Probably a 3.1 star place. Don't know how Philly the place is as everyone in the back speaks Spanish- maybe there's a Spanish side in Philly? Good size provolone cheesesteak that can be shared. Fried Mac and cheese just cheese with more dipping cheese. All tasty and made well on a good bun. Nothing appropriate for anyone with high cholesterol! Outside seating is noisy but comfortable seats and clean. People are helpful

Been wanting to come here for the longest time and finally got a chance to give it a try. The place itself is pretty nice, the murals and artwork on the outside are really cool. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick and seamless. The food was very solid all around. The fries could've used a bit more salt and the chicken tenders were pretty straight forward. The cheesesteak is the main event and it did not disappoint. The meat was flavorful, well seasoned and the wasn't dried out like a lot of other cheesesteaks I've had. I could also taste the cheese which is always one of my biggest complaints with cheesesteaks. Overall this is the perfect spot for any late night cravings or lunch rush needs. I'd highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't.

Simply the best Chicken Philly in vegas and maybe the USA. I'm told steak too but I'm a chick'n guy. I can't believe Pop's is under 4 stars on Yelp that's crazy. These Philly cheesesteaks are what you want if you like 'em. The fries with cheese is a nice addition too and top it off with an ice cold Coke in a bottle cmon. Yes it's a bit pricey, but I sure find it difficult not to exit when driving across town and coming up on the Decatur exit off the 95. Been coming here for 20 years and Pops just makes the day a little better. The service is fast and efficient, never had a mistake I'm aware of and they customize to your liking. They've upgraded their patio seating and it's a nice atmosphere improvement. Can't avoid the wind tunnel at the corner but for the loyal fans you'll see us stand it line and wait our turn. So worth it!

Giant sized Cheese Whiz 'Steak for the hubs on his cheat day, LOL. Efficient. Free lot parking. Plenty of covered outdoor seating. (They did have a vegetarian option I saw on the electronic menu board.) Outstanding sandwich! A Vegas experience.

I lived in Philly for 3 years and this philly cheesesteak here at P.O.P taste very close to the philly cheesesteak in philly. I oredered #32 with onion and cheez whez. It was good! All it was missing is the cherry pepper. This place stays open 24 hours.

Recently stopped by POPS and had a great experience. We went on a Friday afternoon and the place was surprisingly empty. The parking lot was smaller than expected, but we were still able to find a spot. We ordered the chili cheese fries and a Cheese Whiz steak. The cook was very friendly and even asked how we wanted to customize the cheesesteak. After ordering, our food was ready within just a few minutes. One thing to note is that there are no restrooms and seating is limited to a covered outdoor area. With the windy weather and traffic noise, we ended up taking our food home instead. The cheesesteak itself was delicious, with cheese whiz in every bite pairing well with the beef and onions on a soft hoagie roll. I did feel like the overall flavor could have been a bit stronger, but it was still very satisfying. The fries were generously loaded with chili and more cheese whiz and had a steak fry texture, not super crispy but not soggy either. Overall, the portions were great for the price and it is a fun spot to check out.

These guys from the kitchen just sitting outside after their joyride and engine revving shooting dirty looks at us

Came here for lunch August 15 2026 2pm, after waiting in line for about 10-15 minutes without anyone even coming to the order window and being 4th in line my girl walked to the front and asked the girl behind the register if they were taking orders and the worker called her a BITCH. Her exact words were "this bitch" in Spanish. The cooks weren't even doing anything except taking joy rides in a loud suv annoying all the people that actually got food that were eating while just ignoring the growing line outside. Been coming here forever as a Vegas local and I've never ever been treated like this in any restaurant whatsoever. Completely inexcusable. I unfortunately Have to give one star to post this review. I don't know how this place is even open treating people like this.

We did order about three number seven overall we give the restaurant two out of five the green bell peppers in the number seven were larger than expected. They could've been better if sliced a bit smaller. The meat was not as seasoned as it could've been. The service was great. The guy at the counter made sure we knew exactly what was going on our sandwiches. Though we ordered a number 30 pastrami sandwich with mustard. First thing there was it was ordered with mustard and it came with out. The only saving grace of this meal was besides the fried green beans were a really good batter and they melt in your mouth when you eat them. The overall place is all outdoors no inside eating they did update from the recent. But I feel as if the food was better in the past out of the four people that eat pops it was unanimously decided two stars out of five.

#6 Mushroom Cheesesteak with peppers and onions and cheese whiz.

This is a small, hole in the wall spot that's off the strip but is a must try! There's a huge selection of sandwiches to choose from as well as sides. We didn't have a wait time to order when we went and our food was ready so fast too. My husband and I split a sandwich and got a side of zucchini and it filled us up. It's all outside seating and there are no public bathrooms so just be prepared. But overall, this place was worth the drive off the strip for some great food that wasn't overpriced in my opinion.

First time visiting. I work about 2 blocks away and have never tried. I kept seeing videos on social media that they updated the property so I figured I would try! I'm not a fan of cheese steaks, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that have chicken tenders as well. Very small parking area but I was able to snag a spot. Service was really good. I sat at a table and waited for my order to be ready which only looks about 10 minutes. Th chicken tenders were really good! I got the buffalo sauce and ranch on the side with it. I'm happy they are open 24/7 because I work super early and can grab stuff to go for lunch.

I ordered the #6 Mushroom Cheesecake with onions, provolone and steak. Standard cheesesteak well seasoned and tasty so personally I wasn't disappointed. The service was great as well. I got there right before the rush. The person on the grill started my order while the cashier was busy with a customer. This made service quicker. P.O.P.S just renovated the place with fresh colorful flowers and fresh paint. There is seating outside and the patio is clean. They have plenty of tables if you are ready to eat your sandwich.

I sincerely doubt that the steak sandwiches that we've tried are anything like what you'd get in Philadelphia. We've got the typical food court rejects from people who are very careless and hate their jobs. Both our sandwiches were made with dried out crunchy meats. My husband ordered a pizza steak with extra cheese. He got dried out crunchy beef sandwich without sauce and a microscopic amount of cheese on it. He did say that the person that handed him his order seemed nice. I tried a chicken hoagie steak sandwich. It was packed with LOTS of dried out over cooked crunchy chicken/ It was slathered with maybe a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. It had sautéed peppers. Oddly it had pickle chips on it. Today it was missing the lettuce. It also was missing raw onions but I could find a cooked onion in it and it did have a very thin tomato slice. It was very large. I brought home some crunchy dried out chicken for my dogs. We are originally from Philadelphia. I didn't eat many cheesteaks when I lived there. If this was my first one I would never try one again. A word of warning. They only have high top tables in this food court.

Their cheesesteaks are always fresh and delicious, very flavorful and they use high quality ingredients. You can definitely taste the difference. As a unique combination you can experience Sbarro (next door inside the Conoco gas station) which is also brand new store recently opened. We have tried their pizza, bread sticks and Stromboli's. The Green Chile Burrito was good, the chicken, beans, and cheese. However, the green chile itself was what I was most looking forward to, and it fell a bit short. On the side, the 303 fries were well-seasoned and delicious ($18 total for the entrée and fries). I also tried the well-known cheesecake sandwich ($16.50). It's large enough to share, with distinct cinnamon and carrot cake flavors. It was decent, different. Overall, it was a good meal, but if you're coming here specifically hoping for spicy New Mexican green chile, you might be left wanting a bit more chile and heat.
