The next thing I know, they returned my call but I was busy at work so did not pick up. They ended up cancel both my Wednesday and Friday appointment because "I did not respond their call within one hour." I have been seeing PT at this place for 20+ times and this is how they treat their returning patients. I called numourous times but no one picked up the phone. They have bad customer service and do not treat their patients properly Edit: the employee contacted me and ensure me similar situations will not happen again. Not the Best Experience…read more I understand many businesses are often busy and understaffed, but that should never affect basic patient/customer courtesy and providing decent service. Pros: - Organized - Good upbeat music - Comfortable room temperature - Nice small play area for small kids - Sessions ends w/15 min ice or heat therapy rest Cons: - Highly internally social front desk area, neglectful to patients - No proactive follow-up regarding VM messages & call backs - Sometimes smells stuffy and sweaty with everyone The front desk area often feels like a social gathering, frat-party among the staff, leaving paying customers feeling like an afterthought. Communication and follow-up was disappointing. I left multiple VM messages and spoke with staff over the phone regarding important time-sensitive medical records I needed. Out of about seven attempts, I received only two callbacks, one a couple of days later, and the other several days later. In most cases, I had to repeatedly follow up myself and repeat the detailed messages I left. Suggestions for Management: - Hold the front desk and all staff accountable to provide welcoming and professional service to all patients/customers. - Set clear expectations for prompt follow-through service. - Maybe incentivize good behavior from your staff with Starbucks gift cards or something. - Make sure you have a trusted Office Manager to keep everyone on point. The clinic could benefit from a few simple additions, like a few plants, framed health tips, encouraging quotes or posters, updated magazines in the lobby area, and maybe an essential oil diffuser to keep the workout area smelling fresh and pleasant, especially considering how busy it gets. The QR codes and flyers that are displayed on the walls that encourage us to post reviews would look more professional if they were placed in simple frames, and the QR codes were placed in an easy-to-scan, non-high-traffic walkway area. Overall: Healthcare is about more than treatments and exercises. Studies show that positive interactions, genuine kindness, and feeling acknowledged can improve a patient's emotional well-being and overall healing experience. Something as simple as a smile, warm greeting, or thoughtful gesture, and a pleasant smell can truly make a meaningful difference to someone's mood and nervous system. This clinic has potential, but the overall patient experience needs a massive overhaul. The positive qualities, unfortunately, are overshadowed by poor and careless communication from the front desk area and some of the other PT staff on the floor. Sometimes it feels like no matter who I talk to there, I just feel like another number.

Long story short, this place is amazing because they are equipped with a full staff that works hard at helping you regain mobility and strength. My therapist is Amanda mainly, but I've also worked with other team members and physical therapists. The staff is very kind and supportive and they care for their patients. I was on crutches for like 3 weeks and got off of it fairly quickly and began walking on 2 legs. This place really encourages you to believe in your capabilities; of course with my surgeon/doctor's approval as well. I recognized that they communicate with my doctor's office as well for updates, etc. My PT started as light exercises to get range of motion back, but we've transitioned to weight, strength, and agility stuff since it's been 5 months since my ACL reconstruction. I'm very happy with the results, and I intend to continue doing PT here until my one year mark August 2021. They got me on the treadmill, bike, and we do a lot of weight stuff. Highly recommend this place for anyone trying to rehab their body. My knee feels a lot stronger than it did back in August 2020. Their appointment desk is also kind. They consider your schedule and are very cool people. This place takes proper care of its patients. They also are safe with COVID orders. They clean consistently and wipe everything down. They take temperature of everyone before they enter the gym. Masks are mandated. Great staff.

(If we get changed for canceling less then 24 hrs, shouldn't they pay us for cancelling less then 24 hours? Just a random thought) I had called over a month prior to make an appointment and confirmed they had the referral. I had called insurance to make sure also that the referral was sent and I got the confirmation number from the insurance company. When the receptionist/insurance dept from Silver Creek called to cancel blaming the mix up with a colleague, she told me she would check everyday for the referral. Weeks later no call. She also didn't let me get a word in until I yelled, which I did cause I couldn't get a word in. I did apologize. Very frustrating. I waited a week and a half to hopefully hear back before I wrote this review. I'm still getting approval referral letters from insurance and notices from my doctor a referral is in and not being used. This sucks cause it's down the street from my house and hours are great to not interfere with school drop off and work.

After the warm up, we went to the table where she assisted me with different stretches. After the stretches, she used a massage gun on my legs and back and it felt really good! Once we finished up, she gave me the spiel about their possible memberships and asked if I wanted to join. She wasn't super pushy or uncomfortable at all and I appreciated that. I really value the respect Melissa gave me, as other places are not as respectful. Although I didn't join due to financial constraints, I would definitely go back again! It was a very refreshing experience

Before visiting I filled out the intake form but it seems their focus is on lower back pain anyway so that was great. I've seen the stretch trainer in gyms but never really understood it. It really helps get a good lower back and hip stretch. After that Mina did some assisted stretches with me on a table as well as massage gun. I happened to do leg day yesterday and started my period so all of the hip flexor stretches were perfect for my sore hips and lower back. She said she could tell my neck and lower back were pretty tight. Gotta get back to doing more yoga. I would definitely consider pairing with a 24 hour fitness membership, but I'm still thinking about returning to anytime fitness which would be the other direction. It's roughly the same price as a massage but you get twice the time, so I do think it's worth it if you're already going to 24 hour at either the eastridge or mckee location!
