As Chinese food buffets go, the price can't be beat. I particularly like going for lunch. A friend and I go and we always get green tea(more on that later) and our bill after tax is a bit over $20 for the both of us for lunch on a weekday. (FYI I'm judging this based on other buffets at the same price point in the area) The food: All the food is better than any lower end price buffet. Not nearly as greasy as what I could order, sushi is basic but didn't smell fishy but I only stuck to the non-raw rolls, no need to test my luck. I really love the Crab Rangoon, very full with filling and slightly sweet like cream cheese. Nothing really stuck out, everything was what you could order from a Chinese restaurant but, once again, way less greasy than ordering which always gives me a stomach ache. I always order green tea there and I never expect much, there is the basic bag of tea in the metal pot. But unfortunately it taste like they could use a couple more bags as it is very water down and the tap water they use doesn't taste so good. Covid/Cleanliness: All staff is wearing masks, restaurant is not dirty, seats and tables are wiped off after every use. There's nothing really I can complain about here, it's about as clean as any buffet I've ever been to in the same price range. Over the couple of times I've been there, I've never seen any bugs. Staff: The staff is particularly friendly, as I stated above all are wearing masks. Throughout my stay my waitress was very nice and attentive. My water cup never hit the bottom as she was always filling it up. I've been there both in a busy time for dinner and slow time for lunch and I can say that both times I was waited on equally as well. Overall, I really like this buffet and it's one of the buffets that I pick for lunch when I go out. I can always trust that it won't give me a stomach ache and I won't go broke filling my stomach. I wouldn't recommend going for dinner, I've only been once but for the price (around $35-40 for two) and how packed they get it's not really worth it. Additionally, as many other buffets in the area, the crab legs are boiled in plain water and they're not really appetizing. So if that's the only reason you want to go for dinner, skip it. read more

Just under $20 for lunch, with a drink and after tax, I do not think it's worth the experience. The fried rice, General chicken, and some of the meat dishes are decent, but just about everything else in the buffet is extremely subpar. The wait staff is very friendly, but they look overworked. Frankly I feel bad for them, having to constantly clean up this mess. The place looks aged and could definitely use some renovations. Calling this a sushi bar is like calling a box of crayons a fine art gallery. What we had was a monotonous parade of Krab Rolls. For the sake of consumer protection and linguistic accuracy, management should immediately rename this the Roll Station. Or perhaps "The Krab Cubicle." ​The rest of the buffet was a grim museum of what happens when food loses its will to live. Imagine a vast, echoing hall--nearly empty of people but filled with the ghosts of better meals. The four food stations offered a texture palette that ranged from "industrial ceramic" to "damp sponge." ​Temperature: Everything was "luke-warm at best," which is the exact temperature required to encourage bacterial growth while discouraging human enjoyment. ​Texture: The selections were hard, stale, and seemingly petrified. I wasn't sure if I should eat the General Tso's or use it to patch a hole in my drywall. ​The Facilities: ​Then, there is the men's room. I won't go into graphic detail, but I will say this: I sincerely hope the kitchen is cleaner than the restroom. If the sanitation standards are consistent across the building, we aren't just looking at a bad dinner; we're looking at a biological hazard. ​The Bottom Line: Do not waste your time. Do not waste your hard-earned money. And for the love of all that is holy, do not waste your intestinal tract. Decided to try it out. Noticed the clientele was overwhelmingly Hispanic. Then I looked at the food and noticed it was Chinese food made in a Hispanic style, so not Chinese food. The fried rice was fried Spanish rice. Atmosphere was dark and dingy, did not look "clean". I was looking for good Chinese food and did not get it. I tried a little of everything and the Japanese chicken was the only thing I would rate over a 5/10. My wife could not eat her food due to the taste being off, we ultimately decided to not finish eating and left. We went to Panda Express and had "real" Chinese food (by comparison). read more

I don't often write reviews but when I do, either it blew me out of the water or sank me into the water. This buffet used to be my favorite buffet to go. I recently went with my family and the atmosphere seemed gloomier than I remembered. Service was good, but the food was terrible, barely warm. I should have left when I had the chance. My friend brought me to this buffet and wow my stomach is hurting from over eating brócoli and mushrooms . Being vegan they had a good selection of veggies such as corn, rice ,cabbage ,salad ,tomato, cucumbers seaweed ,carrots, asparagus and a lot of fruit . The worst possible Chinese food in West Palm Beach is here at King's. Loved only by people who knows absolutely nothing aboit flavor, every item tried was either flavorless, off- tasting or just plain inedible. Soups were watery and bland, fried foods were mushy inside, fish dishes were off tasting and funny smelling, as when fish has started going bad. Looks of the buffet was good, but really deceiving. Definitely will not be back nor will I recommend anyone eat at this place. Amazing that the health department hasn't Closed this place down yet. Was there this afternoon and what a disappointment! A number of trays were empty and just sitting there for the duration of my stay. The food that was there was either stale/ old or some that looked edible were just tasteless and bland the boneless ribs which I will post a pic looked like they were in a fire! The fried items were petrified, the egg rolls appeared to be appetizing but when you bite into it is Mush. Like it was rotten. The chicken/beef and broccoli was the only items I could find that I felt safe with and the meat was tough like shoe leather on both. I won't even start with the Sushi! Walked over to the sushi line that was a instant NOPE. dull looking sushi M NOPE. So went for chicken wings. Raw on the inside and cold. Green beans cold. Ribs cold. Cubed pork taste like licorice don't even understand how that's even possible. The soup was hot. That was the only thing hot and the ice cream was cold. Came here with my husband and kids for Christmas dinner. Honestly on a whim since it was the closest buffet from the one we wanted to go to that was open and not packed. The location isn't the best (an awkward shopping plaza) but we've been to far worse. Walking in the there is a little pond with turtles and fish, the kids loved it. Staff was super friendly! We were sat right away, and a waitress came within seconds to take our drink order. The tables, booths and chairs could definitely use a good cleaning/reupholstering and a nice paint job wouldn't hurt. The restaurant itself is much larger than it looks from the outside, I think. The buffet is good, all the usual things you would expect and they were replenishing as soon as things were getting low. The crab legs were delicious, the spring rolls and crab rangoon were also good. The sushi bar was great some of the best tasting buffet sushi I've had in a while. It's one of those dime a dozen large super buffets. The food wasn't especially hot, but it was pretty good if you picked and chose. I just think these places could cut 2/3 of their menu easily and focus on making the other 1/3 that much better, because there are gems out there if you try a lot. This was the worst buffet i've ever been in I was out here visiting from Texas. The food was right down awful. For $17 per person is outrages. Everything was tasteless and for a super buffet during the dinner hours all of the food sections should be used. They had one complete section with no food at all. The place is completely filthy. Dust everywhere. The carpet has not been steam cleaned in months. Come out to Texas, much cleaner $7 - $8 per person. Put $20 on the bill plate to pay the "Waitress" and I use that term very lightly, and she literally asked me 'do i need change'. Really?!??! Do they think I am going to leave a $5 tip to the equivalent of a busser??? What arrogance! Does she think I am going to leave a 30% tip at a damn buffet?
