    Mango Sticky Rice

I ordered delivery from Kin Dee Thai and the food was delicious! The pod Thai with shrimp was good and the mango sticky rice was fresh and flavorful. I would order from them again.

Food was very authentic! Khao sou had perfect amount of spice, packed with flavor, and appreciated that they separated the soup from the contents for our to-go order so it didn't get soggy. I was a little surprised to find pork floss in the pineapple fried rice, but overall the rice had great balance of flavor without over spicing, and enough sweetness from pineapple actually cooked into it. Pad Thai, despite being cult classic, varies so much restaurant to restaurant and this place does it how I personally like it. Panang duck curry was on point, a little on the spicier side. Thai teas were same as most Thai teas, nothing special but always delicious. Pad see ew was the only dish that did not impress me, a little too sweet and a little too much sauce, while the noodles were a little too soft for me. I would've liked it with a springier chew and a slight more char from a wok. Overall great food and my parents loved it!

So I'll start off with two things: first, I am a major Thai food fanatic and secondly this review is based upon eating it after a strenuous 20 mile run on the Minuteman Trail. Overall this place is super legit and incredibly authentic and good ingredients. I had - Starters: Chicken satay (great) Curry puff (my Thai friend told me only better and real Thai restaurants have these, and I agree and love them here. They are a Must get) Roti curry sauce (so good) Meal: TomYum Pad Thai (portion huge, but so good)

The food was pretty poor and I wasn't even able to eat the food. No rice and the portions were pretty small. Very disappointing.

The inside is modern and bright, and it's great for either sitting down or grabbing takeout. You order through a kiosk, and sometimes the summer rolls aren't listed on it. I usually ask if they have any made that day, and I always grab one order if they do. They have great lunch specials from 11AM to 2PM that come with a drink. My go-to is the Banh Hoi Bowl with Crispy Pork Belly. The pork belly comes in huge chunks, and when you get those extra crispy pieces, it's a real treat. I'm still testing out the drinks to find my favorite, the Fresh Salty Limeade is a little too mild for me and the Passionfruit Jasmine Iced Tea is okay. Parking is easy, with spots right in front and wrapped around to the back in the lot they share with a clinic. Overall Service: The service here is always great, and everyone is friendly. I recently had a newer girl, or maybe I haven't seen her before working, who was telling me about the specials. She made them sound so good that I'm definitely ordering one on my next visit.

This is the most expensive banhmi I have ever ordered and while tasty, it's not mind blowing. The pho was also good but for $25, I have complaints that the noodles were a bit over done and broke into small pieces when we got it. The service was quick- perfect for lunch during the middle of a work day and has enough seating to not need to wait.

The food court's always packed with people hanging out, so finding a seat is a hassle. I usually just take it to go. Parking's usually fine unless you show up midday on a weekend. Then good luck. Special Beef Soup- I actually got this one for my nephew, but he wasn't into it, so I tried it myself. Have to agree with him. The broth was light, but lacked flavor. The meats: sirloin, tripe, flank, meatballs were fine. Vietnamese Spring Rolls (3)- Fried with shredded carrots, bean noodles, ground pork and chicken. The shell had a nice crunch, but the filling was bland and underseasoned. Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli- Comes with lettuce, pickled carrots and daikon, mint, fried onions, peanuts, vermicelli, and fish sauce. The fish sauce helps, but I wasn't a fan of the chicken marinade. Overall Service: I usually end up circling the food court and somehow wind up here, mostly because it's the only Vietnamese stall. The lady here is nice. Truthfully, the food's not that good. Last time, I ordered summer rolls and they forgot them. Didn't realize until I got home. Such a bummer.

Shrimp Summer Rolls ($9.25) and C11. Grilled Pork Vermicelli ($17.25) to go and was given a pager. Though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, food was ready in about 10 minutes. Everything was packed in its own container. The shrimp summer rolls were wrapped in plastic food wrap and a container of peanut sauce complimented it. The summer rolls were packed with lettuce and had good taste. The grilled pork vermicelli was very filling. The vermicelli noodles were topped with grilled pork, lettuce, cucumber, sweet daikon radish and carrots, mint, fried onions, and peanuts. A container of house fish sauce was on the side. The grilled pork had good flavor, but it was cut into tiny strips and some were burnt. I wish it had more grilled pork. There was a lot of lettuce, but everything especially with the fish sauce on top, was tasty and delectable. Pho Ever Chicken is a great option in the food court. I am interested in trying their pho next time.

The ones from Banh Mi Cafe are enormous, sooo fresh, and exactly what I wish mine tasted like. Both the fish sauce and the peanut sauce are excellent, and when I need to bring something to a summer potluck but don't have time to cook, I just order six orders of spring rolls and suddenly everyone at the potluck is happy. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is also absolute jet fuel. It's my go-to whenever I need to work a late night. But the reason I'll always be loyal to Banh Mi Café has nothing to do with the food. ::IT'S STORYTIME:: One evening I developed an absolutely irrational craving for their avocado smoothie with boba. I spent the whole day thinking about it, finally placed an online order, and then got a phone call saying they had just run out. They apologized and offered a replacement or a refund. Instead, I asked them a weird question: "I know this is kind of crazy...but if you'll have avocado again on Saturday, could you just make this exact order then instead, and I'll come pick it up?" To my surprise, they said yes. A couple of days later, I picked up my avocado smoothie, my fresh spring rolls, and went home happy. Maybe it was more work than it was worth for the employee, maybe it wasn't; either way, they took an odd request seriously, and that's the kind of customer service that sticks with you. Beyond the spring rolls, I've also really enjoyed the nem chua, the cold cut banh mi (I wish the bread were a little softer, but the condiments and veggies are excellent), and the grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves, which I hadn't tried before and now LOVE. I still have a growing list of desserts to work through, including the flan. One thing to know before you go, regarding ambiance: this is more of a grab-and-go spot, not somewhere to settle in for lunch. There are only a few bar seats, so I almost always take my food with me, sometimes to the nearby park. There are plenty of Vietnamese restaurants around Boston, and while I'll always happily try new ones, Banh Mi Cafe has earned my loyalty, one avocado smoothie at a time.

While dining at Noodle Market with my husband and our 1-year-old son, my toddler was making normal toddler sounds at the table.
