It was definitely cheaper than paying the deductible on the craptastic insurance I had on my phone plan. Very thorough at explaining the process, time needed to repair the damage and pricing is very reasonable. They recognize repeat customers with generous discounts too. (For food, duh) Today was my second time repairing my screen here at MobileFlex. Last time was about a year ago and it was just as smooth today as it was then. It's a small stall on the second floor. There are two guys there and the owner or the man in charge (guy with glasses) is a skilled, honest worker and very kind. Fee ranges from $80-100 depending on the degree of damage. You sign a receipt and come back in 30 minutes. In the meantime, grab something to eat in the food court downstairs or wander around the interesting Korean beauty stores and bakeries on the same block. Pleased with the quality of their repair work. Now I've got a shiny new screen again. Yaaay! Highly recommend.

I took pictures all morning and the entire month with the cracked lens and NO smudge on my camera. If there was a smudge, I would've immediately got it taken care of quick. We argued back and forth, basically I paid for the cracked lens and I will have to PAY AGAIN $150 to get the camera part fixed. This SMUDGE was created by their employee when he was working on my lens. I asked if they can just redo it, clean it up or check. NOPE. $150 new camera or zoom in to .9x every time to avoid the smudge (JOKE) or go somewhere else. No accountability and it was either pay to get fix or leave. They blamed ME for having the smudge me. Please check other places first and see their options/process. Also please read negative reviews first as well. SO furious and scam artists. The gentleman at the counter gave me a price quote and assured me it would only take about an hour, so I told him I'd be back the next day. ​I returned as planned and handed the phone over. Thankfully, it turned out to just be a screen issue after all! The repair itself was done incredibly quickly and efficiently. He even let me know to come back if I ran into any issues with his work, but everything has been perfect so far and I highly doubt I'll have any problems. ​The quality of work and the speed make it worth it, but the prices were definitely a bit higher than I initially expected. I ultimately decided on 4 stars because they charge an extra fee if you pay with a credit card, on top of the regular tax. Depending on what you're getting fixed, that credit card fee plus tax can easily add an extra $20+ onto your quoted price. I know a lot of restaurants are starting to do this nowadays, but I wasn't expecting it at a repair shop and wish I had known in advance so I could decide if I wanted to use a different payment method to avoid the surcharge. Fortunately I was able to do so. ​Overall, they do fantastic, fast work, and the customer service is great! Just be sure to bring cash or an alternative payment method if you want to save a few bucks on the fees!
