We were looking at the fudge and they offered us try-outs of any that looked good so we tried the peanut butter (amazing), lemon (even better) and the turtle (my personal favorite). Then we made our way to the ice-cream selection! My daughter got the superhero flavor with a waffle cone, I got the berry pie ice-cream flavor since the previous review raved about it and she was not wrong! The pieces of pie were top tier. My husband opted for different chocolate pieces and he loved all of them, especially the chocolate covered nutterbutter . We also picked up one of the Kilwin's pecan treat. It came with pecans on the bottom, caramel on top and milk or dark chocolate on top of the caramel... mm mm MM! 10/10 recommend! The shop has many different kinds of chocolate including some sugar-free ones too. They are sold by the pound at the counter or in gift boxes throughout the shop. The fudge is also aplenty and the price per pound varies with flavors. Think smooth and velvety fudge that is rich and delicious! The caramel apples are also great tasting whether you like it dipped in milk chocolate or dark chocolate or covered in nuts or not. They'll offer to cut it for you so you can eat it right away or to keep it whole to enjoy later or gift it. Caramel corn is sold in bags for those who like the sweet tasting popcorn. I find their ice cream to be on the sweeter end and also somewhat more pricey than many other sweets shops. Overall a good spot to stop by once in a while to feed the sweet tooth. Talk about amazing! This is my 2nd time here but actually my first time getting my own cone! Last time only my kiddo got 1 and I was being "good" so I didn't even try it. Boy was that a mistake. As soon as you walk in you are blasted by the aromas of chocolate and candies like you're in willy Wonka shop...it just makes your mouth water! My son got the kids all time favorite Superman and I got the All American 2 Berry Pie. My son ate his whole cone...he usually struggles toward the end but not today! As for me the cine was amazing it had pieces of pie or cake inside of it...just amazing! I haven't had icecream this good in years. I even had to taste my sons after mine was sooo good. I absolutely love Kilwins ice cream and their hot chocolate is undefeated! My kids and I came here during the week and it was pretty slow and no line. My kids were so excited to be getting ice cream they couldn't decide which flavor they wanted but the staff was great and very patient and let my kids try 3 flavors before making their decision to get Superman and Chocolate! I had the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was delicious! This location is in Sugar Land town square and you're lucky if you can find a parking space out front, I typically park in the parking garage behind it. I highly recommend this business! There was a lady working and a guy that was sitting outside and walked in when he saw us. We ordered 2 different ice creams on a waffle bowl. The ice cream has almost no flavor at all and the waffle bowl I got was a bit soggy. The total was over $18 and on top of that they have the nerve to ask for a tip when they gave ZERO customer service. Try greeting your customers with a friendly hello when they walk in before you even try to ask for a tip. Will not be returning to this location. read more

On January 3, 2025, I went into Kilwin's in Sugar Land Town Square to pickup 3 caramel apples with nuts (receipt attached). I saw Jonathan go into the container to get them but in the interim, I told them I wanted ice cream as well. There must've been confusion on their end and lack of attention to detail because once I got home, none of the apples had nuts on them which was disheartening because they were a gift for my mom (she does not eat the plain ones). I immediately called the location and told them my issue; they said I could come in and get the proper ones, never notifying me to bring the other apples back as I said I would discard of them. When I returned 20 minutes later, the manager Ervin told me he could only give me one caramel apple for free but the other two I had to pay for since I had not brought the other apples back (which he never disclosed to me on the phone that I needed to do AND I WOULD ASSUME bringing apples back that are exposed (due to non secure packaging) that had left the premises would be a FOOD SAFETY VIOLATION-contamination risk, traceability & temperature control). The entire transaction was a complete inconvenience. The whole situation was handled improperly and I'm highly upset as I ultimately had to pay for FIVE apples and THREE of them will not be eaten, they will be discarded. The manager Ervin did not pay attention to detail and did not handle the situation effectively or as someone who often comes here would like to be treated. When I first walked in, I was so overwhelmed with the variety of sweets and items to choose from. Great ice cream flavors! (They offer samples). I have had cappuccino chocolate chip. The apples they have are ridiculous. SO GOOD!!! They have a variety of caramel, candied chocolate apples. They are fresh and they even slice them for you. I have had all of them except the straight caramel. That one just seems boring compared to the others! :) They stay fresh for a couple of days.I have a reward card and after so many, i get a free one. The employees are nice. I thought I was just walking into an ice cream parlor and instead walked into a really cool place. Just a few steps from many good restaurants and nice places to shop you can treat yourself to a variety of different sweets at this place. I came across this place because I work in the area and my first impression when I walked in was a sense of being overwhelmed by the variety of items I could choose from. Take a deep breath and just take in the aroma, and slowly proceed. The young lady near the ice cream section towards the back helped lend me a few flavors to taste. I had the Superman, and toasted coconut and then finally the chocolate coconut which I think was advertised as the summer coconut. The last one was almost like a German chocolate cake without the cake so I got it in a cone and yes I had it alone. They have a variety of cones so I just got a waffle cone, but if you don't want the carbs you shouldn't be here anywho. It was about 6 bucks for two scoops but boy did I enjoy it!! I looked over the other counters and dropped a few pictures for y'all, but don't stall and move the line! I love having me an ice cream in the hot July heat wave that H-Town seems to always bring.
