Discussed potential future fixes for current minor concerns and for now, found a plastic piece in the pipes that could be what's been causing our ongoing issue. Also, just over time, these pipes got greasy from grease that can get down the sink from even just cleaning dirty plates. Our 1st and quickest option was a jet flow process. We did this and it did clean out the pipes and got that plastic piece out. We are continuing to monitor our situation and discussing future needs for the pipes anyways but per usual, Always Ready Plumbing and Drain was amazing. We were in the tumultuous process of trying to get new carpet installed within a very tight timeframe. Every place I checked did not have the carpet that I was looking for in stock and it would NOT arrive in time --but Alex at Elite assured me that he had what I wanted in stock or he could order/get it in time, if needed. I was super impressed by the first conversation with Alex because I had already spoken to a few other carpet places and had been getting the same responses from all the others --they would need to access the house to take measurements in order to give me an accurate estimate/quote ---which is NOT easily done when you're in escrow and the house is still occupied by the current owner.
