I had a tune-up recently and was charged an arm and a leg and my bike ended up worse than when it went in. On top of that, the shop lost a frame bolt, which made it unsafe to ride. They told me they'd reimburse me if I purchased the part, but once I did, they said they couldn't reimburse me. So I spent more money to fix their mistake. Again, I used to love this place, but I won't be a returning customer.

He was extremely knowledgeable, displayed a high level of expertise with confidence, not arrogance. I really appreciated that.
