Oh my goodness! I've had gyros many places, but this has my vote as favorite! The lamb is perfectly seasoned & cut into slightly diverse thickness as it's cut by hand with a long knife. We have been on a 8,000 mile journey around the US and this place is top 3 of restaurants we ate at. Why? Price, portions and taste. Rib tips were full of grilled flavor, both dogs were loaded, gyro was as good as any we've had anywhere. Burger, fish sandwich, fries and coleslaw were average but the price made them better. The cheesecake was better than most chains but the baklava was over the top delicious. They add a spice to give it that special taste. Those who live here are lucky to have a place like this. Awful. After deliberation, I ordered a Greek salad with gyro meat. My husband ordered a gyro plate. Only at the time of ringing up, when I requested extra dressing, dud I get an "oh, we don't have any Greek dressing. We haven't for a long time." I was told I could use Tzaziki sauce. Salad was a very measly bed of iceberg with two thin tomato half-moons, a heap of onions, and three cubes of feta. Meat was generous but lukewarm and not "fresh-hot", and they didn't even bother to grill the pita. It was served cold. Ordered a coke. Got carbonated water. Notified worker, and she acknowledged it needed to be changed. I've finished my meal and I'm still waiting... The ten-plus customers following us also filled their cups. Not once did she ever let them know pop machine was out of service. I have minimum expectations. They weren't met here. I've been here before. We used to frequent this place years ago. They've gone downhill in a big way. There are other gyro places in the area, I'll go elsewhere. read more

Food is good. Always liked this place but my last visit will be just that. My last. Had to wait for tables to be cleaned. Lady at counter was very rude. I'm allergic to lamb and I asked for Philly meat substitution and she wouldn't. Told me I had to buy the Philly. Then I had to wait for my table to be cleaned. Mind you there isn't another customer in here. Then I started getting napkins from the dispenser and she told me to use the ones at the table. Gross. read more

I was really wanting a gyro,so I decided to go to King Gyros.I walked in,noticed there was only 1 customer seated.Went to order,girl was on the phone,she got off phone and turned around to put old french frys in the basket for the waiting order.So after a few minutes she goes and gets the other worker all this time not making any eye contact or speaking to me.The only time she looked at me was when I was heading to the door and telling them that their customer service sucked.It reminds me of other places that had poor service,Bob Evans and Applebys that are not here because of shitty service. read more

I've gotten the rib tips for atleast 10 years probably more like 15 years and don't see myself stopping anytime soon. I could drink the bbq sauce it's so good, I usually order a pita bread just to dip in the bbq sauce. Fries and garlic bread are pretty good too. read more
