Kin Len wings: the happy hour portion comes with 2 wings. They were crispy and juicy inside. The wings weren't super flavorful but there was a side of tamarind sauce which made it better. Uncle ood's flank red curry with wild betel leaves and sticky rice: the meat was super tender and the red curry was delicious. It was creamy but full of flavor. Highly recommend. Beef Hotpot (4/5) This is a really interesting flavor profile to describe but I can't even say anything but almost all the flavors you can imagine. The broth gave a sweet but sour and savory with a hint of sweetness in it. It came with a lot of beef as well as meatballs and your choice of noodles. The hotpot is a larger size that can definitely be shared with people. Prawns with Glass Noodles (3.5/5) I didn't really like this dish too much. This place is so good! Whenever I come to Seattle now, I know I will be coming here. It was my second time here and I solo dined on a weekday for lunch. There weren't too many people eating then so food and drinks came out quick. I got the thai tea creamosa which is basically like a thai tea with whip cream. My friends and I went here for NYE and what a way to end 2025! Food & drink: (4.5/5) I've never had a Thai place that missed the mark but this spot is truly something special. We got the battered chicken, papaya salad, kin len wings, khao soi (I didn't get to try this but my friends seemed to really enjoy it), pad thai, and calamari. The standout for me was definitely the battered chicken- crispy outside, tender inside, and a GREAT sauce that my friend was scooping clean off the plate. The only thing that I probably wouldn't get again is the calamari. It wasn't bad, but just wasn't anything to write home about. As for drinks, I got the coconut bonfire and my friends got thai teas and lychee martinis. The coconut bonfire was nice and creamy with the coconut milk, but didn't have the matcha note I was looking for. I would definitely get it again tho! The one thing I wish was different was that none of the food came spicy, nor were we asked if we wanted spice with anything. Granted, I could've asked for it after but I didn't want to bother the staff on such a busy night. Kin Len is so good, and may be one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to in the city. The menu is large with lots of staples as well as must-try dishes you may not see at other Thai restaurants. I tried the enoki fritters, hand pulled caramelized beef with sticky rice, and the crispy rice salad. Everything was really, really good. The caramelized beef is so flavorful, can be a little hard to chew (not because it's tough, but because of the caramelized texture) but definitely worth trying. Enoki fritters are a genius idea and are crispy and indulgent without being greasy. The crispy rice salad is everything texture-wise that you could want, and the combination of tangy with savory flavors is ideal. Service is quick and attentive and handled our large party with ease. Food is consistent here and they do daily happy hours in the late afternoon and also late night from 9 PM to close so it's a pretty good deal. They also have lunch menu available before 3 PM which offers plates with combo choices.
