I felt stressed out because I couldn't find a pump in the garage or house and then I thought of the Bike Peddler. They were so nice to me and in a very short time, I left with two full tires and a refreshed love for this amazing bike store and their crew.

I ordered my tire and tube and brought it in with me. They were welcoming and told me to bring the bike on in. I was helped by Luca who took down my info and told me he could have it ready in 20min! However I continued to run errands so told them it wasn't a huge rush. Luca called me back in just under an hour to let me know my bike was ready. Great customer service, great service, efficient and reasonably priced. I'm recommending them to all my coworkers with e-bikes that commute with me and live in town.

That price felt reasonable, so I asked what exactly it included. The policy was explained to me along the lines of: "We can usually cover the cost of parts within this price, but occasionally there are outliers where additional costs may be necessary depending on the repair." Honestly, I found that even more reasonable. We live in a world where tech manufacturers care less and less about repairability and seem to believe you're better off just buying a new device instead of fixing the one you have. Asus itself charges a minimum diagnostic fee of $99, and that doesn't even include shipping. At that point, I can only imagine what the communication and turnaround time would look like. After a few days of diagnostics, it was explained to me that I would need a new keyboard. Most of the keys simply needed a little work to get functioning again, but unfortunately my "C" key was completely done for, which was obviously out of their control. A replacement keyboard was ordered from a relatively local supplier, but it arrived defective, so we had to pivot to another option from China. What really impressed me was that they returned my laptop to me while we waited for the new keyboard to arrive. That wasn't even something I had considered as a possibility. Even though the repair wasn't complete yet, I greatly appreciated being able to use my laptop in the meantime. That is absolutely not something you'd get from the manufacturer. The estimated arrival time for the replacement keyboard was about a month, but it actually showed up in only about two and a half weeks. I was psyched. I dropped my laptop off in the morning right when they opened, and it was ready for pickup by the end of the same day. Best of all, I was told there would be no additional charges beyond the original quote. Both of the gentlemen behind the counter were thoughtful, considerate, and professional throughout the entire process. The pricing was highly reasonable, the communication was excellent, and I got my laptop back in perfect shape in a timely manner. Highly, highly recommend.

I did so and expected to drop it off for a week or two, but he checked and said "I have it on hand right now." He replaced the capacitor while I stood there. Basically like a battery change. My wife and I recently returned from a trip to sonoma wine country. We rented bikes from Geoffrey to help explore wine country on two wheels. We were not disappointed! From my first conversation with Geoffrey I found the information he provided me on the bikes as well as additional information on bike routes to consider was most helpful. He was extremely accommodating, making special arrangements to meet prior to business hours for us to pick the bikes up (and drop them off). My wife and I are both avid bike riders who frequent our local bike shop. We found the reserving the bikes was an easy and stress-free process. We were so happy that they were able to convert a bike for us so that all three of us could rent similar bikes. We also greatly appreciate them opening early and staying late so that we didn't have to worry about transporting them in our vehicle. The bikes were in great condition and we had everything we needed including awesome helmets - usually we get terrible quality helmets for bike rentals - maps, lock, etc. The staff were crazy friendly and helpful, such a pleasure. We had a very good experience with BikePartners. We wanted to rent some bike to get around Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. They were going to be closed that day but they made sure somebody could be there to give us the bikes, and they were very accommodating. I was with a couple of friends who had a baby and they rented a bike with a little baby trailer, which was very spacious and comfortable. They also gave us a map and some very good advices on what to do in the area. read more

My friends and I had a fantastic experience here. The bikes we wanted to rent (the cheapest ones) were all rented out, so we got more-expensive bikes for the price of the cheap ones. The owner was very helpful in fitting the bikes and giving us directions and tips on wineries. We got a late start so the owner gave us his number and came back to the shop to meet us when we got back. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely recommend bikepartners! read more

I rented a Bike Friday folding bike from Geoffrey during my Wine Event Weekend and was able to cycle 40 miles very comfortably through the Russian River and Dry Creek Valleys. My Daughter and I were looking for a 2 hour ride to enjoy seeing the wine country and Geoffrey could not have been more accommodating. He always wanted to sit on the ones we saw parked and stand on the running boards. We finally went into our local store (San Francyclo) and took one for a test drive with our son on the back. It was pretty much over as soon as he saw it and I think it's fair to say he's in love with our new Spicy Curry. He regularly says "Wow, this is so fun!" which makes us smile every time. We can bike him to and from daycare (2.5 miles) on it and with the pedal assist I almost feel guilty it's so easy. The hills are no problem and we're passing folks on regular bikes. We went to my work yesterday and rode down the wiggle. He couldn't stop talking about everything he was seeing. The Yuba is a solid bike and we like that the wheels and tires are fat and built to withstand San Francisco's diabolical roads and potholes. You can add all kinds of accessories to suit your needs. We added the Yepp mini for our son and the soft spot padded seat. We can actually easily fit the three of us on the bike and it's just as easy to bike around. If you're thinking about getting a Yuba I'd highly recommend it. It really is so fun.
