & eggnoodles with pork, shrimp, crab (imitation) and squid. The wonton and noodle soup had unordered pork, shrimp and pork heart in it. The side vegetables consisted of various cold leaves of cillantro, thyme and parsley, bean sprouts, lime and sliced jalepeno peppers. Vegetables....are you kidding me? It was a meager plate of garnishes at bestThe entrees were as bland as bland can be. No flavor what so ever. I ordered a $10 glass of red wine which came out ice cold from a refrigerator. Are you kidding me right now? I sent it back. I asked if they had an unopened bottle at room temperature and was told all the red wine goes in the refrigerator! On what planet is this done! Right when you walk in the atmosphere is amazing! Super spacious plenty of seating and stage for live music. We order a few different things off the menu for appetizers we had the spring rolls. OMG the peanut sauce is addicting can't get enough of it. Then I had the pho chicken that was so flavorful and delicious like I didn't even need to add much more to it cause it had so much flavor. We also had their special Rice with Rotisserie Chicken. The tenderness of that chicken and the flavor are mouth watering. Another person ordered the rice with grilled pork and that was also fantastic! Portions are HUGE. My family is partially Vietnamese and my parents said this is one of the best food and experiences they ever had. Definitely tastes authentic reminds me of my grandma's cooking!
