Stopped here during my stay at Hilton West Palm Beach. I came in for breakfast. The staff was great, I arrived shortly before they were going to close the breakfast buffet however, they the staff asked me if I'd like to keep it open a little longer so that I may enjoy my breakfast, I didn't even have to ask! Very friendly. The food did not disappoint. We decided to eat outside to enjoy the fresh air.

I came here with some friends for brunch and we had the best time. The service was great, the food was incredible, and the atmosphere was A plus. We sat outside (in the shade) and started the morning off with their unlimited mimosas. The presentation of the mimosas was gorgeous (each glass was topped with a beautiful flower). Since I am gluten free, I had the chopped salmon Niçoise salad, which did not disappoint. The salmon was flavorful and the vegetables gave it just the kick it needed. My friends tried the other Saturday brunch menu options and all loved their meals as well. The staff was wonderful and also knowledgeable about what I could and could not eat (which is very important for someone with food allergies). I cannot wait to go back again!!!!

This Place, Being in a Hotel, Surprised Me with Good Food. I've always been weary about restaurants connected to hotels, but this one was good. I think hotels are starting to step up their offerings and using restaurants as another revenue stream for business trips and folks vacationing at their properties. The restaurant has a nice set-up with a typical dining room and a section near large windows, almost giving you the feeling of being outside, but still being able to avoid the humidity and enjoy air conditioning. I ordered their Chicken Lettuce Wraps and was met with a lot of toppings and a generous portion of chicken. The lettuce pieces looked a little too small to make wraps that would've been easy to hold so I just chopped everything up and had a chicken salad. My recommendation would be to get large pieces of lettuce and/or use Bib lettuce. Not a big deal at all, because the veggies were fresh and the chicken flavorful. One other note of caution is ordering soda--I asked for a Coke Zero and got it in a can. They don't have fountain drinks, so beware that you will get a single-serving can. Again, not a big deal, but the servers should let patrons know that's what they'll get. Overall, this was a good restaurant in a good hotel. I would recommend this place for lunch or dinner, especially if you want a quick/easy meal in a hotel after a long day of traveling.

We had the breakfast buffet! Omelet station, hot bar with breakfast potatoes, scrambled egg, bacon, and sausage. Coffee was on point...not bland like other "hotel" coffees. Service was excellent from host to our waiter!

(6/13/2018) Was at a conference in the convention center connected to this hotel. Needed a place for a sit-down breakfast meeting. Manor was convenient. As always, eyes were bigger than stomach and I got the Breakfast Buffet option for $25. It came with a made-to-order omelet, which I did. It was OK, basically frittata-style folded in half (ingredients emebedded, not stuffed). Had some chafing dish sausage and bacon and some cut melon and was full. No, it was not worth $25. If you are a big eater, then go for it. My dining companions ordered a la carte and reasonably, and their food def looked fresher and more appealing. If you're in a pinch, the place is convenient, but if you're in a hurry, you may have to spring for the buffet option, pacing was "leisurely." It's a hotel, so yes, prices were very high for what you get.

At $38.99 per person before drinks, this is not an inexpensive meal. The food was average and didn't stand out enough to justify the price. The conveyor belt filled with vegetables, noodles, and other ingredients is visually appealing, but I noticed the items were left uncovered as they circulated throughout the dining room. While the presentation looks nice, it raised concerns for me about exposure within a busy restaurant environment. The biggest issue, however, was the overall atmosphere. During both visits, there was a noticeable mildew-like odor throughout the restaurant. I also noticed smells that appeared to be coming from cleaning products and nearby restrooms, which took away from the dining experience. After giving this restaurant two opportunities, I can confidently say I won't be returning. The concept is interesting, but the average food quality, pricing, and overall dining environment did not meet my expectations. I'm new to Florida and hopeful there are better hot pot restaurants in the area.

Koizi is a gem! We did the Endless option and were pleasantly surprised…read more The miso soup and rolls were delicious! The classic rolls were perfect. The ones topped with eel were delicious. All rolls tasted fresh and well seasoned. I would not order the dumplings or the toro sashimi again. The filling in the dumplings was bland and mushy, while the toro sashimi was weirdly cut. It's usually the melt-in-your-mouth tuna, but instead it was meaty in a bad way. The calamari was just okay. Restaurant was big, spacious, and clean. It was packed but service was quick and attentive. Will definitely be back for more sushi!!

It was my first time trying an all-you-can-eat restaurant where everything is made to order and brought to your table instead of the traditional buffet. You pay one fixed price, then everyone just keeps ordering until they're completely full. The sushi selection is extensive, along with a variety of other dishes, although you probably won't need much else. Plate after plate of sushi keeps arriving at your table, freshly made, incredibly fresh, and cut to order. I really disliked the tempura roll, it was mushy, it felt like a warm purée instead of a roll. Go hungry--you definitely won't regret it. The service was very good, and while the restaurant itself isn't particularly memorable, it's clean and pleasant. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the seating. Some booths are placed very close together, so instead of feeling like we had a private table for three, it almost felt like we were sharing one long table with nine people.

We had a really good dinner here. Service was friendly and attentive. Plates were cleared…read morefrequently and we were offered additional refills on our soup base. We started by choosing our base. My husband had the tom yum (kha?) one and our granddaughter had the classic and I chose the chicken one. My base started out a bit salty, but after all the additions it was perfect -- no need to add extra soy or salt to the broth. For sauces I chose two standards -- hoisin sauce and a mix i made of some soy sauce and vinegar (which I used for the dumplings). At our leisure -- it's all you can eat -- we tried many of the offerings. We skipped most of the exotic ones -- except my husband who happens to like chicken feet. I went for the seafood first. And liked most of what I chose, especially the large prawns which were my favorite. And I also really liked the rounds of shrimp paste. The clams were tiny, but good. The blue crabs were small and awkward to eat when so hot. I'd skip them next time. I also tried some beef and pork, but found the seafood options more to my liking. Of the veggies, I had a mix just to try a number of things. The baby bok choy leaves, the cabbage, and the bean sprouts were good, but I fell in love with those tiny little enoki mushrooms. My least faves were the taro and the hard squash For dessert, they also have fresh fruit (cherries, etc.) and cake squares on the buffet. And a separate ice cream bar. I liked their green tea ice cream the best. We were so stuffed when we left. But happy campers. We felt the price of the AYCE was well worth it here. We'd definitely come again. I think it's more fun with a group.

As Chinese food buffets go, the price can't be beat. I particularly like going for lunch. A friend…read moreand I go and we always get green tea(more on that later) and our bill after tax is a bit over $20 for the both of us for lunch on a weekday. (FYI I'm judging this based on other buffets at the same price point in the area) The food: All the food is better than any lower end price buffet. Not nearly as greasy as what I could order, sushi is basic but didn't smell fishy but I only stuck to the non-raw rolls, no need to test my luck. I really love the Crab Rangoon, very full with filling and slightly sweet like cream cheese. Nothing really stuck out, everything was what you could order from a Chinese restaurant but, once again, way less greasy than ordering which always gives me a stomach ache. I always order green tea there and I never expect much, there is the basic bag of tea in the metal pot. But unfortunately it taste like they could use a couple more bags as it is very water down and the tap water they use doesn't taste so good. Covid/Cleanliness: All staff is wearing masks, restaurant is not dirty, seats and tables are wiped off after every use. There's nothing really I can complain about here, it's about as clean as any buffet I've ever been to in the same price range. Over the couple of times I've been there, I've never seen any bugs. Staff: The staff is particularly friendly, as I stated above all are wearing masks. Throughout my stay my waitress was very nice and attentive. My water cup never hit the bottom as she was always filling it up. I've been there both in a busy time for dinner and slow time for lunch and I can say that both times I was waited on equally as well. Overall, I really like this buffet and it's one of the buffets that I pick for lunch when I go out. I can always trust that it won't give me a stomach ache and I won't go broke filling my stomach. I wouldn't recommend going for dinner, I've only been once but for the price (around $35-40 for two) and how packed they get it's not really worth it. Additionally, as many other buffets in the area, the crab legs are boiled in plain water and they're not really appetizing. So if that's the only reason you want to go for dinner, skip it.
