I brought my twin 10 year old daughters in, on a whim, for a hair cut today. The place is very…read moreclean, the staff was very nice; I even chatted with the woman at the front about her daughter's wedding. My daughters both had 2" taken off the length, and one only had a bang trim. I was applauded when I was told the bill was $90! I did read the menu prices on the wall and knew that they consider a child 6 years or younger only; I understood that I had to pay women's prices for my children. The price listed on the wall was that women's haircuts start at $30 and go up. Since there was no layering and their hair is shoulder length, $30 each child was appropriate. The nice woman, whose daughter's wedding is next year, yelled from the back that she asked me if I wanted the girls' hair washed and I said yes. I did, but there is no price listed on the wall for hair washing. I am 49 and never, ever have I been " a la carted" for a basic hair wash when my hair is cut. I then went on to itemize her reasoning: $30/child's cut, and $15/ child's basic hair wash. Did I buy the bottles for the week! After the staff all spoke in Hindi so I couldn't understand, they said they'd charge $5/ child's hair wash. I had only $20 bills in cash on me and didn't want to use a debit card, so I handed over $80 and left. The $10 I left was the tip. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible business ethic. Never again!

Ripped so much of my hair out? Burned me with the flat iron. No experience what so ever. Stay away…read morefrom

Left a message over 24 hrs and no one ever called back. I saw there was an appt available for the time and date I was looking for online but prefer to call 2. No one called me back, so we showed up to see if we were actually scheduled. Front desk says no, can't accommodate with a smirk , I said can you explain why no one ever called me back... she stared me down 3. she says "do you want me to reach out to my manager?". ( while intermittently staring at her phone)I said no can you accommodate tomorrow? She says no. I said now reach out to your manager bc I want to know why no one ever called back. 4. Front desk response. I could text her, but I don't want to bother her bc she is sick today and she probably won't text me back. So I am not going to. 5. I said thanks so much for nasty attitude, we will be bringing all of our business somewhere else, she said great. Miss teenager, who I have remained nameless but know her name. I come enough that it's worth it. Back to Tiffany, she is very personable and easy to get along with. She remember details about you which makes you feel even more comfortable very easy to talk to and by the time your done you don't even realize it. Front desk has always been very welcoming and even if you need to reschedule any appointments they are more than happy to get you in. Great waxing location and great employees!

They have 16 stations and 12 pedi chairs, and while I always make a reservation I'm never left waiting. 2) Quality is beyond the standard. Rushing doesn't happen here even when it's busy. There's not someone else doing your nails in the middle of your pedicure to save time. The techs take their time, they're skilled, and every manicure gets a nice exfoliation in addition to moisturizer. 3) There's diversity. It's so pleasant to see a diverse group of artists in one space, from different ethnicities, male and female, young and old. I've never seen anything like it. I recommend making an appointment as a courtesy to their high demand, but if you're looking for an experience and not just a pretty set, this place won't disappoint.

The staff is friendly , and my services have always been done really well. However, my visit today for a gel pedicure was unfortunately very disappointing!. The nail tech (I believe her name was Liz) seemed to rush through the entire service and was not gentle at all. She ended up breaking skin on toes and didn't even ask the shape or how I wanted it done or even give me the books of colors to choose from, anyways , the experience was very uncomfortable and honestly painful. It didn't feel like the level of care and quality I'm used to here... That said, I still think highly of this salon based on my past visits, but I'm hoping this was just a one off experience, honey I would definitely just be more cautious about who I book with next time.

I drive 30 mins for him to do my nails. He's been doing them since they were in the Raintree shopping center. It's always clean there, spotless in fact, and the salon is beautiful. Kyle and Pam (the owners) redid the whole inside themselves! There is privacy between the stations so other people can't hear your conversations which I like because, well, people don't need to know my business that I talk about with Kyle. It's nothing important but I like that there is that barrier there. They are cash or check and have an ATM in the vestibule. Oh and the fantastic, friendly woman that makes the appointments at the desk is always looking her best! She's super cool and always has great hair, makeup, clothes and cool glasses on! I hope I'm as cool as her when I grow up too

RESPONSE TO BUSINESS:…read more Let me get this straight, you are blaming me for your expired products and rude staff? Really? I was 100% given a hard time during the return process. The interaction was tense, dismissive, and uncomfortable, which is why I spoke up at the time. Whether that tone shows on "video" does not change how it was experienced in person. The facial also caused a major breakout. My skin is still healing! I've had plenty of facials before, and this is the first time I've ever had a reaction like this. I did not previously leave a positive review. This was my first visit and my only review. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the spa is pointing fingers at me, citing "footage" and a supposed positive review that doesn't exist. Their response is ridiculous and only reinforces how unprofessional this business is. My original review stands. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've never had such a hostile and weird experience at a spa. I spent over $125 on a facial and $100 for two products for my birthday, only to find it smelled disgusting and when I looked at it more closely it was expired. From the moment I walked in and tried to return them, the receptionist was aggressive, rude, and interrogating, as if I owed her an explanation. When I mentioned returning the second unopened item (that wasn't "expired"), she treated me even worse. I literally had to say, "There is no reason to be so nasty to me?" because her behavior was so unprofessional. She then called the owner in front of me, framing the situation to deny the return. I was told she would "make an exception," as if the return was some huge favor. FYI, I was never told products were nonrefundable, and selling expired ones should be corrected without argument. To top it off, the facial caused a horrific breakout. I won't be returning and would caution others before spending money here.
