I was in town for a business meeting so I was the first one through the door for the 7:00 opening. They actually let me in 10 minutes early. The atmosphere was inviting: granite tables with a different type of cactus as the centerpiece. The waitress gave me a menu as soon as I came in. She presented me with my options, took my order, and poured my coffee. The order took about 12 minutes to prepare. I went with the hoevos rancheros: two eggs, refried beans, salsa with slice jalapeños. Yum. Was it delicious. I was presented with my bill on a timely basis without asking. The waitress explained that the gratuity was already included. If I stayed at the hotel, I would definitely go for breakfast. read more

Stopped here during my stay at Hilton West Palm Beach. I came in for breakfast. The staff was great, I arrived shortly before they were going to close the breakfast buffet however, they the staff asked me if I'd like to keep it open a little longer so that I may enjoy my breakfast, I didn't even have to ask! Pretty good AYCE option when you're staying at the Hilton. Super convenient and it's so nice when you're having breakfast right by the pool. They have your typical breakfast items with some items that make it a little elevated. We were seated right away and were able to go and self grab our items. My friend and I started off our meal with the savory items: smoked salmon, eggs, thick cut bacon, pastries. Then we started moving on to lighter options: fresh fruits (dragonfruit, watermelon, and mango?!), chia seed pudding, overnight oats, and some fruit infused water. Overall, for the price, I would definitely come by and consider staying at the Hilton just for all of the restaurant options. Hilton does give you daily credits that's included with the fees so might as well try different bars, restaurants, and get your money's worth! read more

They are good to get your fuel going on a busy morning. Value wise not bad either. I did not love the buffet but I am not much of a buffet lover anyway. Everything I had though was pretty tasty. Since we were staying here, it made sense to get the buffet breakfast. I will say my dining companion liked the omelets. I am not a major egg eater so I did not partake in that but had a waffle and some crispy bacon. Their bacon was really good. It is an extremely family friendly environment. I must say that the food was pretty good! I did love their coffee which can be hit or miss particularly at hotels. I would do the buffet here again. It's quick and saves alot of time but only if I stayed here and was trying to save time. Otherwise I'd say they are sort of your average hotel buffet breakfast. read more

I came here with some friends for brunch and we had the best time. The service was great, the food was incredible, and the atmosphere was A plus. We sat outside (in the shade) and started the morning off with their unlimited mimosas. The presentation of the mimosas was gorgeous (each glass was topped with a beautiful flower). Since I am gluten free, I had the chopped salmon Niçoise salad, which did not disappoint. The salmon was flavorful and the vegetables gave it just the kick it needed. My friends tried the other Saturday brunch menu options and all loved their meals as well. The staff was wonderful and also knowledgeable about what I could and could not eat (which is very important for someone with food allergies). I cannot wait to go back again!!!! read more

I had a delicious turkey club sandwich, and fries with bbq sauce for lunch to start my trip. I decided to go outside despite the heat and uncertainty of weather, but it actually wasn't too bad. Kinda loud with pool next door, but it was a nice setup. The only critique I have is that the cushions need to be cleaned whenever they are dirty - you do not want your customers to be sitting on dirt, essentially. I ordered your basic bagel w/cream cheese and lox, and it was exceptional - with avocado and drizzle of olive oil, it may be the best version of this dish that I've had. This Place, Being in a Hotel, Surprised Me with Good Food. I've always been weary about restaurants connected to hotels, but this one was good. I think hotels are starting to step up their offerings and using restaurants as another revenue stream for business trips and folks vacationing at their properties. The restaurant has a nice set-up with a typical dining room and a section near large windows, almost giving you the feeling of being outside, but still being able to avoid the humidity and enjoy air conditioning. I ordered their Chicken Lettuce Wraps and was met with a lot of toppings and a generous portion of chicken. The lettuce pieces looked a little too small to make wraps that would've been easy to hold so I just chopped everything up and had a chicken salad. My recommendation would be to get large pieces of lettuce and/or use Bib lettuce. Not a big deal at all, because the veggies were fresh and the chicken flavorful. One other note of caution is ordering soda--I asked for a Coke Zero and got it in a can. They don't have fountain drinks, so beware that you will get a single-serving can. Again, not a big deal, but the servers should let patrons know that's what they'll get. Overall, this was a good restaurant in a good hotel. I would recommend this place for lunch or dinner, especially if you want a quick/easy meal in a hotel after a long day of traveling. read more

(6/13/2018) Was at a conference in the convention center connected to this hotel. Needed a place for a sit-down breakfast meeting. Manor was convenient. As always, eyes were bigger than stomach and I got the Breakfast Buffet option for $25. It came with a made-to-order omelet, which I did. It was OK, basically frittata-style folded in half (ingredients emebedded, not stuffed). Had some chafing dish sausage and bacon and some cut melon and was full. No, it was not worth $25. If you are a big eater, then go for it. My dining companions ordered a la carte and reasonably, and their food def looked fresher and more appealing. If you're in a pinch, the place is convenient, but if you're in a hurry, you may have to spring for the buffet option, pacing was "leisurely." It's a hotel, so yes, prices were very high for what you get. read more

Wish I would have found some place else to eat. I was staying at the hotel and looking to grab lunch while I waited for my husband to return. I waited at the host station for quite some time before being greeted. Server said I could sit anywhere, several tables were dirty. Server was sweet, but food was extremely over priced and only subpar. I was in the mood for a soup and salad, so I got the soup of the day, Potato soup. $8. It was ok, very pureed and nothing special. I also got a salad, which was basically a little bigger than normal house salad and no protein, $12. Iced tea, $3. With tax, $25 without tip for a soup and just veggie lunch salad. read more

The place itself is spacious, well decorated (modern, clean & chic), table placements were excellent as it's not crowding patrons, the music is great - service is fast, friendly (like Sam with her great smile) and efficient. Wow the food was amazing Executive Sous Chef Samuel Diaz came out and introduces us to the menu. He pointed out some of the highlights. The duck​ confit tostada was phenomenal. And the Street Corn was to die for. My next trip out here I will definitely be coming back. They update the menu regularly. Our server was extremely friendly and kept our glasses topped off.
