Red curry with chicken and veggies!
    L W.

Where do I start? All the appetizers are delicious. My coworkers and I are here last week and just had to come back this week for more! The staff are friendly, the food is hot and fresh and delicious. We ordered the garlic chicken, tom kha kai, red curry with chicken, pad Thai, prawn, spring rolls, egg rolls...so good. This place is a local treasure! Highly recommend!

Firstly, last thing you'd expect is to be kicked with so much authentic rich delicious food in this small town. But that is why you don't judge a book by it's cover. This place was recommended to us by the innkeeper of the cottages next door and rightfully so! Few downsides; very long wait. Approximately 25-30 mins after ordering our food to go. Also prices were pretty steep all things considered. REBUTTAL! The long wait in this case meant made to order. Added freshness to every bite. And the prices were offset by pretty generous portions! So personal recommendations... Red Curry with chicken and Tom Kha Kai with pork instead of chicken! Both sauces were creamy and thiccc! And my boyfriend raved over the sesame chicken wings.

Pad Thai, fresh summer rolls and fried goodness.

Very good food. I've had Thai up and down the state of California. Lily's Thai is as good or better than most places!

Pad Thai is excellent, and portion is exceedingly generous. I don't leave reviews, so take that into consideration.

We enjoyed generous servings of pork fried rice, excellent chicken satay and crispy egg rolls. All absolutely delicious. Great fresh ingredients, wonderful and tasty preparations. Always very good service, even when taking carryout. And the dang candies they give out after dining are soooo incredibly yummy. I think it's guava, perhaps. Refreshing and a nice surprise in my mouth. As always, delightful. We will return soon. Did I mention the FREE off street parking? Beautiful dining room. Spotless kitchen.

Our family is part Cambodian, so where we live there are some restaurants but not close by so we jumped on the opportunity especially since it was nearby where we were staying. Definitely left satisfied and it felt nice to have the food since we were far from home. Service was great and attentive and glad they didn't mind we came within the last hour and let us take our time since we had a long day in the park which we enjoyed with our 7 month old. Don't really know the area so to us it seemed hidden. But people were coming in constantly picking up orders . So I'm sure it's well known and popular. The ambience is nice inside, and would recommend if you like Cambodian food or haven't tried it. Looking forward to bringing more family with us next time we come back in the area.

I am disappointed with the establishment for forcing me and my service dog to leave. If there had been someone with an allergy or other issues I would have understood but this was not only against the ADA for the denial but against decency. I hope they do better in the future but I will not be giving a place like this my patronage.

Restaurant serving Chinese and Thai food [Weaverville CA]…read more The restaurant is located across the street from the Joss House State Historical Park in Weaverville. We decided to have a late lunch here. The hostess/server said that we could sit anywhere. There was actually three different seating areas in which one was reserved for a large group. After browsing through the menu I decided to have the Mongolian Beef combo. It came with fried rice, chow mein, and an egg roll. I didn't like how the beef was cooked... not the same as I've had it elsewhere. It was still good, just not the seared crispy coating on the steak. My meal came with a choice of Hot & Sour soup or Egg Flower. I chose the latter. Hubby had the Pad Se Ew w/ tofu. He liked it a lot. Customer service was great. The interior had some of its original aesthetics like the red brick walls. Outside I noticed a plaque stating that it was a historic building originally the Pacific Brewery, one of four gold rush breweries in Weaverville. The building was built in 1855, it has been used and renovated/converted into different businesses over time and finally remodeled into a restaurant in the early 1970's. wow that's cool!
