I showed her my sketch with approximate measurements and she rendered my concept to a 3D model. Fast forward, Aaron came to do the initial consultation and with a few tweaks the Master Closet design was brought to life. The process was smooth and he did such a fantastic job that I had two more closets designed. His designs provide the maximum amount of usable space proportionate to each closet and while some items were on backorder I was able to pick them up at the Woodlands location. I had to have a couple of shelves recut due to some adjustments, but the staff was top notch. Note: If you do not use all of the products in your design (i.e. extra anchor screws, shelve covers) you can return them for a store credit.

Their buyer(s) or supplier(s) must think our demographic sucks. You used to be able to find some pretty good deals on high quality stuff, but not so much anymore. Now it's not to say that you can't find the odd cool item or two, but it's not consistent. Their shoes and clothing department are a joke and you almost want to ask why bother bringing this crap in here. I guess there are enough people who are not discriminating when it comes these items. I used to love their selection of discount luxury bedding, but lately it's been woefully inadequate. Sometimes I see a cool furniture piece or two, but nothing amazing, and certainly not worth the prices they are asking for something unspectacular. They carry a wide array of garden junk. If your into that sort of clutter in your yard then be sure to check out their aisle or two of it. The staff have always been relatively friendly to me so I can't complain.
