I had been talking to the owner on yelp all morning for pricing to get my car detailed. Got the pricing, called to make an appointment and told me he was too busy and that I should call on Monday (Today is Wednesday). After my review went up he messaged me saying "sorry you can't be patient, I'm refusing service to you". Like I was lying about what he told me. Had he said, please be patient and I'll get back to you, I would have done so. But to expect a customer to call back 5 days later? Nuh-uh. Then he said "you must have called the wrong person not me." Except for when he answered the phone I said, "hi, we've messaging on Yelp today, I wanted to make an appointment" after he introduced himself as Jose. So he says he's too busy to make an appointment until 5 days later but not too busy he can't tell me off on Yelp. I'm sure there's at least 1 auto detail shop in the SFV that wants my money. read more

After moving to reseda from downtown Los Ángeles I was in a need of searching for a car detailer. As soon as I opened up yelp I found these guys. I called for more information and they picked up the phone right away. Made an appointment right away with them for 10am the following day for a interior detail. I did like the fact that they text you with further details and how to prep your car for the interior detail service. I got there 15 minutes early and they took my car right away with no problem. Now previous detailers would take 2-2.5 hours with my car. With these guys they took about 4 hours working on my car. I personally think that makes costumers know that their car are being well taken care of. After your car is finished they will give you a call for you to pick it up. I did also find very helpful how he explained the next steps in taking care of the interior yourself. They provided seat covers and also paper floor mats. All I can say about these guys Is that they are really good in costumer service and excellent in their profession. They cleaned my car so good it seemed like I just got it off the dealership lot. read more

I needed a quick and good wash on Benz searched up a hand wash and king auto detail came up first on the list called him right up and and went to his private location and 3 guys just went on it they washed the whole car like I had it detailed my wheels my interior everything looked awesome my whole car looked clean and dry. I love King's Auto! This review is way over due, I went sometime last year and they gave me the best service at the lowest possible price they would give me. They went through all of the options with me and helped me pick the most effective and cheapest detailing. They let me know that it might not get 100% clean because of all the oxidation, but they got it all off! I forgot to mention I have a Husky and a lot of fur in the back of my car. He said they usually charge extra for pet hair but because he already gave me a quote, he won't charge extra. So kind and great business practices! I'm glad that everyone else was happy with the service, however it was not the same for me. My car had stains all over , inside was untouched except some grease was smeared all over my dashboard and on the screen, this day I can't get it off . The man promised me to clean interior , he never did, cup holder has been untouched. After wondering 2 hours in the streets waiting, that's exactly what I got for $25 plus $5 tip.
