My whole experience was amazing staff to finish. I booked with the owner Kristen & she is fantastic. So accommodating and helpful, she will explain everything to you so that you feel comfortable. After the Lash Lift service was complete I received a special after care package containing Lash Care Serum & Lash Brushes with some info. I also received a loyalty card & they do birthday discounts! After the service was done a few weeks later I was even contacted by The Lash Factory to see how my Lash Lift was! I love this detail because it shows that they care and want to make sure you were satisfied with your experience even after they already got paid for the service. Those little details are what separates this business from other Lash businesses I have gone to in the past. They really go above and beyond - and show that they truly care.
