Additionally, the quality of their furniture is great. It is quite literally everywhere you look. Light fixtures are hung above your head, seating options are displayed everywhere and art paints the walls. Headboards, tables, unique seating, prints, patio furniture, and even jewelry, they have quite a selection. That being said, the only feedback I'd have is better attention to customer service. I think I was acknowledged once, if that. That acknowledgement was a glance, and a response to my "good morning". I'd love to be welcomed into the store, a nice hello, and a check in while shopping, but everyone has off days and it's possible that I experienced a one off. Given the stacked furniture, I think they've outgrown their current warehouse space, which is not their fault, but it can make it a bit difficult to see and appreciate all of their offerings. I'm like eff everybody in there with the exception of Debi, she cool…read more Things were good on the first visit last week as my wife and I were perusing their floor inventory. The customer service wasn't awesome but on par with what you expect for any retailer. Debi was very helpful and patient as my wife hemmmmed and haaaaaaaaahed about things eventually ending with us leaving a quotation for several pieces. We contacted Debi and informed her we were moving forward with a purchase and I'd be in later in the week to pay. Today was that day to pay, I arrive a few minutes after they open. I hear the door bell ring to alert the sales floor there is a visitor. I wait a few moms for a greeting that never comes. I slowly make my way to the rear of the store where I hear voices and eventually people. There are 4 women to my right that are surround a laptop and Debi (who's back is turned to me) is chatting with another associate (who's wearing the same played out outfit he was in last week). The four woman look me up abs down and say nothing to me, nothing and then go back to chatting amongst themselves. I turn to the Debi who is still enthralled in conversation with her back to me and look directly into the eyes of the guy she is talking with, this mofo too just looks me up and down and refuses to even acknowledge my presence. After staring at him for about 10-15 seconds I finally ask "is that Debi there?" She turns around and greets me and I continue to be invisible to the other "people" in this business. Outside of Debi the apathy they showed me has solidified my not ever patronizing this location again and I will do my absolute best to encourage other black and brown person I know not to shop there (unless they are working with Debi) in the future.
