He has installed and repaired several of my appliances. Last year he installed my new gas stove 2 days before Thanksgiving. He tested for gas leaks prior to leaving and it was negative. The following day, I was about to travel to NJ and still smelled rotten eggs. I asked if that was normal - absolutely not. He was at my house within minutes. The problem was the gas valve itself (bad, old style) and when I moved the stove back in place, it caused a leak. Nothing he did wrong. He fixed it and tested it to ensure safety.
