The time arrived when she could no longer live independently and through an amazing home placement specialist, Louie Caraig, I found Infinite Love Residence 2 an absolutely stunning residential property, immaculate and well-appointed in the upscale neighborhood of Amalfi Hills, Yorba Linda. My Mom resided under the best care possible in loving hands, safely with Infinite Love Home Care owned by Gina (Giannina) and Jed Adolfo (Mom called him JP). Gina, a registered nurse, and her husband are a wonderful couple, honest and caring who treat all clients as their own family. They strive to give the best in everything. Mom had her own beautiful comfortable room, gifted caregivers 24-7, access to in-home coordinated medical appointments, med management, healthy personalized meals of choice, daily activities, music, aromatherapy, and gentle hygienic personal care. Mom needed special attention with meals and other needs which Infinite Love's Home Care staff enthusiastically provided at all hours. Holidays were blessed with catered meals, festive decor, music, celebration, and warmth. Infinite Love's Home Care management, caregivers, and support team are highly skilled and treat all clients with dignity and compassion. I was always contacted when questions arose, or my Mom needed anything. It was wonderful to partner with the care team and I was always treated kindly and respectfully as my Mother was. My Mom thrived at Infinite Love Residence 2 for nearly 3 years. I was able to visit at any time or call and speak with her. I had the freedom to be present and available for my Mom even though we were living in separate residences. During my Mom's final days I was welcomed to stay by her side and helped care for her day and night. Gina, Jed, and the Infinite Love Home Care staff are rare and unique. I found no other board and care facilities that came close or matched anything comparable to the quality and optimal care offered to the clients and client's families at Infinite Love Home Care Residences. I was their clients' visiting nurse and 1 of the 2 clients had Caregiver C.F. (for privacy purposes initials used) and the other client had Meagan Parker, founder and owner of MP Home Care, as their caregiver. I've had first hand experience in observing both caregivers assist in our clients' daily needs such as bathing, transferring, and completing hygiene tasks, meal prep and offering companionship. That's a lot! You may want to check in with MP Home Care as they may offer more services. For people who are totally or mostly homebound, it is important to have someone care for them who treats them as a person wholly, one who can offer friendship and comfort in times of difficulty. Some have weaknesses and or illnesses that prevent them from being able to carry out simple tasks like brushing their teeth. You need someone who understands their needs at the same time who will help accomplish these activities of daily living for them but within their scope of practice as caregivers. I started with Rapid Resolve and Yelp gave me the option of sending my request out to other vendors as well. Sure, why not I figured. Honestly I didn't even need or communicate with anyone else. Rapid Resolve got back to me super quick with a quote ($250 base rate) and I scheduled the pick up for today. I sent my request out earlier this week with a specific date I needed pickup as my new couch is also coming today. The other quotes coming back either declined the pick up or were the same price, for those curious. The communication from the first message to the pick up was pure perfection. It was quick, friendly, helpful and just amazing. I tend to stress over things like this and having a very fast answer really gave me no time to worry. And the communication throughout the whole process was this way. They confirmed my appointment. They sent a reminder. They even sent a text when they were 5 minutes out this morning. They were on time, they were quick, they were friendly... this was the easiest process EVER and I am so grateful. I was able to pay with a credit card which was awesome. I intended to pay with cash but I didn't have a chance to get to the bank, so I wanted to make sure I could still tip so having the option to use a credit card was appreciated. (I did also ask, currently they do not take Venmo). Also, I live in an apartment which is not always easy for items like this. Space is limited. They were very respectful of my space and items on my porch and in my home. Paid, tipped, offered them both a bottle of water and that was it.
