to start we have eaten at this buffet chain at several locations in Utah they were good, this was the worst most overpriced food we have ever eaten! everything was overcooked and dry like it had been sitting for days except the sweet and sour shrimp which was undercooked, the crab ragoon was smushed flat and hard as a rock the fried chicken wings were burnt to a crisp, went to the bathroom and the entire bathroom was gang tagged, not kidding, on the way out I walked past the dessert area and picked up a rice krispy treat and it was mushy and off colored (I didn't eat it). Our bill was $98.00 for 4 people, I told the cashier about the food and she turned and walked off like I was not talking, you got me once, you won't get me again. I wrote a review on this buffet earlier this year and it was not good. I was close and thought I would give it another chance, because any restaurant can have an off day. I went on a Thursday at 12:30 because you want to go to a buffet when they are busy, so everything is fresh and hot. None of the food was hot, and this time the chicken dishes were actually almost chewy and worse than the first time I went there earlier this year!! I truly do not understand how this place has the rating that it does, because it is by far the worst Buffet I have ever had in my entire life...PERIOD!! Walking in we were immediately seated near the sushi and mongolian grill. This place says it has a capacity of 21 persons, yea that needs to be replaced as this place can seat way more. I went against everyone's advice and started with the sushi, granted it was 3 pieces I picked up. The two pieces were imitation crab wrapped around a California roll and that was good. The other piece I couldn't identify and it was alright. Their fried dumplings are more like the frozen ones you get in the grocery store freezer. Not the best but not the worst either. The chicken was tough and chewy, though both the pineapple and sesame had good sauce. I did try the Mongolian grill and was somewhat disappointed in the selection. Only three bins were protein, everything else was vegetables. The onion could have been cut into smaller bites as well as the jalapeños. The shrimp looked decent so I took 4 shrimps, some beef, and of course noodles and sauces. Husband had a hit and miss time unfortunately. Pros: We were seated promptly and the server came out with our drinks very quickly. I was seeing a bunch of staff out and working the buffet lines, filling drinks, clearing tables, etc. The front lobby is very large and there is a clear separation of dine in and take out counters. Even though there were a couple leaks from the Mongolian grill, the manager was on top of it taking pictures and finding a way to fix it. Cons: Some of the sushi was packed, for example the sushi was so dense of rice that that's all you tasted. I don't understand with this being a Asian buffet why you would have pizza and french fries. That just doesn't make sense. Stick to one cuisine. The Mongolian noodles looked and tasted like regular spaghetti. Nothing fancy. The chicken was tough and chewy, wasn't worth a second trip back. They had a good variety of food available, from sushi, to ribs, pizza, lo mein and a lot more. The food was warm and very good. We were immediately were seated and served water with consistent refills and nice staff. There was music playing softly in the background, and they had several televisions. Somewhat a short wait-time but numerous people waiting to be seated. Mgmt has the seating issue figured out! Hot & Sour Soup is really good and I think it is some of the best around. Meats were cooked very nicely and veggies all had that characteristic "crunch" we look for in such foods. The variety available at the buffet area seemed well stocked and varied. The rice was cooked well and tempted me for returning for more and more. I went on a Saturday during lunch and it was relatively busy. It was $18.99 for a weekday price. We had a really friendly waiter and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was not anything special, but they had a large variety of Asian and some American food. The was also a Mongolian station where you design your bowl with veggies, meat, and noodles and then they stir-fry it for you. I would say that and the sushi was the best part. The soups tasted off to me and the desserts were lacking. Although, I did enjoy some of the chicken dishes and appetizers like gyozas and spring rolls. This is an amazing place and great value! One person erroneously reported a capacity of 21 people. Actually there are multiple dining rooms, one with a capacity of 80, another with the capacity of 91, and others. Huge place. The food choices are super varied and great tasting! A fresh buffet including crab, large boiled peel shrimp, bbq pork ribs, salads, fruit, fried chicken, dumplings, rice varieties, Mongolian broccoli, and too much more to list. There is also a Hu Hot type cooking area, where you choose an amazing variety of noodles, beef, sauces and oils, pork, etc., and they are then cooked for you on a large hot grill. Wow! Ice cream cones and dishes included! Service is super with our drinks refilled and dirty dishes taken away promptly. We paid $13 each person. We'll be back. read more

There was immense variety for this reasonable price, most every dish that I selected was quite good. I was tempted to overindulge especially on certain foods. I was very temperate in my intake. Spring rolls, egg tolls were very good. Lo mein dosh was very satisfactory, the size of the shrimp peel n eat were larger than most buffets. Mongolian chef did a very respectable presentation on the vegetables that I included..I was very impressed for the amount of items and quality as well. The outside look kind of like a casino. Inside they have great selections. Items I tried were very good. Barbecued ribs were great, vegetables cooked perfectly. Sushi was good. Didn't do the dessert options, and there were plenty of those. Didn't try the Mongolian BBQ but will next time - looks well established. First time here. This place is highly recommended. They have a cook to order Mongolian area, a huge buffett, snack station, sushi station. Typically, I take a tiny portion of things to be able to taste everything I want to try. That was a fail here. You must visit several times to be able to do that here, even with small portions, it was impossible to do that here (in a good way). Definitively will be back. I was so excited to see a new Buffet place in the Springs, but it was just ok. Pretty typical fare for a Chinese/Mongolian Buffet. They have a lot of seafood options, which is great if you like seafood but I unfortunately do not. My friend said the sushi was not good at all, but the white fish was good. I was very happy to see a buffet close to me. We haven't really been anywhere since Covid. First impressions were excellent. We were greeted like family as we entered. This place is huge. Its also very clean. They have so many food choices. I had the salad bar first which was fresh and the ranch dressing was delicious. Then I got a little of everything like sesame chicken and mongolian beef. What I noticed compared to other large Asian buffets was their food here was not dried out, It was pretty fresh. We went a little before noon and although they were busy its so large there you can get a seat right away. I cant believe they can do lunch for 11.99. Thats such a good value. I would have scored it 5 but some of the food was not very hot and the desserts were a little sad but there was so much other good food we were full any way. We will be back. I visit this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. I arrived 30 minutes after it had opened. There was no wait, we were seated right away and the waiter promptly took our drink orders. The buffet looked very nice, with a great variety of food, the adults and the kids. I tried different buffet items, the house fried rice was bland, however their LO MEIN was pretty good. Their house chicken and Thai chicken were also really good with a lot of flavor. I found disappointing that they did not have Kung Pao Chicken or Sweet and Sour Pork, which are two of my favorites. On the Seafood side, their baked Salmon was pretty good and the Octopus Salad was also delicious. The ice cream was not good, it wasn't creamy. As far as the bill, I paid for the All Day Buffett price for 4 Adults and a 3 year old. The whole bill came up to a little over 90 dollars after taxes and drinks, some of us only had water, so I think it was very reasonable. So for my review I give it a 5 star, because their service was great, the place is clean and organized, they have a great variety of food items that you can choose from and the price is comparable to most restaurants these days. read more

I've been living in Colorado Springs my entire life. I've visited all if not most of Chinese/Mongolian restaurants in town but let's be for real this restaurant is nothing new. Even though it may look nice and one would even say it's a "Lux" buffet but even though it may seem that way, the food is just like every other Chinese restaurant/buffet. This restaurant looks unique but the food isn't. Why make a high quality looking restaurant to have the same food as the other competitors in your area? Yes there's more food options but in reality most of the food they have, the other competitors do too. It's really a down side cause I'd rather pay for the cheaper restaurant and the same food than this expensive restaurant. In reality you're paying for the experience than for the food. The food may look appetizing to the eye but it's very greasy and oily. Which brings me to the question, since it is a fast paced restaurant, is the food being checked on if it's still raw undercooked, full cooked or if it even meets standards to serve? I was eating a fried spring roll and it smelled very bad which killed my appetite immediately. The cheese Rangoon was mushy not crunchy, mushy. The sushi wasn't bad but it also wasn't good. The chicken that's on a stick was very chewy and which made me think that it's been there for a while. Also, after using the bathroom while washing my hands I did witness one of the workers (male/looks to be around 16-18) after they used the restroom they did NOT properly wash their hands. They just rinsed their hands. No soap, no sort of hand washing, just dipped his hands in the water and left. Even after everything I saw and experienced that crossed line for me, which is why it's the last time that place will ever see me.
