He told me how it operated and I was led to believe it was on this truck. After purchasing we find that the truck is not equipped with the ACC feature. If Scott would have informed me of that the very first time we talked then I would not have been interested in this truck. After further discussion with him I believe he was just not knowledgeable about it. That is kind of his job though. So now I am stuck with a new truck that doesn't have the one feature I wanted. Called Dave King and they said they could get me in to read error codes but couldnt promise they could fix it the same day if they had to order parts. kathy at the front office guided me to the dealer when my gps took me to wrong place. Said they would help me find lidging if i had to stay the night. Don/Trey in serve found the issue, bad DEF module. They had one in stock and was able to get me back on the road in 3 hours. Cant say enough about the whole staff at Dave King Chevy. They go way beyond service. I am from ohio but if i lived closer they would get all my service.

Car acts up, service department agrees something is wrong, Hyundai International says it's normal, service department denies ever agreeing that something was wrong. Over and over and over and over. Then if you tire of the service manager and ask to speak to the owner of the dealership you are met with a threatening tone as if you are dealing with the Sopranos.It seems the owner of the dealership has no time for customers and places no value on customer service. I also learned that Hyundai vehicles come equipped with a high silicone content tire in order to meet the stated fuel economy ratings. The problem with that is those tires are useless on snow and ice. Mind you this place is in the Upper Peninsula which is essentially a glacier the majority of the year. If you complain about lack of control the dealer will graciously offer to sell you better tires that will unfortunately increase your fuel costs while agreeing that the standard tires are useless but offering no explanation as to why the salesman never explained that while selling you the car. To me this is like selling snowmobiles in south Texas and double dipping when the customer wants you to turn it into a motorcycle so he can use it.
