Work has always been on the money and they will be very up front with you as far as needed repairs, not the type of place to nickel and dime you. I came in to do an inspection and the mechanic that took my info was condescending from the start and gave the keys to another junior mechanic and told him to try and find issues to fail me. I heard it from the side but wasn't completely sure because how could someone do that? Right?! But sure enough, I passed the emissions part(key part of the inspection) but failed because one of two tiny license plates lights was out and I could use a tire rotation. The Indian woman behind the register is a HORROR. Been using this service for a decade, ALWAYS get the deluxe wash. And for that money they wash my mud mats, they vacuum, they armor all the interior and clean all the glass, AND they shine all my tires. Today they pulled a fast one on me and didn't inform me that POST COVID, they removed all these extras from "Deluxe Wash" to ensure that the services you get for 26$ never again get confused with the word "Deluxe" . When I asked them to finish the job I've grown very accustomed to over the last ten years, the woman blew her top and accused me of being a "liar " and a "cheat" and told everyone at the car wash I was a thief. I asked if I really looked like I couldn't afford an extra 9$ for a car wash. She completely lost it and started writing down my license plate. It took a mechanic from the service station next door to calm her down enough to apologize for committing such an insult. This place used to be EXCELLENT. Now it's a total rip off, and to really make sure you never forget what an awful value it is, they have this battle-axe of a woman chasing away customers with her NASTY self. I should have read the reviews before coming here for a car wash.  I just needed the exterior and the undercarriage washed because of the recent snow storm and salt and didn't want anybody touching the inside of my car. Mr. Nice Guy (sarcasm) said I couldn't have the undercarriage washed without the tires armored.  I'm having all my 4 tires changed on Saturday. Bolla is Big and they have many gas stations around the boroughs. This one happens to be close to home. I gave it a shot for the first time today. The shop is really clean and nice. I only got an oil change so I can't comment on the other repairs and their cost. From reading other reviews it can be hit or miss ( one patron stated bring lube lol ). Oil change was quick and I waited in the waiting area. Dave the manager printed me a receipt and I was told to go at the regular cashier inside the quick mart on the other side. Their special is a free car wash with oil change. Their is no mention on the receipt of the oil change. Just tell the car wash attendant. He printed me a receipt for about $12 or 13. I feared I would have to pay some amount but that was not the case, when I made it to the final cashier. My car was really filthy and it came out 90% clean. Im not sure why, but I did notice after the car wash my car did not receive much attention in the drying process. All other cars had two people cleaning inside and out. However mine was neglected a bit. Overall I would come back again for the special. My regular mechanic usually charges 30 flat for an oil change. So another five won't break the bank and it comes with a decent car wash. I doubt I would ever pay for a car wash alone. The wash here is overpriced and rushed. read more

Had our car washed there, whatever the man sprayed onto the car at the entrance dulled and stained the finish on the black plastic window trim between the front and back doors on my Honda CRV. The service is great, the work is good. They get 2 stars because of their outrageous and exorbitant pricing. I never usually fall victim to it, but this last trip they "broke" my oil plug and charged me twice the going rate to replace it. It was 10 bucks as opposed to 5, but still. Other items on their menu? - $70 windshield wipers they surprised me with once - $25 for wiper fluid -$1,250 for a clutch replacement even when you provide the parts. This car wash went down a lot! Years ago, one person would take care of one car as soon as it was out. But now.... 4 guys cleans it but they a very lousy job. They leave water marks, the inside is horrible done and the mats? They just spray water. They need a need manager or something. This place tried to rip me off! I brought my friend's car in for an inspection and alignment. They wanted me to replace a front end part, that was replaced a couple years ago. I asked why and the manager Dave told me it was falling apart and would not do the alignment or inspection without replacing this part. A job that cost $150 somewhere else when it was replaced 2 years ago.. BUT HE WANTED $350!.. NOW HERE'S THE KICKER!.. I didn't do it and told him to stop work. Brought my car for a wash and one of the guys opened the back window and got the seat and carpets soaked. They rushed another carbon behind mine, it jumped the track and hit my car from the back. Brought my daughters car in for inspection today. Got there a little after 8 am, spoke to Boris, he said they would do the inspection. Asked him to check front end as there was a clunking noise. He informed me that they check the front end as part of the inspection!! Ok! So I just go to pick up car ( after I had to call them to find out if car was done) at 2pm. Get there pay for car, nothing written on receipt about anything wrong with front end. So I go to where mechanics(if that's what you want to call them) are. I ask to speak to guy who worked on car, he comes over. I ask " So what is the clunking in front end?" He says"Clunking???, I didn't check. We'd have to check that out, it could be a bushing. With that I just walked away otherwise the cops would have been called!!!! So much for them checking front end for inspection, huh Boris???? Never go there again!!! Disgusting manager (female)!! My car came out scratched after being picked up freshly painted from the mechanic. Wouldn't allow me to get a word in once I mentioned scratches. Stay away if you have a black car!! I was told that my car couldn't be cleaned because it was black. And the cleaning they did was mediocre. The whole bottom of my car, about seven inches high was dirty, and never touched with any brushes. And when I told the people, they just wiped it. Dave is a wonderful mechanic, and I only trust them with my car. However, his car wash, which is attached, plays games with its customers. You get a free "full" car wash. When you go to the car wash attendant and tell them full, they give you a ticket for "red carpet." This is because of course they don't have "full" on their listed washes. You go inside and the woman who runs the car wash tries to charge you. She blames her staff then says, but since they used the material you need to pay. This is two times in a row this has happened. I have been coming to this car wash for years and have never paid over $18 and change. I just left and they tried to charge me $36. For a basic car wash. I've always done the Normal car wash with my rubber mats and this time they tried to charge me 36 to do so even though the next price up was 20.95 including mats washed. The lady said it was 28! I argued that the sign clearly says 20.95 plus tax and then she charged me an suv charge when I do not own a truck. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! This used to be a great car wash and my family and I would all wash our cars here. However, something has changed recently and it is NOT the same. I have a new, white car, so obviously the dirt shows. I ran over for a car wash, hoping to clean my filthy car... it might have come through the wash just as dirty as it started. I had to go home and windex my own windows and scrub dirt off of my own car. I was furious. Even more, I also paid for an interior vacuum since hair always gets stuck to all of my seats. All of the hair was STILL there on the seats when the wash was done. What did they vacuum!?!? My mom had a bad experience too and decided to give it one more try, and the same thing happened again- her back window has come out streaky and hard to see out of. Avoid this place. I requested a regular car wash with no interior cleaning. The advertised price is $15.95. I never looked at the receipt and went inside. The female manager asked for $25. I respectfully explained the service I requested and showed her on the camera that my car was already inside the wash and that it was impossible for the crew to have cleaned the interior in the 15 seconds it took me to walk from the back. She began to yell at and berate me in front of other customers. I walked to the back and took a picture of the advertised price of service I requested. She continued to yell at me. I told her to keep the $10 because that extra cost would pay for this yelp review. She followed me outside and continued to yell at me. I'm not one to complain but my last experience, and I mean my LAST time getting my car washed here, really pissed me off. I told the guy that I want a "deluxe" car wash which is about $11. When I got to the register she told me the total was $24 and change. Turns out the guy made a mistake and put me down for a "VIP" wash. No big deal right? Mistakes happen right? Apparently not at this car wash. The lady at the register yelled at me and told me that her guys never make mistakes and that it's too late to change it because my car is already going through.....it's not the $10 extra that im upset about, it's the service. There have been times when I've taken my car in to get looked at and they've told me it didn't require any repairs or that some things could wait. I took my car to Dave for repair and he was extremely unprofessional. He ended up created more damage to my vehicle which they are refusing to fix. After researching the company, I also found out that they have a track record of damaging vehicles in almost every single line of business that they are involved in. Be aware and never go to the car wash again. This is the 2nd time i brought my car there to get washed and they were horrible. I purchased the VIP car wash and it was $25.00, so it was not cheap. They are supposed to wash the mats, vacuum the inside of the car, wash outside of car, clean windows inside and out, wax it and amoral the tires and inside the car. The amoral of the tires and inside the car were good and so were the windows, but everything else was horrible. After they were done, i brought my car home and the mats and the rugs were FILTHY. I was watching the man wash my mats and all he did was put some soap on them, power wash them and rinse them in a tub of water and still had soap on them and drenched when they put in my car. My mats needed to be scrubbed clean due to mud from my horses barn. they did not vacuum under the rug mats i have or under the seats. I also noticed that the wax they used was splattered on the bottom of my car and sticky. my car was still disgusting. I was totally upset and brought it to another car wash and had them redo it. now it is great. Before i took it to the other car wash, I took pictures of the problems. when i got home from my other car wash i called them and told them my issue and asked for an email address so i can send them the pictures to see what their workers are NOT doing. The lady was rude and nasty and would not give me any info. all she said was to bring back the car and they will redo. LET ME EXPLAIN! (Car wash) I go to this place every week. It's not a bad car wash YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT and let them do their job. How would like it if someone comes up to you a tells you something you were about to do in the end. If not nicely look for the driver that drove your car out and tell him(for inside cleaning).
