It was a bit of a turn off to walk in to the do not blow your nose in dining room, obviously it must be an issue here. We ventured in anyway. We ordered yucca fries as an appetizer and cuban wanna be and salad with avacado and side of yucca. The fries were great and the sauce even better. The Cuban Wanna Be was good with pulled pork. The salad was fair and asked if I wanted avocado but did not say it was an uncharge of several dollars. The yucca was not good, lacked flavor, very disappointed. We may try other restaurants next time in the area.

Little Habana Cafe is my fave Cuban restaurant in the Tampa Bay Area. Everything I've had here has been soooo delicious!! They also have the best Cuban sandwich. My hubby & I try to bring all of our visitors here because it's that good! Lechon Asado, oxtail (rabo encendido), bistec Encebollado (beef topped with onions) are just some of my fave meals that I've had here. The service has always been good. I generally don't like going to restaurants more than once because there's just so many to try out! This is one of the few that I love going to multiple times! Love this place!

Fricase de Pollo! Amazing food just like I remembered from 2018. Must try if you are in Riverview

Food is amazing and owners are so very friendly! If you are ever in Riverview it's a must try

So far food as been good, atmosphere is pleasant along with the service. Various Cuban photos & decorations, Cousy place not loud. Small business owners husband & wife team very friendly & polite aims to please it's customers. We try to stop by every time within this area great for lunch or quick stop for dinner if you don't have time to cook.

It's a great place to share a meal with family & friends. It was very comforting! We were greeted immediately by Dilara. She was so friendly and helpful throughout the visit. She even gave me a great suggestion on choice of drinks. The Milkis Banana Soda was the perfect fit for me. The restaurant started to get very busy at lunch time, and none of it phased her. She handled it like a pro. We started with the Corn Cheese appetizer. I would have never tried it if my friend had not mentioned it the day before. It was such a great shareable dish. It's delivered all bubbly on a hot plate. It looks almost like Mexican street corn, but it has a totally different flavor profile. It was almost sweet enough to be a dessert. I love that sweet cheese topping! It was a cold day, so we decided to get soup. I went with the Galbitang, and my friend selected the Soft Tofu Stew. It also came out bubbling hot, and served in its own cast iron pot. A very hot pot, so don't touch it. Lol! The rib meat was plentiful. There was a large rib bone in my soup. The meat was so tender, and fell right off the bone. The broth was meaty and full of flavor. There wasn't a whole lot of glass noodles, so I suggest you add the meat dumplings for an extra $5. Otherwise, just add the rice that comes with it. It was perfect with the rice. The banchan sides were also very tasty. I was surprised that the kimchi wasn't overly spicy. I really loved all the different flavors. What's even better is that they don't rely on salt to make it tasty. All the natural flavors of the rich rib meat shined through in the broth. It was a meal to be savored slowly as the broth started cooling off from the hot temperature. You can actually carry on a conversation while enjoying it, and not worry about your soup getting cold. Again, it was a very comfortable & enjoyable experience! We wanted to try the Korean Hotteok for dessert. Unfortunately, they didn't have any that day. I definitely want to go back and try that. I'm also very interested in trying their vegetable ramyun & gimbap lunch combo. There was a Bulgogi Wrap special that also looked very reasonable. They have different specials each month. Everything was great! I could definitely tell that a lot of hard work goes into making each and every dish. This hidden gem deserves multiple return visits. It's very close to the Manatee Viewing Center, so you might as well check it out while you're in the area.

FYI: we ordered the Korean cheesy corn appetizer first and this is delightfully cheesy and sweet. It doesn't feel like Mayo more cheesy. It's so good! Back to the soup: I wanted their Soft Tofu Soup since I had one in Orlando that I still dreamt about. I had the Beef Soft Tofu soup mild. I was afraid that the flavor would get lost due to not being spicy. I still really liked this soup and I just have to have rice with it, and I just couldn't stop. It was so good yet, it's so easy to eat this soup and enjoy it slowly since it's so hot. It really warmed me up a lot. My friend ordered the galbitang which is beef on the bone and it's a clear soup with eggs and veggies. It tasted very good, not too salty, & reminded me of a caldo de res soup at a Latin restaurant or beef soup clear broth per se. Just to try to compare it. They provided us with 3 banchan sides and rice. I really wish we had more banchan and different types but ours were very good. The broccoli was my fave, the kimchi was not too spicy and the 3rd dish was good and starchy. Our server was a doll. So sweet, so knowledgable and so helpful. This was a great experience at this Korean restaurant. I would love to try so many items on this menu, but it's not really an area I frequent.

Food smashed into the dirty carpet, menus smeared with grease, slimy handprints on every glass and plastic surface. Is the place cleaned by toddlers?! If the missed health standards aren't enough to deter people (wish I'd read those beforehand), the layers of grime should be a red flag. If that's what customers are seeing, imagine the kitchen. Also, the food was bad. Like everything. Grisly gnarled chicken, inedible, dry cornbread, and nasty mac and cheese. I didn't try anything else because it was so gross. My family members also hated their food. Staff waited until the last minute to refill things as it seemed like someone is opting to cut some sharp corners. Again, I felt bad for everyone working there. It seemed busy enough to turn a profit, yet there was something depressing about the vibe. I came here last year with my dad, and it wasn't like this, so it was disappointing. We were relieved to get out for under $100, but it was just nightmare fuel. Not worth it. Owners need to be more involved in operations here.

The only reason I'm awarding it 2 stars is because the customer interaction was pleasant. The customer service may have been good, but everything else was not impressive. The menu choices were decent, especially for a food truck. We ordered 3 menu items. Their "specialty" claws bucket ($28), fried lobster and fries ($12), and finally lobster gumbo ($10). I also ordered a calypso punch ($3). Our friend ordered a choose your meats and sides platter ($20). We were told we would be waiting 25 minutes. We waited an HOUR in the Florida heat. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and our young toddler was with us so we were incredibly unimpressed with this. Our food finally came and for the amount we spent, we were massively disappointed in the portion sizes. We took our food home and sat down. My husbands and daughters food (the lobster and gumbo) were under seasoned and the gumbo didn't even contain all the ingredients it said it would. My food (the claws platter thing) was decent, but really could have been better. We've had better Cajun seafood boil for way less price and way larger portion sizes.
