I can't recommend them. There was a small dent in my car and they fixed it well. No complaints here. But when I got my car, I noticed that they did not install the molding and that the car was covered with a spray of clear coating - "overspayed". They "tried" to fix it and removed about 20% of overspray. Only in those places where it was visible, of course. I don't want to deal with them anymore. Needed some parts ordered and installed to fix a piece of bodywork that was torn off in a track incident. Staff was very welcoming, and had a waiting area stocked with drinks and snacks while you waited. Intake process was quick and streamlined, and service was completed in short order. Pickup was the same, very organized/streamlined and very little waiting. This was around holiday and it was a nice touch getting to pick a present from under their tree! The car came back detailed and was a gem when it was done! One suggestion for the pickup process: It was a fairly overcast day when I picked up. There was another vehicle that looked like it had been finished parked by itself inside of what I assume is the exit from the shop, which is well lit and has white walls. Somehow it made an impression on me that this was a finished jewel you guys put your time into and really looked impressive in that scene. Maybe instead of parking the car out front, it could be received there for the customer to admire and look it over under the neutral lights and surroundings? Sort of like a showroom sendoff? Was not expecting it and coming back from Tahoe - exactly what I needed. I had taken my Chevy Tahoe in for some body work earlier in the year and was glad KAB kept in touch. It's nice to have a go-to for your body work, we have 4 cars (including the in-laws) and just having someone you can trust and depend on makes all the difference. I received a quote from Charles about replacing the back fender for Mazda CX-5. He quoted the labor for 36 minutes. It took more than 3 weeks for them to get the OEM part. During installation, even though it took less than 15 minutes to replace the part, I was still billed for 36 minutes. Charles told me that this is what I had agreed to pay according to the quote, and if it is bothering me, I can come back after 36 minutes to pick the car. I feel that I was cheated, can't do anything about it. Don't know how they managed to get so many 5 star reviews. read more

My Tesla sustained very serious damage in the high-wind storm a couple of months ago. Teslas are a different kind of car in many ways, and few shops know how to work on them. Far fewer have the connections required to get the required parts from Tesla. Kim's knows how to fix Teslas, and how to get the parts. I've done auto body work, so I know how very hard it is to get it perfect, and Kim's got mine *perfect*. The car is gorgeous again. I had some optional features to my Honda that I wanted installed. Upon contacting Charles and the team, they were fairly quick to respond with a reasonable quote. The installation of my sensors and factory spoilers looked like they were meant to be there, in perfect alignment, with everything done in detail explained to me. Really recommend bringing your car here! Our car was in pretty bad shape after we ran over debris on the highway. Even though we live further north on the peninsula, we decided to go with Charles and are super super happy with the service we received. The car looked and felt newer than when we bought it. He went above and beyond and made sure we could got factory parts for everything that needed fixing, even replacing our bumper and getting new rims (we had some curb rash), and negotiated with Geico on our behalf. We were also on a time crunch because of the Christmas holidays, and Charles made sure we got our car back on time even though it meant he had to stay and work late. He also detailed our car for us for when we picked it up, which was a really nice gesture. This was by far the best service I've had from an auto body shop. Everything was well organized from the start and communication was excellent the entire time. The entire process was handled very efficiently from start to finish and their work was also top quality. Upon dropping my car off, Alicia had a rental car already waiting for me since they have special rates with Enterprise. My front bumper and grille were repaired within a few days and my car looked brand new again. My car also had a clear protective film on the original bumper but this couldn't be installed at the same time since the new paint needed 3 weeks to cure first. So Charles made sure this was included in the insurance claim and then 3 weeks later right on schedule, he called me to book an appt. for the film installation. This had to be performed by another shop but they still took care of booking the appointment and working out all the financial details so all I had to do was drop off my car there and it was done with no issues. read more
